The Effectiveness of Financial Management in Schools in Islamic Educational Institutions
School is an educational institution in which the teaching and learning process is carried out and contains elements that are interconnected, these elements consist of educational technician staff consisting of school principals and teachers, administrative staff, school committees whose job is to help implement it. effectiveness of education, and students as learners. This study uses the library research method by applying a qualitative approach. And also this research uses literature data sources from books and journals related to the effectiveness of school financial management in Islamic education institutions. Data collection is done by tracing related references digitally. Then the collected data is displayed and constructed into a new concept. The results of this study include matters related to school financial management, the purpose of financial management in implementing school financial management is to meet funding needs related to school activities which can be carried out by planning in advance, trying to procure it, record it transparently and also use it to finance school programs effectively and efficiently, utilization of school finances, school financial resources consisting of the government, community funds, alumni funds and other sources and operational financing standards for educational units

The conclusion of this study is that BKM organizes such as PHBI, Public Help Unions (STM), Thursday night announcements, Friday night announcements, announcements for mothers, Mosque Youth and the Environmental Care Forum (Forduling) to increase religious harmony in the environment. UPAYA PENYULUH AGAMA DALAM MENANGGULANGI PERGAULAN BEBAS DI DESA KUTE KERING KECAMATAN BUKIT KABUPATEN BENER MERIAH
In an effort to prevent promiscuity among adolescents in Kute Kering Village, the role and efforts of religious educators are needed. Kute Kering Village was assigned a Civil Servant Religious Counselor who was placed by the Ministry of Religion of the Regency as a mentor and religious counselor in the village in an effort to strengthen religious knowledge and knowledge as well as overcome social problems in the Islamic community, especially youth in the village, besides the PNS religious instructors there were two ( 2) non-PNS religious counselors who live in the village who also have the same role in providing religious guidance to adolescents so that adolescent religious education increases. This research method is a qualitative method, namely research that describes objective conditions in the field with research informants from village heads, religious extension workers, religious leaders and youth, research analysis is by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study illustrate that religious instructors are making efforts to tackle promiscuity in Kute Kering Village such as promiscuity in the form of adultery, drugs, theft and rape that often occur among adolescents. The efforts made by religious educators in tackling promiscuity are carry out various religious activities in the community in general and for youth in particular, and carry out legal counseling activities in collaboration with the local police so that the community is aware of the law. influencing youth and opening up opportunities and places for promiscuity. PEMIKIRAN IMAM AL-GHAZALI DALAM KEPEMIMPINAN PENDIDIKAN
The purpose of this study is to know the concept of Imam Al-Ghazali regarding educational leadership, to know the concept of Imam Al-Ghazali regarding the characteristics of educational leadership. know Imam Al-Ghazali's concept regarding educational methods and know Imam Al-Ghazali's concept regarding educational goals. PERAN ORANG TUA DALAM PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM ANAK USIA REMAJA DI DESA PANGGURUAN KECAMATAN SUMBUL KABUPATEN DAIRI
The role of parents towards adolescent children is very important. Parents as the main figures in the family are obliged to guide adolescents so that they are always obedient to religious teachings. Parents are also the first educators for their children, because it is from them that children first receive education. Islamic religious education is a conscious and planned effort. Parents have a role as the most important adolescent personality builder in the family, because the parents' personality will be a mirror for the realization of the next teenager. This study aims to determine the role of parents in Islamic religious education for teenagers in Pangguruan Village, Sumbul District, Dairi Regency and to determine the obstacles and efforts made by parents in fostering religious education for adolescents in Pangguruan Village. This type of research used is qualitative research. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, documentation and analysis, the analysis used is a qualitative descriptive approach, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. test the validity of the data using triangulation. From the results of the research that the authors conducted, it was found that the role of parents in Islamic religious education for adolescents in Pangguruan Village, Sumbul District, Dairi Regency had been carried out quite well. This is evident from the way parents educate teenagers from small examples such as always reminding them of the obligation to pray, attending recitations and participating in mosque youth organizations and always directing children to carry out Allah SWT's commands and advising children to do good to fellow beings. Actions taken by parents in adolescent education are quite good in fostering their children.
PENGARUH STRATEGI DISKUSI DAN STRATEGI EKSPOSITORI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN SEJARAH KEBUDAYAAN ISLAM PADA SISWA KELAS VIII MTs AL-ULUM MEDAN KECAMATAN MEDAN AREA TAHUN PEMBELAJARAN 2021-2022
This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History using discussion and expository strategies as well as the influence of discussion strategies on learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History in Grade VIII Students of MTs Al-Ulum Medan, Medan Area District, for the 2021-2022 academic year. The population of all class VIII students totaled 195 students. The sample was determined purposively, namely 24 students in class VIII.1 as the experimental group and 24 students in class VIII.2 as the control group. The purpose of this study was to find out how the learning outcomes of Islamic cultural history used the discussion strategy for class VIII students of MTs Al-Ulum Medan, Medan District in the year 2021-2022 and to find out how the learning outcomes of Islamic cultural history used the expository strategy for class VIII students of MTs Al- Ulum Medan District of Medan Area for the 2021-2022 academic year. This study used an experimental method, with a test instrument for Islamic Cultural History learning outcomes in the form of multiple choice objectives of 25 questions. This test was tested after each group participated in learning using discussion and expository strategies. Because this research is comparative in nature, the average value of variable X1 and variable X2 is compared to one another. The comparison used is the t-test statistic, namely the test of the difference in the mean of two independent sample groups. Based on the results of data analysis and statistical tests, it was concluded from the results of the study: The learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History using the discussion strategy obtained an average value of 84.5. The acquisition of the average value indicates that the group of students who were taught using the discussion strategy has the learning outcomes category A (very good). The learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History using the Expository strategy obtained an average value of 75.8. The acquisition of the average value indicates that the group of students who are taught using the Expository strategy has a learning outcome category B (good). Learning with a discussion strategy has a significant influence on the learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History for class VIII MTs Al-Ulum Medan. This is evidenced by calculations using the "t" test, where the t calculation results are compared with ttable and obtained tcount ttable or 4.37 1.677

