PARADOX PEGADAIAN SEBAGAI LEMBAGA JAMINAN DALAM PEMBERIAN KUR KEPADA UMKM

AbstractOverlapping functions of non-bank financial institutions can give rise to moral hazard which has the potential to disrupt the financial system. Regulations have regulated each financial institution according to its characteristics so that any deviation affects the stability and health of the financial institution. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory regulatory approach. This type of research uses a descriptive analysis approach. The objection is to determine and analyze the shift in the procurement function in the financial system in Indonesia. The results show that there has been a shift in the function of the financial system in Indonesia, where one can see that pawnshops can distribute People's Business Credit (KUR) credit to MSMEs, which should be done by banks and microfinance institutions because pawnshops can only distribute credit with collateral for material rights. in the form of pledges and fiduciaries or those based on fees, not as an intermediary institution. Mandatory KUR is only aimed at bank financial institutions and non-bank institutions and does not include pawnshops, due to the holding of microfinance institutions where pawnshops as a subsidiary of BRI also market KUR products, but preferably under the mechanism of a pawn guarantee institution. Keywords: KUR, Pegadaian, Financial SystemAbstractTumpang tindih fungsi lembaga keuangan bank non-bank dapat menimbulkan moral hazard yang berpotensi menggangu sistem keuangan. Regulasi telah mengatur setiap lembaga keuangan sesuai dengan karakteristiknya sehingga setiap penyimpangan akan berpotensi pada kestabilan dan kesehatan lembaga keuangan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normative dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisys deskriftif. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisas pergeseran fungsi pengadaian dalam sistem keuangan di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadinya pergeseran fungsi sistem keuangan di Indonesia dimana dapat dilihat salah satunya pegadaian dapat menyalurkan kredit Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) kepada UMKM yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh perbankan maupun lembaga keuangan mikro, karena pada dasarnya pegadaian hanya dapat menyalurkan kredit dengan jaminan hak kebendaan berupa gadai dan fidusia maupun yang berdasarkan fee bukan sebagai lembaga intermediary. Mandatory KUR hanya ditujukan kepada lembaga keuangan bank dan lembaga non-bank dan tidak termasuk pegadaian, namun demikian karena adanya holdingisasi lembaga keuangan mikro dimana pegadadaian sebagai anak perusahaan BRI turut memasarkan produk KUR namun sebaiknya dalam mekanisme lembaga jaminan gadai.Kata Kunci: KUR, Pegadaian, Sistem Keuanga

Imajeri Mental dan Keterampilan Motorik ( Studi Meta Analisis)

This written provides a meta analysis review of the studies on the relationship between imagery mental and motor skill. Imagery is widely used by athletes to enhance motor skill, it was indicated as an effective tool in the improvement of motor skill. The subject in this study are athletes from sport and level different (junior, elite, school, and university atheletes). This study was found that there are positive correlation between imagery mental with motor skill. It was found that after sampling error correction (ɸ) was = 034923 and 53,727% sampling errors that caused by sample heterogeneous, and also measurement error correction (ɸ) was 0,45598 and 7,03742% measurement errors. SURVEY TENTANG MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN JASMANI BERBASIS PEMBERIAN MASALAH GERAK DISEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA DIKOTA BANDUNG

The purpose of this research is to find out the feasibility of physical education learning process which is based on movement problem based learning. A number of 70 physical education teachers of Junior High School at Bandung municipality were chosen as samples and asked to fill up inquiries on physical educational learning process based on movement problem based learning. These 70 samples were chosen by purposive random sampling technique. The results of data tabulation by percentage technique indicate that the teachers physical educational at Bandung has commonly used physical education learning model which is based on movement problem based learning. According to this research it is suggested to arrange a continuation research which involves more samples and includes Base/Basic School and Senior High School. It is also strongly recommended to find any learning model of Physical Educational based on movement problem based learning which is more appropriate with Indonesian cuffure

Persepsi Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia Tentang Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka

