Modernisasi Pendidikan Pesantren Perspektif Azyumardi Azra
Tulisan ini bermaksud untuk meneliti dan memetakan pemikiran Azyumardi Azra tentang pendidikan Islam, namun memfokuskan kajian pada lembaga pendidikan Islam informal, pesantren. Dalam pandangan Azra, pesantren sebagai bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dengan pendidikan nasional telah diakui perannya sebagai agen Perubahan sosial. Karenanya, ia dituntut untuk terus memainkan perannya secara proaktif dan dinamis. Kehadirannya diharapkan terus menjadi cahaya pencerah, membawa Perubahan, sekaligus memberi kontribusi berarti bagi perbaikan kehidupan seluruh umat manusia pada umumnya dan umat Islam khususnya. Namun,seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, lebih-lebih di era globalisasi seperti sekarang ini, pesantren kini menghadapi masalah-masalah (akibat dampak globalisasi) yang tidak kunjung selesai bahkan hingga membenang kusut. Akibatnya, pesantren kini dipandang oleh banyak kalangan (baik dari pengelola pendidikan Islam itu sendiri maupun masyarakat luas) sebagai pendidikan kelas dua (second class). Karena itu, agar pesantren mampu terus memainkan perannya dengan baik, yakni menjadi produsen yang menghasilkan manusia-manusia yang berilmu, berteknologi, berketerampilan tinggi, dan sekaligus beriman dan beramal saleh, ia harus dimodernisasi secara serius sesuai dengan kerangka modernitas. Sebab, mempertahankan pemikiran kelembagaan Islam “tradisional” hanya akan memperpanjang nestapa ketidakberdayaan kaum muslim dalam berhadapan dengan kemajuan dunia modern. This paper intends to examine the Azyumardi Azra thinking about Islamic education and focuses on informal Islamic education institutions, boarding school (Pesantren). In view of Azra, boarding schools as an integral part of national education has been recognized its role as agents of social change. Therefore, they are required to continue their role in a proactive and dynamic way. Theirpresence is expected to bring about change, as well as provide significant contributions to improve the people lives in general and Muslims in particular. However, along with the times, especially in globalization era, boarding schools are facing problems due to the impact of globalization,whichis not finished even to the fibrous tangles. As a result, boarding schools are now regarded by many people(both of the Islamic education manager and the broader community) as a second class education.Therefore, in order to continue its role, i.e. to producehuman beings who have knowledge, technology, highly skilled, devout and do good behave, they must be seriously modernized in accordance with the framework of modernity. In case of maintaining the Islamic "traditional" institutional thinking will only prolong the agony of Muslim helplessness in dealing with the development of modern world
Internalisasi Nilai-nilai Islam Moderat dalam Proses Pendidikan Islam di Indonesia
Tujuan penelitian ini, pertama, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis nilai-nilai Islam moderat. Kedua, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana nilai-nilai Islam moderat diinternalisasikan dalam proses pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Data diambil dari berbagai sumber literatur ilmiah seperti buku, jurnal, dan berbagai jenis karya ilmiah yang relevan dengan kajian penelitian. Sedangkan pendekatannya menggunakan pendekatan filosofis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah, Pertama, nilai-nilai Islam moderat meliputi tawassuth, tawazun, i'tidal, tasamuh, musawah, syura, islah, awlawiyah, qudwah, tahadur, dan sebagainya. Kedua, penyisipan nilai-nilai Islam moderat dalam lembaga pendidikan Indonesia dilakukan dengan membangun lingkungan pendidikan moderat dengan menghadirkan guru dan tenaga kependidikan yang moderat. Selain itu, penyisipan nilai-nilai Islam moderat yang kedua dapat dilakukan melalui kurikulum pendidikan Islam yang menjadi acuan dalam proses pembelajaran sehari-hari di lingkungan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Misalnya memasukkan nilai-nilai Islam moderat melalui tujuan pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran
Strengthening Religious Moderation Through Nalar Strategies as a Deradicalization Effort in the Indonesian Migrant Worker Community
