    This research aims to determine some factors that affect employee job satisfaction. Object of this research is the administrative and support staff (educational staff) of Unisma Bekasi. The research was conducted in Unisma Bekasi with a population of administrative staff and support staff of 122 employees. In this research, the data will be analyzed using non parametric statistic test analysis, with the perception of matrix performance Important to show some factors that will be priority and the description method that aims to describe the characteristics of the factors that are taking place when the research is done. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed by using mark rank technique from wilcoxon. The results showed that all indicators of employee satisfaction are financial factors, physical factors, social factors and psychological factors are members of the indication that the expected satisfaction during this tend not to match the realit

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the 5S Work Environment and Culture (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) on the work productivity of employees in the production department of PT Kayaba Indonesia, to determine the effect of the work environment on the work productivity of employees in the production department of PT Kayaba Indonesia. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted on employees of PT Kayaba Indonesia. The research sample is 60 respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression with the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the influence of Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke and the Work Environment has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Kayaba Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT Kayaba Indonesia. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan pengaruh Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Kayaba Indonesia.     Halal Tourism Indicators: A Bibliometric Study

    This study aims to determine the development map of halal tourism research that is published by reputable journal. By searching with the keyword “Halal Tourism”, the data analyzed from 65 publications of indexed halal tourism research publications. The results showed that the number of publications on the development of halal tourism research from 2009-2020 experienced a fluctuated increase and the most were published in 2020. The author who published the most research results in the field of halal tourism was Amr Al-Ansi, Mohamed Battour and Joan C. Henderson. In addition, the most significant journal on halal tourism is International Journal of Tourism Research. Based on the concept of Imam Shatibi higher objective (Raysuni, 2005), the indicators for halal tourism competitiveness index are divided into 6 goals, and total of 16 components. In the future, this index can be used to measure the locus of cities, provinces and countries in terms of halal tourism

    The aim of this study was to improve company performance using a balance score card (BSC) with support from the customer's perspective.Internal business perspective and learning and growth perspective. The data source used is primary data and secondary data. The data is processed by measuring the achievement of the weighted performance that has been set and compared with the realization of its performance. Based on the results of BSC calculations, it is known that the performance of PT Ju Won from the customer's perspective is obtained from the customer retention value of 83.3%, meaning that the company has succeeded in retaining old customers with very good value. In the perspective of internal business processes, the value of 75% manufacturing cycle efficiency based on this value is quite good because it exceeds 50%.From the learning and growth perspective, it is found that employee turnover is 7.2%, which means that employee turnover is quite high, employee turnover value is high, it will add costs for recruitment, training costs and the adaptation process