AbstrakKementrian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi  Republik Indonesia mencanangkan Program Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka. Program Merdeka Belajar- Kampus Merdeka dengan delapan kegiatan. Program ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan, baik soft skills maupun hard skills, agar dapat menyiapkan  lulusan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dunia kerja serta menyiapkan lulusan yang mampu mengembangkan pribadi yang unggul dan memiliki kompetensi praktis untuk kebutuhan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan maksud untuk mengetahui secara valid tentang persepsi mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Alazhar Indonesia terhadap program merdeka belajar kampus merdeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengambil data sampel sebanyak  mahasiswa 466 dari jumlah seluruh populasi sebanyak 669 mahasiswa aktif . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan persepsi mahasiswa tentang program MBKM adalah minimnya informasi dan pengetahuan terhadap program MBKM namun persepsi terhadap seluruh kegiatan MBKM mahasiswa beranggapan bahwa kegaiatan tersebut adalah kegiatan yang positif dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan lulusan dimasa mendatang yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri kerja.Keywords – Persepsi, MBKM, FH UA

PENGARUH KINERJA PEMASOK DAN LOKASI PEMASOK TERHADAP KINERJA OPERASIONAL BENGKEL (STUDI KASUS BENGKEL AHASS KOTA BEKASI)

The study was conducted at AHASS Garage Bekasi City. The study aimed to investigate the result of data analysis on the effect of supplier performance and supplier location on garage operational performance at AHASS Garage Bekasi City by distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents. The research method used was quantitative research method. The result of calculation and data analysis was obtained using SPSS version 23.From the result of calculation using SPSS version 23, partially (t) supplier performance (X1) had positive and significant effect on garage operational performance (Y) for 24.199, supplier location (X2) had positive and significant effect on garage operational performance (Y) for 30.918. The result of F test (simultaneous) showed that supplier performance and supplier location had positive and significant effect simultaneously on garage operational performance. From determination test (R2), the result of data processing showed that the value of R square was 0.968 or 96.8%. It indicated that supplier performance and supplier location had effect on garage operational performance for 96.8% while the remaining 3.2% was affected by other variables not studied by the writer

Pengaruh Sistem Pelacakan Online dan Ketepatan Waktu Pengiriman Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Studi Kasus J&T Express Kota Baru Bekasi)

This study aims to determine the effect of online tracking system and on-time delivery of goods on customer satisfaction. Data were collected through questionnaire distribution. The population in this study were customers of J&T Express of Kota Baru, Bekasi. The sample studied involved 70 respondents obtained by the Non Probability Sampling technique. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data calculation and analysis were carried out using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study state that partially (t) the Online Tracking System (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y), with a value of 6,018. On time delivery of goods (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y), with a value of 9,162. The results of the F test (simultaneous) show that the Online Tracking System and On Time Delivery of Goods together have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The test of determination (R2) shows that the Online Tracking System and On Time Delivery of Goods affect customer satisfaction by 79.3%, with the remaining 20.7% influenced by other variables not examined in this study

PENGARUH LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA WAREHOUSE PADA PT. FASTINDO PIRANTI KABEL

This research was conducted at PT. Fastindo Piranti Kabel with the aim of knowing the results of data analysis related to the effect of Logistics Management Improvement on Warehouse Performance in the company. The research methodology used was quantitative descriptive method through distributing questionnaires to 75 respondents. Data calculation and analysis was carried out using the SPSS version 23 program. Based on the results of calculations using SPSS version 23, the regression equation Y = 8.726 + 0.438x + e was obtained. With this formula, it can be concluded that the Logistics Management Improvement affects Warehouse Performance by 8,726 units, meaning that if the Logistics Management Improvement is increased by one unit, it will increase the Warehouse Performance by 43.8%. Meanwhile, the R square (R2) value of 0.323 or 32.3% was obtained, which means that the Logistics Management Improvement variable has an influence of 32.3% on Warehouse Performance, with the remaining 63.7% being influenced by other variables not examined by the author. The test results show that tcount is 5,898, which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because tcount 5,898> ttable 1.993. The significance value of 0.000 <0.05 indicates that Logistics Management Improvement has a significant effect on Warehouse Performance
