PERAN REHABILITASI SOSIAL DALAM PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN VOKASIONAL DISABILITAS NETRA

Studi ini mengangkat peran rehabilitasi sosial dalam peningkatan keterampilan vokasional disabilitas netra. Rehabilitasi sosial merupakan solusi bagi disabilitas netra agar dapat mengembangkan keterampilan vokasional guna memenuhi keberfungsiansosial mereka secara persuasif, motivatif, koersif, baik dalam lingkungan keluarga, masyarakat ataupun panti sosial. Rehabilitasi sosial telah banyak dilakukan di beberapa kota di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan peran rehabilitasi sosial dalam peningkatan keterampilan vokasional disabilitas netra. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan (literature review) yang menganalisis sekitar sebelas artikel bereputasi. Hasil analisis kajian literatur diperoleh bahwa peran rehabilitasi sosial bagi disabilitas netra berfungsi mengembangkan kemampuan dan potensi yang dimiliki oleh disabilitas netra agar mereka dapat hidup mandiri secara sosial dan ekonomi melalui bimbingan keterampilan vokasional. ANALISA AKAD AS-SHARF DALAM TUKAR MENUKAR (DINAR DIRHAM) DALAM PEMIKIRAN SYAIKH TAQIYUDDIN AN-NABHANI

The purpose of this study is to find out the as-sharf contract in exchanging currency according to Islamic law, to find out the as-sharf contract according to Sheikh Taqiyuddin an-Nabhani and to find out how the reality occurs in the exchange of as-sharf contracts. This study is a qualitative study by reviewing various literatures that are relevant to the subject matter, and Gerai Dinar as the object of research to find out the real reality, using the literature review method, observation and by interview and further documentation using data analysis techniques using the deductive method. The results of the study indicate that as-sharf transactions are permitted on condition that they must be in cash or directly and must not be more than what is exchanged. If there is an excess, then that is called usury and the law is haram. On the other hand, the function of money is only as a means of exchange and a means of calculating units of goods. If someone makes a sale and purchase of currency, then the law is haram, because money cannot be used as a commodity

PENGELOLAAN WAKAF SEBAGAI SARANA PENINGKATAN STRATEGI EKONOMI UMAT

Waqf  is one of the instruments in the sharia economy that has the potential to improve the welfare of the community. As an economic instrument waqf also plays a role to support various productive activities and redistribution of welfare to underprivileged communities and play a role in the development of the social, economic, and cultural life of the community. Also, in Islam waqf becomes a more expensive instrument to invite its managers to have an entrepreneurial spirit where waqf assets as capital and the result of the management of waqf property is used for the economic development of the community. This study aims to find out how waqf management strategy and how the role of waqf in improving the economy of the people. The study methodology used is the qualitative method. The results obtained in this study that the strategy in its management such as determining the standard of professionalism nazir because nazir has an important role in the management of waqf. Counseling the community so that the community better understands waqf is not only limited to waqf inanimate objects. Issued a law that discusses in full waqf both in terms of procurement, management, and distribution of the results of the management of the waqf so that the waqf can be a means of improving the economy of the people. And the establishment of a professional national waqf institution that is ready to supervise every development of waqf.  Waqf has a role in strengthening brotherhood in the community as well as in the development of social life, economy, and culture of the community.   Wakaf also serves as an instrument of public finance shari'ah which has great potential in generating financing for the State, improving the welfare of people, developing social, economic, and cultural activities of Islamic society

Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dan Dukungan Petugas Kesehatan dengan Motivasi Pulih Klien di Balai Rehabilitasi BNN Tanah Merah

Tujuan Studi: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dan dukungan petugas kesehatan dengan motivasi pulih klien di Balai Rehabilitasi. Metodologi: Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode cross sectional dengan uji statistic hipotesis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Jumlah responden yang diteliti yaitu sebanyak 50 klien primary di Balai Rehabilitasi. Hasil: Hasil analisis yang didapatkan pada variable dukungan keluarga menunjukkan p-value 0,109 (> 0,05) dengan nilai person (r) 0,229 sehingga tidak terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara dukungan keluarga dengan motivasi pulih. Hasil analisis yang didapatkan pada variable dukungan petugas kesehatan menunjukkan p-value0,001 (< 0,05) dengan nilai person (r) 0,451 yang artinya terdapat hubungan antara dukungan petugas kesehatan dengan motivasi pulih. Manfaat: Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan bahan acuan untuk penelitian selanjutnya

KONSEP WELFARE STATE PADA KEBIJAKAN UMAR BIN ABDIL AZIZ SEBAGAI KHALIFAH BANI UMAYYAH

Caliph Umar bin Abdul Aziz succeeded in implementing the concept of welfare state, namely prosperous state. Umar has a new policy to change the lives of people. One of the evidence is that there is no find one who can accept zakat because the whole community has been sufficient. Therefore, this research aims to know how Umar's strategy is to create prosperity for the community. The study used qualitative methods using the literature review taken from several books, journals, and several relevant reading sources. From the results of the research is known that Umar's policy strategy is by distributing a wealth of government officials with a fair and flat, but Umar also spent the Harat in Baitul Maal to pay the debt of society.  Even when he was appointed Caliph, he gathered his people and announced and handed over all his unnatural possessions and family to Baitul Maal. In the event that Umar banned the sale of land Kharaj because it could be the main source of State acceptance. In the time of his glory, Caliph Umar received a source of acceptance of the state from Zakat, Jizyah, Kharaj, ' Usyr, and Ghanimah and Fa'i.Keywords: welfare state, policy, caliph Umar bin Abdul Azi
