EVALUASI TATA KELOLA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN COBIT 4.0 DOMAIN DS (DELIVERY AND SUPPORT) DAN ME (MONITORING AND EVALUATION) STUDI KASUS : PESANTREN AL HIDAYAH BOARDING SCHOOL

Modeling management of Information Technology (IT) is specific in accordance with the company's strategy and goals. In this study presented a draft model of IT management for Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School by using the COBIT framework (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) version 4.0 in the domain Delivery Support (DS) Monitoring and Evaluation (ME). The design of the model is adapted to the characteristics of the business strategy and objectives of Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School and is expected to be a reference in the management of IT at Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School and other schools. Methodology through an interim analysis of the identification of the vision, mission, and goals of the school organization. Next step is the identification of management awareness of the functions of its IT assets in support of the achievement of the vision and mission of the company through a questionnaire. From both these data, it can be determined the target maturity (expected maturity level) corresponding to Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School. Then proceed with assessing the current maturity level through questionnaires and interviews with the respondents related to the management of IT. A follow-up to be being done is by doing recommendation at 16 control objectives at domain DS (Delivery Support) that is DS1, DS2, DS3 up to DS13 and 4 control objectives at domain ME (Monitoring Evaluation) that is ME1, ME2, ME3 & ME

Sistem informasi rekam medis merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kemajuan sebuah instansi kesehatan seperti klinik. Di era modern sekarang ini, semua orang menginginkan pelayanan dengan sistem yang serba cepat dan praktis. Didalam proses rekam medis pasien rawat jalan, dilakukan proses pencatatan identitas pasien, proses diagnosa, tindakan medis dan pemberian obat kepada pasien yang dicatat dalam berkas rekam medis, hingga proses transaksi. Namun hingga saat ini sistem yang ada pada Klinik Wahyu masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Pengolahan data yang masih konvensional seperti ini, dapat menimbulkan terjadinya permasalahan seperti antrean panjang karena pendataan pasien baru yang lama dan permasalahan duplikasi data, lamanya pencarian data-data yang dibutuhkan, dan pembuatan laporan yang tidak praktis. Oleh karena itu perancangan sistem secara terkomputerisasi ini dapat menjadi solusi yang baik untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada. Program ini dirancang dengan menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 dan PhpMyAdmin sebagai basis datanya. Dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi, dapat memudahkan sistem informasi rekam medis pasien sehingga sistem klinik dapat berjalan  lebih  efektif  dan  efisien dibandingkan dengan sistem yang konvensional

This study aims to provide an assessment of IT governance exists and provide an IT management model proposed for SMKN 5 Tangerang created by the study authors refer to the standard COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) Version 4.0. Methodology The study was conducted through the analysis and identification of the vision, mission and goals of the organization SMKN 5 Tangerang, further identification of the function of the IT asset management awareness in support of the achievement of the vision and mission of the company through a questionnaire. From these data, we can both see the target maturity ( maturity level expected ) corresponding to 5 SMKN Tangerang. This study was followed by assessing the maturity level of current through questionnaires and interviews relating to the management of IT respondents. In  education, advancement in information technology also contributed significantly.  This study aims to provide an assessment of IT governance that already exists and provide an IT governance model proposed for  Senior  High  School  Averus Jakarta by referring to the standard  COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related  Technology)  Version  4.0.  COBIT is one methodology that provides the basic framework in creating appropriate information technology with organizational needs while considering other factors that influence.  Basically, COBIT  was developed to help meet the diverse needs of management by bridging the information gap between business risks,  control, and engineering problems.  COBIT provides a practical step through the domain and framework that describes the IT activity in a structure and process that can be adjusted.  This study uses four COBIT  domain,  namely Planning and Organisation  (PO)  and Acquisition and Implementation (AI) Control Objectives but used only 15 of the 34 processes only existing processes

EXTENSION OF EMPLOYEE CONTRACTS BASED ON PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL AT BNN LAMPUNG PROVINCE USING THE VIKOR METHOD

 The process of an employee contract extension at BNNP Lampung was previously carried out when the contract employee had completed his work contract for one year and during the work process. This results in good work progress and is still needed by the Lampung BNNP, so a report will be made on which employees will be extended their work contract after which the report is given to the Head of the Lampung BNNP to approve the employee contract extension decision letter, for that an appropriate decision support system is needed and efficient so that it can assist in making decisions on employee contract extensions. This decision support system is made based on performance appraisal by predetermined criteria, namely attitude, workability, attendance, a period of employment, and age, if all these criteria are met, the work contract will be extended. This decision support system is created using the Vikor method to obtain the best ranking results taken from alternatives on each criterion that is close to the ideal solution. To produce the best solution in the decision support system for employee contract extension based on the performance appraisal at BNN Lampung Province. The calculation of the Vikor method in this study produces the smallest Q value as the first rank with a value of 0.025 in alternative 6 and the largest Q value as the last rank with a value of 0.8333 in alternative 8
