Hermeneutika Sufistik Al-Ghazâlî Dalam Mishkât Al-Anwâr

This paper attempts to identify the character and form of interpretation al-Ghazâlî against the Koran, especially when interpreting the verses of the Koran in one of his work, Mishkât al-Anwâr. When viewed from the authority of the text and the author (interpreter), the style of the interpretation of al-Ghazâlî appears to have similarities with the concept of philosophical hermeneutics of Gadamer. But it is not so, there are significant differences between the two. If Gadamer's model interpretation is called Philosophical Hermeneutics, then the interpretation of al-Ghazâlî style more to the Sufi Hermeneutics. In the end, this paper concluded that al-Ghazâlî's Sufi Hermeneutics rests on two elements are simples but not smalls; rationality (al-ma‘qûl) led by entities in it like the soul (al-nafs), soul (al-rûh), heart (al-qalb), intellect (al-‘aql), and textuality (al-manqûl) the object stratified into five aspects, namely the existence of essential (wujûd dhâtî), the existence of sensory (wujûd hissî), the existence of imaginative (wujûd khayyâlî), the existence of a rational (wujûd ‘aqlî), the existence of analogical (wujûd shibhî)

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF MUFRODAT PEGON BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI DALAM MATERI RO’SUN SIRAH DAN TAHAJJI UNTUK SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang maksimalnya pembelajaran mata pelajaran Pendidikan Diniyah materi Mufrodat Pegon di siswa Kelas 2 SDN Ngogri I. Hal ini dikarenakan proses pembelajaran yang kurang efektif baik dalam hal metode pembelajaran dan kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pengkorelasian pembelajaran yang digunakan pendidik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan pemanfaatan teknologi gadget sebagai solusi untuk memaksimalkan pembelajaran baik dikelas maupun diluar kelas Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah R&D dengan menerapkan model Borg and Gall. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas 2 SDN Ngogri I yang berjumlah 30 anak. Instrument data yang digunakan berupa interview, kuisioner, dan tes. Adapun jenis data yang dianalisis menghasilkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif diantaranya: 1) telah dikembangkan media pembelajaran berupa produk aplikasi berbasis teknologi gadget. 2) berdasarkan uji validitas, media aplikasi yang dikembangkan mencapai tingkat kelayakan valid dan sangat valid dengan rata-rata 77,5% dari ahli materi dan 84%, dari ahli media. 3) tingkat keefektivitas produk media sangat efektif dilihat dari analisis menggunakan uji t berpasangan yang mendapatkan hasil nilai signifikan sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 sehingga dikatakan bahwa ada pengaruh dalam penggunaan produk media tersebu

MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MUFRADAT BASIS MULTIPLE INTELEGENCE PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI

ABSTRACT The importance of learning models in the learning process has a huge impact on student understanding and learning outcomes. The aim of this research is to identify, reconstruct and apply the Mufrodat learning model based on Multiple Intelligence. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and document study. From the data obtained, conclusions were drawn using triangulation. As a result of this research, the emergence of verbal-linguistic, visual-spatial, physical-kinesthetic and logical-mathematical intelligence was reconstructed into a mufrodat learning model based on Multiple Intelligence theory. The aim is to make it easier for students to receive and understand the material so that learning can run effectively and optimally. Sertifikasi Produk Halal dalam Perspektif Mashlahah Mursalah

This study aims to determine the certification of halal products through the LPPOM MUI. In an effort to maintain the sustainability and effectiveness of halal certification and smooth administration, LPPOM MUI makes provisions for the halal guarantee system through its letter No: SK 13 / Dir / LPPOM MUI / III / 13 dated March 31, 2013. This halal product certification system is an integrated system that neatly arranged and maintained properly to regulate the ingredients in the product, human resources involved in the production, production process, and product distribution procedures. In responding to the needs of the community and the responsibility of the MUI (Indonesian Ulama Council) to protect the community, efforts are made to establish an institute for the study of drugs, food, cosmetics. In this case the researcher is interested in revealing that with the existence of this halal product certification, whether it has made it easy for all people to maintain their religion and assets or make it difficult for people to choose products that must be consumed for daily life. ANALISIS FATWA DSN MUI NO: 123/DSN-MUI/XI/2018 TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN DANA TBDSP DI BTPN SYARIAH PERIODE TAHUN 2020-2023

Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Negara (BTPN) also develops BTPN with Sharia principles. Islamic banking management also has funds that cannot be recognized as income (TBDSP), the TBDSP funds are used for community social activities. In receiving and distributing TBDSP funds to Sharia Banks, the National Sharia Board (DSN) of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) issued Fatwa Number 123/DSN-MUI/XI/2018. The purpose of this article is to analyze the implementation of Fatwa DSN MUI No. 123/DSN-MUI/XI/2018 against the use of TBDSP funds. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach. The data used was obtained from BTPN Syariah's annual performance report for the 2020-2023 period, the website of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), the website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). As a result of this research, BTPN Syariah has implemented fatwa DSN MUI Number 123/DSN-MUI/XI/2018 in managing TBDSP funds for the 2020-2023 period by using these funds for social activities. In distributing TBDSP funds, BTPN Syariah helps communities affected by Covid 19 and assists the government in the recovery and empowerment of MSMEs after Covid 19. This implementation is that the use of TBDSP funds by BTPN Syariah does not contradict sharia principles, as stipulated in Fatwa DSN MUI Number 123/DSN-MUI/XI/2018

Efektivitas Kegiatan Sport Outing terhadap Motivasi Kepulihan Klien Balai Rehabilitasi BNN Tanah Merah

Tujuan studi: Menganalisis efektivitas kegiatan sport outing terhadap motivasi pulih klien Balai Rehabilitasi BNN Tanah Merah. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional komparatif yang membandingkan rata-rata antara motivasi kepulihan klien sebelum dan setelah mengikuti kegiatan sport outing dengan instrumen skala SOCRATES 8D. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non-probability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh.Penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, diperoleh nilaiebesar 0,008 (­P-Value<0,05) dan nilai Z-score sebesar -2,673 (Z-score < -2,50). Manfaat: Dapat menjadi sumber pengetahuan tentang efektivitas layanan program rehabilitasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi pulih klien penyalahguna narkoba

Creative Economic Development Strategy in Malang City

Creative economy is a growing concept based on creative assets that potentially generate economic growth and progress. It contributes significantly to the economic growth of Malang City. The main purpose of this research was to develop the strategy of creative economy development in Malang City. The other purpose also updated the sub-sector creative economic data, identifying the challenging problems in development of creative economy. This research method used descriptive qualitative approach with SWOT analysis. The populations of this research were MSMEs (UMKM) that was engaged in creative economy. The results represented that from 1100 MSMEs in Malang City, 620 were engaged in the creative economy. Other research results indicated that the challenging problems in development of creative economy between sub-sectors somewhat varied. In general, among others, business model of creative industry has not yet been optimal, lack of appreciation to local creativity, limited marketing distribution, the susceptible creative industry institutions, and limited capital development.