One of Indonesia's problems is the issue of radicalism. Those who are vulnerable to radicalism are Indonesian migrant workers. Because many Indonesian migrant workers are entangled in radical ideas, preventive and curative efforts are significant. This community service aims to strengthen religious moderation through the NALAR strategy as an effort to deradicalize the Indonesian migrant worker community (KOPI) in Ponorogo. This method of community service is Community Based Research (CBR). The technique used in the process of community-based Research (CBR) activities is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. Based on the results of the discussion, it was concluded that there are four indicators of moderation in religion: nationality, tolerance, Anti-racialism, and culture, which are then abbreviated as NALAR. We then made NALAR a strategy to provide assistance and strengthen religious moderation for the Indonesian migrant worker community. Second, NALAR was internalized by the community service team as an effort to deradicalize the Indonesian migrant worker community in Ponorogo. The service team explained the concept of religious moderation, indicators of religious moderation, and the urgency of religious moderation for Indonesian migrant workers in Ponorogo. Third, the evaluation results in terms of the level of knowledge of religious moderation of KOPI members are very good
IMPLEMENTASI METODE BERKISAH DALAM MENUMBUHKAN MINAT BELAJAR SANTRI DI MADRASAH DINIYAH “AR-ROHMAN” Dsn. LOBANG, MLILIR, DOLOPO, MADIUN
Interest is interested or fully visible with an activity because it realizes the importance of the activity. Students' lack of interest in learning, especially in the learning process, can result in students not understanding and remembering the subject matter presented by the teacher. One of the efforts that can be done is through the application of the storytelling method. The research method used is qualitative and the data collection method uses observation, interviews, documentation. This research resulted in the implementation of the storytelling method at Madrasah Diniyah Ar-Rohman aimed at fostering student interest in learning. The application of this storytelling method is carried out on Monday-Thursday. Meanwhile, on Fridays every 2/3 weeks. The storytelling method conveyed by the teacher uses two ways, namely direct storytelling and role playing. The implication of the application of the storytelling method at Madrasah Diniyah Ar-Rohman is that the students are very enthusiastic because, by using the storytelling method, the students pay more attention to the stories presented are interesting, so it fosters interest in learning. Barriers for teachers in the application of the storytelling method are the lack of vocabulary and understanding of the content of the stories conveyed, the teacher's lack of experience in teaching, the teacher's lack of confidence. Meanwhile, the obstacles for students are the different abilities of each student, the large number of students who are difficult to regulate, and inadequate environmental conditions.Keywords: Implementation, Storytelling Method, Interest in Learnin
PENGARUH POLA ASUH ORANG TUA DAN TEMAN SEBAYA TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR AL-QUR’AN SANTRI MADRASAH DINIYAH THORIQUL HUDA NAMPAN SUKOREJO PONOROGO TAHUN PELAJARAN 2021/2022
This study examines the description of the motivation to learn the Qur'an and whether or not the influence of parenting patterns of parents and peers on the motivation to learn the Qur'an of the students of Madrasah Diniyah Thoriqul Huda Nampan Sukorejo Ponorogo in the 2021/2022 academic year. This study aims to determine the effect of parenting patterns of parents and peers on the motivation to learn the Qur'an of the students of Madrasah Diniyah Thoriqul Huda Nampan Sukorejo Ponorogo in the 2021/2022 academic year. This study examines a number of 50 students. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Questionnaire technique is used to answer written statements to respondents. Data analysis technique with simple linear regression analysis. The conclusions of this study are (1) parenting styles have a significant effect on students' motivation to learn the Qur'an at Madrasah Diniyah Thoriqul Huda, in the medium category with a percentage of 19.3%. (2) Peers have a significant effect on the motivation to learn the Qur'an of Madrasah Diniyah Santri Thoriqul Huda in the medium category with a percentage of 24%. (3) Parenting patterns of parents and peers have a significant effect on learning motivation of the Qur'anic students of Madrasah Diniyah Thoriqul Huda, in the medium category with a percentage of 34.1%
Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai Budaya Religius Melalui Kegiatan Keagamaan di MTs N 3 Ponorogo
Abstract The provision of general and religious education materials must be in harmony with each other, an imbalance in the provision of religious material will result in the loss of internal values in students. For this reason, planting and cultivating religious material at various levels of education is a must in the midst of rapid advances in science and technology. This study aims to determine the internalization of religious cultural values through religious activities at MTsN 3 Ponorogo, to determine the factors supporting and inhibiting the internalization of religious cultural values through religious activities at MTsN 3 Ponorogo, to determine the contribution of internalization of religious cultural values through religious activities. religion at MTsN 3 Ponorogo. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the model analysis by Miles and Huberman with the following steps: data analysis, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. From the internalization of religious cultural values at MTsN 3 Ponorogo through religious activities, it can be seen that religious activities have been going well by paying attention to various aspects of students, the inhibiting factors are the culture of globalization, the influence of friends and the lack of religious education from parents. While the supporting factors are support from parents and all teachers at MTsN 3 Ponorogo, as well as the presence of students who are good in terms of worship can be a reflection for other students, and have an effect on increasing the discipline and awareness of students in worship, and social attitude and harmony in society.Key Word: Religious Cultural Values, Religious Activities, M.Ts. N 3 Ponorogo Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui internalisasi nilai-nilai budaya religius melalui kegiatan keagamaan di MTsN 3 Ponorogo 2) untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat internalisasi nilai-nilai budaya religius melalui kegiatan keagamaan di MTsN 3 Ponorogo 3) untuk mengetahui kontribusi internalisasi nilai-nilai budaya religius melalui kegiatan keagamaan di MTsN 3 Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis model Miles dan Huberman dengan langkah-langkah: analisis data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai-nilai budaya religius di MTsN 3 Ponorogo melalui kegiatan keagamaan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Faktor penghambatnya adalah budaya globalisasi, pengaruh dari teman serta kurangnya pendidikan agama dari orang tua. Sedangkan faktor pendukungnya yaitu dukungan dari pihak orang tua dan semua guru di MTsN 3 Ponorogo, serta adanya peserta didik yang sudah baik dari segi ibadah dapat menjadi cerminan bagi peserta didik yang lainnya, serta berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan dan kesadaran peserta didik dalam beribadah, serta sikap sosial dan kerukunan di masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Nilai Budaya Religius, Kegiatan Keagamaan, M.Ts. UPAYA GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN PERILAKU KEAGAMAAN SANTRI MELALUI METODE KETELADANAN

This study aims to determine the efforts of teachers in Menin: Explay religious knowledge, students' santri attitudes, and santri's worship skills through the Method of Mittens in Al Ikhlas, to find out the obstacles facing the teacher in increasing the religious behavior of the santri in Al Ikhlas TPA and to find out the implications of the example method For increasing the religious behavior of the santri in the land of Al Ikhlas. To answer the above research, researchers use a qualitative approach and type of case study research. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and verification taking. Based on the results of the study, it shows conclusions is its efforts in the form of giving a good example in being and speaking, giving guidance in reading the Qur'an or Iqro ', getting used to and inviting santri to pray in congregation. As for the constraints, the influence of the environment that is less supportive, the lack of cooperation between teachers and parents, santri is lazy in reading the Qur'an, and the number of santri who behave is not good. And the implications, namely santri little by little have shown changes in behaving like santri have used to speaking and being polite, the santri diligently deposited the reading of the Qur'an, and the santri began to get used to praying in congregation

Implementasi Metode Pembelajaran Inkuiri dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Pembelajaran Mata Pelajaran PAI
Para pakar pendidikan dan hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa, hingga saat ini masih banyak ditemukan peserta didik kita yang dalam belajar cenderung hanya mempelajari materi dengan cara menghafal materi secara normatif saja. Karena itu, perlu diimplementasikan metode-metode yang dapat merangsang daya nalar peserta didik, supaya nalar mereka dapat berfungsi secara baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi metode pembelajaran inkuiri dalam meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran PAI. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data primer penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru PAI dan sejumlah peserta didik. Sedangkan sumber skundernya adalah data-data dari hasil observasi dan dokumentasi penelitian, seperti yang telah menjadi buku, jurnal, majalah, dan lainnya. Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa model pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode inkuiri dapat menjadikan siswa lebih aktif, kreatif, inovatif, mandiri, kritis, dan percaya diri untuk menjadi dirinya sendiri. Para siswa secara umum menjadi lebih percaya diri dalam bernalar, menganalisis, dan mengungkapkan pendapatnya dalam rangka untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah yang ada.</jats:p
