Pembagian Peran dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Pembelian Keluarga
Keluarga memiliki struktur sendiri dan kompleks, tiap anggota atau beberapa anggota dalam keluarga memainkan peran masing-masing dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian. Karenanya bagaimana masing-masing anggota keluarga mengambil peran dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian produk menjadi perhatian dalam pemasaran. Kajian ini bersifat deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang peran anggota keluarga dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian TV. Dapat disimpulkan bila peran initiator dominan dipegang oleh istri, peran influencer cenderung oleh anak. Sedangkan suami lebih memegang peran sebagai decider sekaligus buyer. Selanjutnya peran sebagai user sebagai penikmat TV baru adalah anak.

How to Promote Franchisee Endurance in the Franchise System Based on Entrepreneurial Orientation
Entrepreneurial orientation is important to maintain the franchisee’s outlet endurance. This research aims to find out franchisee entrepreneurial orientation that appropriate to outlet endurance in the given franchise system. Through a qualitative casa study approach, data were gathered by conducting 12 depth interviews to franchisees from 12 differences brand in Banda Aceh municipality, Indonesia to get a cleaner and deeper picture of franchisee entrepreneurial orientation and their outlets endurance. Based on entrepreneurial profiles of prospective franchisees by Boulay and Stan (2013), the result indicates that, franchisees in the system developer class, will have a high endurance by giving independent autonomy, allowing them to innovate and operating system with multi outlets. Franchisees in the in-store craftsperson class will have a high endurance by detail and clear standard operating procedure and develop collaborative communication. And franchisees in the opportunistic class will have high endurance by strengthening brand. Etnosentrisme Konsumen, Kerentanan Pengaruh Normatif, Permusuhan Konsumen terhadap Kesediaan untuk Membeli
This study aims to examine the impact of consumer ethnocentrism, vulnerability to normative influence, and consumer hostility towards purchasing foreign products in Indonesia in the context of Indonesian franchised products. This research method is quantitative. Questionnaires are used to collect sample data. 350 questionnaires were distributed by direct delivery survey to targeted respondents, and 208 were returned for processing. The data analysis used is PLS 3.3.0. The results showed, a) consumer ethnocentrism towards consumer hostility has a value of t count > t table, namely 2.193 > 1.96; b) susceptibility to normative influences on consumer hostility has a value of t count > t table, namely 2.144 > 1.96; c) consumer ethnocentrism towards purchasing foreign products has a value of t count > t table, namely 6.858 > 1.96; d) susceptibility to normative influence on the purchase of foreign products has a value of t count < t table, namely 0.827 < 1.96; e) consumer hostility towards purchasing foreign products has a value of t count > t table, namely 3.524 > 1.96. In conclusion, a) consumer ethnocentrism has a positive relationship with consumer hostility; b) susceptibility to normative influence is positively related to consumer hostility; c) consumer ethnocentrism has a negative relationship with purchasing foreign products; d) vulnerability to normative influences is not related to the purchase of foreign products; e) consumer hostility is negatively related to the purchase of foreign products.

Sebaran Residu Insektisida Parathion pada Lahan Pertanian Bawang Merah di Kecamatan Wanasari Kabupaten Brebes

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The use of pesticides in agricultural land tends to be excessive because farmers think that pesticides can increase yields. It can also pollute the environment. Many farmers often use organophosphate insecticides as the efforts in controlling the pests of shallot plant organisms, one of which is Parathion. The use of Parathion has been banned by the Indonesian government since 2015 for agriculture. This research aims to determine the distribution of Parathion residue in the lower red agricultural land in Wanasari sub-district, Brebes Regency. The research was carried out in March - July 2020 in Wanasari sub-district. Soil samples were taken to the Integrated Laboratory of the Indonesian Agricultural Environment Research Institute to be analyzed the residual content of Parathion by using the QueCheRS method. The mapping of the residue distribution method used ArcGIS 10.4 with the Spline interpolation method. The results of laboratory analysis identified the residual content of Parathion between <LoD : 0.0025 mg kg-1 to 0.0956 mg kg-1. The residual content of the Parathion which was identified to exceed the LoD value was spread over 17 soil sampling points, all identified below the MRLs value. The identified land area in the very low category was 806.08 ha and identified as low was 1,563.81 ha. The distribution of parathion residues in shallot agricultural land in Wanasari sub-district was identified in the very low and low categories, this needs to be watched out for because it is possible for the farmers to still use parathion type insecticides in shallot cultivation