Discovery Learning is a learning theory that is defined as a learning process that occurs when lessons are not presented with learning in its final form, but students are expected to organize themselves. By using the Discovery Learning method, it means that the teacher provides an introduction and keywords of the material being taught and students are actively guided to discover what they are learning. This study aims to improve the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education students of class X SMA Al-Hidayah Medan in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year by using the discovery learning method on honesty material as a mirror of personality. This type of research is qualitative research, namely the research method used to examine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument. Student responses to the application of discovery learning methods in Islamic Religious Education learning and student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education learning using the discovery learning method can improve learning outcomes very well. Based on the results of the research and discussion of the research, it can be concluded that through the application of the discovery learning model can improve the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education students with honesty material as a mirror of personality in class X SMA Al-Hidayah
PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN SMARTPHONE TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA ISLAM TERPADU AL-FIKRI DESA AEK MARBATU
This research aims to find out the influence of smartphones in teaching and learning activities, whether they can foster students' interest in learning, make it easier or help their understanding of learning, especially in the field of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The method used in this research is a quantitative method, while the instrument used in collecting data through distributing questionnaires and was distributed to a number of students at Al-Fikri Integrated Islamic Middle School, Aek Marbatu Village. The data obtained was analyzed in such a way using statistical analysis. The results show that first, teachers use smartphones to provide lesson material that has not been delivered due to time constraints and also to send material in the form of visual videos. Second, the use of smartphones is useful in teaching and learning activities by 5% where students use them to search for lesson material that they do not yet understand, and third, the hypothesis (H0) is accepted because tcountttable with a total of 0.5521.677. Acceptance of the hypothesis H0 means that the use of smartphones has a positive effect on students' interest in studying Islamic Education at the Al-Fikri Integrated Islamic Junior High School.  influence, integrate, interest, Islamic religious education, smartphone, student

The purpose of the study was to find out the learning system or method used at the Medan Disabled Children Development Foundation so that students understand the learning materials used in the learning process. The research used a descriptive qualitative method. Data collected through observation and interviews as well as documentation. Research conducted by researchers proves that the learning method used is successful in educating children with special needs. The focus of this research are: (1) How is the method of education in the mental formation of children. (2) What are the factors that influence the method of education in the mental formation of children at the Adi Negoro Street Children's Development Foundation in Medan. (3) What are the efforts made by teachers in the mental formation of children at the Jalan Adi Negoro Foundation for Children with Disabilities No. 02 Medan. The result of this study is that learning is more directed to teachers who must be able to understand the character of students and what learning methods can be used in the learning process. Because in the learning process that takes place the teacher must be able to master all existing learning methods. It could be that there are 5 children in the class, then 5 learning methods are used. The results showed that all methods in the learning process at SLB YPAC were the same as in public schools using the following methods: Lectures, Discussions, Questions and Answers, Demonstration, and Experiments. However, there is one main learning method used in the learning process at SLB YPAC, namely Problem Baset Learning
UPAYA MENANGGULANGI PERILAKU KENAKALAN SISWA DI SEKOLAH SMP IT RAHMAT JL. KEBUN KOPI PASAR V MARINDAL SATU
This research is field research with a qualitative approach and is designed as a case study. The data collection methods used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that some of the students' misbehavior included leaving class early without permission, not coming to school even though they had left the house but not arriving at school, smoking, speaking impolitely, not respecting parents and teachers, wandering around at night until the morning, not coming to recite the Qur’an, sleeping in class, bullying, damaging school infrastructure (vandalism). In overcoming this problem, teachers try to use a preventive approach by instilling religious values, using a psychological approach, a Home Visit program also using a digital approach, and a repressive approach through punishment according to the type of student violation or inviting the parents of students who can no longer be advised and reminded. Apart from that, teachers also take curative and rehabilitation approaches, such as providing individual assistance so that they are always focused, guided and motivated. Especially for students transferring from other schools who dropped out of school because of several problems they faced. The efforts made by the teacher can be said to be quite successful because there is a positive change in morals and is shown by students who have problems.Â