Kurangnya komunikasi crew kapal dan pihak kantor yang merupakan
salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan pengadaan spare part. Crew
kapal yang sering tidak memperhatikan ketersediaan barang dan spare part diatas
kapal, sehingga sering kali crew kapal memesan spare part dengan tiba-tiba,
sedangkan proses pengadaan spare part memakan waktu yang lama, Faktor
tersebut merupakan penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan pengadaan spare part bagi
kapal di perusahaan pelayaran Bahari Sandi Pratama cabang Merak. Sehingga
menyebabkan kelancaran keberangkatan kapal terganggu.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan pengumpulan
data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi
berupa foto-foto tentang kendala kegiatan pelayanan logistik terhadap kapal
keagenan PT. Bahari Sandi Pratama Cabang Cilegon Merak.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai peran pelayanan logistik terhadap
kapal keagenan PT. Bahari Sandi Pratama cabang Cilegon Banten, ditemukan
bahwa pelayanan logistik terhadap kapal keagenan PT Bahari Sandi Pratama
Cabang Cilegon Merak tidak optimal disebabkan oleh cuaca yang sulit diprediksi,
sarana yang tidak memadai, infrastruktur jalan yang tidak baik dan menimbulkan
kemacetan,kurang pengecekan dan perawatan terhadap boat service, dan
informasi yang kurang akurat tentang keberdaan kapal di anchorage area. Upaya
yang harus dilakukan agar pelayanan logistik terpenuhi secara optimal dengan
meminta estimasi prediksi perkiraan cuaca dan membuat rencana cadangan jika
terjadi cuaca buruk
Analisis customer engagement terhadap mobile e-sport gamer’s loyalty
The spread of technology and information has now entered all sectors which causes more and more competition. The growing competition caused by the internet can be an opportunity to earn income. One of them is the application in the field of mobile e-sports, because it is viewed from the perspective of business structure, business model, prize money, and competitions that are classified as top level. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer engagement on mobile e-sport gamer's loyalty in Indonesia. Collecting data using a questionnaire with the measurement using an interval scale. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 345 respondents. The analytical method used in this study was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that the customer engagement variable had an effect on gamer's loyalty.
The moderating effect of social-media among managerial capabilities and strategic innovations on Product Life Cycle Management and Distribution Performance
The COVID-19 pandemic has created business difficulties for RTD tea, the second-most popular soft drink after bottled water. This study examines the impact of Managerial Capability and strategic innovation on Product Lifecycle Management and distribution success at the RTD tea company, as mediated by social media. This research adopts a quantitative methodology. The research sample was gathered utilizing a methodical procedure. Participants in the poll were 160 operational and marketing managers from ready-to-drink beverage firms in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Bekasi, and Tangerang. This work uses structural equation modeling as its analytic approach. The findings revealed that Managerial Capabilities had no significant effect on Distribution Performance, that Managerial Capabilities had no significant impact on Product Lifecycle Management, that Product Lifecycle Management had a significant effect on Distribution Performance, and that social media mediates PLM Distribution Performance. Distribution Performance is significantly affected by the Strategic Innovation variable, while Product Life Cycle Management is affected dramatically by the Strategic Innovation variable. The proposed model suggested RTD tea company as a solution to the problems caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic. Wound healing properties of biotransformed asiaticoside by aspergillus niger
Biotransformation is extensively used to create useful metabolites from various natural products and as an alternative to chemical synthesis for the preparation of pharmacologically-active compounds. This study investigated the effects of asiaticoside and its biotransformed product on wound healing activities. Asiaticoside, the bioactive constituent of Centella asiatica has been reported to possess wound healing properties. Microbial transformation of asiaticoside using Aspergillus niger was carried out to produce an asiaticoside biotransformed product and the wound healing activities of asiaticoside and its biotransformed product were investigated. Their effects on transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGFβ1) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1 (TIMP1) gene expression were examined to understand the mode of action and on the cell proliferation and wound healing using human keratinocytes. Results of in vitro study showed that asiaticoside concentrations between 7.5 and 120 μg/mL gave higher value of cell proliferation than the negative control. On the other hand, the biotransformed product concentrations between 0.058 and 3.75 μg/mL exhibited high cell viability but the viability was lowest at 15.0 μg/mL, suggesting cytotoxic effects on the cells. In wound healing assays, there were significant differences on wound closure in comparison to the negative control (P<0.05). Both asiaticoside and the biotransformed product increased the expression of TGFβ1 and TIMP1 respectively, with the latter showing more enhanced expressions of both genes. The biotransformed product also showed faster migration and healing rate under microscopic observation
Community involvement as a mediating variable: How social media marketing activities affects customer loyalty?
The cosmetics industry in Indonesia has great potential, posing great challenges to maintain competitiveness. This research examines community engagement's role as a mediating factor between social media marketing activities and customer loyalty. 194 respondents completed questionnaires to provide study data, which was then analyzed using Smart PLS version 3.0. The findings showed the beneficial effects of social media marketing activities on community engagement and customer loyalty. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that community engagement increases customer loyalty. However, the results show that community engagement does not mediate between social media marketing activities and customer loyalty. This research highlights the importance of integrating social media into marketing campaigns to foster customer relationships and boost loyalty

The presence of a fitness center offers a variety of services, facilities, and competitive prices in the city of Bandung provides a choice for prospective customers to meet their needs and expectations. The unique facilities and services offered by various fitness center providers as an added value in providing customer satisfaction. Also, the fitness center in Bandung city currently has various programs to increase loyalty, one of which is through a membership program. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the loyalty of members of the fitness center in Bandung city. The research method used in this research is descriptive with the nature of quantitative data that aims to test the theory following PLS SEM confirmatory analysis factor. The questionnaire was distributed to 190 sample members in two fitness centers in the city of Bandung, namely Celebrity Fitness. The research hypothesis was tested using SEM PLS factor.
