    Pengembangan Instrumen Tes Tertulis Seleksl Masuk STAIN Ponorogo Tahun Akademik 2010/2011

    Penelitian ini bertujiian untuk mengetahui kualitas instnimen tes tertulis seleksi masuk STAIN Ponorogo tahun akademi 2010/2011 yang meliputi: validitas tes, tingkat kesukaran tes, daya beda tes, analisis hasil validitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya heda tes. Pengambilan sampel dengan mengambil jumlah jawaban 10% dari jawaban seluruhnya. Hosil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validitas dari tes tertulis ujian masuk STAIN Ponorogo tahun akademik 2010/2011 adalah analisis validitas tes tertulis pada PAI 17%, bahasa arab 53%, bahasa Inggris 15%, sedangkan pengetahuan umum 25%, hal ini menunjukkan validitas tes sangat rendah untuk tes masuk STAIN Ponorogo taKun akademik 2010/2011. Sedangkan Tingkat kesukaran PAI rata-rata 39% yang baik, bahasa arab 69%, bahasa inggris 51%, pengetahuan umum 46%, sedangkan daya beda yang baik untuk PAI 52%, bahasa arab 70%, bahasa inggris 37% , pengetahuan umum 49%&nbsp

    Student Centered Learning-Comprehensive Musicianship Through Performance Dalam Pembelajaran Orkestra

    Model pembelajaran merupakan bagian penting untuk mengembangkan kapabilitas musikal peserta didik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran musik orkestra berbasis Student-Centered Learning: Comprehensive Musicianship through Performance (SCL-CMP). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Huberman meliputi pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, reduksi data, dan verifikasi/kesimpulan, serta didukung dengan penggunaan software NVivo 12 untuk pengorganisasian data. Hasilnya yang pertama adalah manfaat SCL-CMP dalam pembelajaran orkestra bagi peserta didik meliputi partitur musik orkestra dapat dijelaskan dengan detail, mendorong peserta didik untuk lebih aktif, karakter instrumen musik menjadi lebih mudah dipahami, dan permasalahan teknis dalam memainkan instrumen musik lebih mudah diatasi; kedua, daya tarik SCL-CMP dalam pembelajaran orkestra antara lain peserta didik memiliki waktu lebih banyak untuk berdiskusi, lebih berani berpendapat, dan mendiskusikan partitur musik secara kritis; ketiga , kendala yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran berbasis SCL-CMP antara lain sikap peserta didik yang malas dan pasif, dan kurangnya kesadaran pendidik terhadap kemajuan peserta didik; dan keempat, optimalisasi SCL-CMP dalam pembelajaran orkestra melalui upaya mengutamakan diskusi dalam pembelajaran, membagi kelompok alat musik menjadi beberapa kelompok, dan mencari solusi dari setiap permasalahan. Permasalahan dalam pembelajaran orkestra dapat dibahas secara mendalam beserta solusinya, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis model Student-Centered Learning-Comprehensive Musicianship Through Performance sangat cocok diterapkan dalam pembelajaran orkestra.

    Abstrak: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Untuk Pemilihan Karyawan Terbaik Pada Toko Sepatu Saman Shoes. Penilaian kinerja karyawan, menjadi hal yang penting untuk mendukung kelancaran usaha. Pemilihan karyawan terbaik, akan menambah motivasi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus pada Toko Sepatu Saman Shoes memakai metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), dimana sebelumnya proses evaluasi pemilihan karyawan terbaik belum pernah dilakukan. Beberapa permasalahan yang ditemui adalah tidak adanya proses penilaian kinerja karyawan, belum ada metode pemilihan yang tepat, dan belum tersedia Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat mempermudah dalam menilai pemilihan karyawan terbaik. Sehingga dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi SPK untuk penilaian pemilihan karyawan terbaik tersebut. Metode yang dapat digunakan yaitu metode AHP, Metode AHP menghasilkan prioritas alternatif dan bobot  kriteria  dalam menentukan karyawan terbaik secara objektif berdasarkan kriteria yang diberikan pemilik toko sebagai pengambil keputusan yang akan memberikan reward bonus bagi karyawan terbaik, tujuan nya adalah untuk memotivasi karyawan dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode AHP untuk membuat aplikasi SPK berbasis web, dalam memberikan penilaian yang lebih objektif setiap bulannya, dan  membuat beberapa laporan yang menyampaikan isu yang efektif, seperti laporan peringkat, dan laporan penilaian kinerja karyawan sesuai kriteria tersebut. Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Analytical Hierarchy Process Abstract: Decision Support System Using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method for Selection of the Best Employees at Shoe Store Saman Shoes. Employee performance appraisal is important to support the smooth running of the business. Selection of the best employees, will increase employee performance motivation. This study took a case study at the Saman Shoes Shoe Store using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, where previously the evaluation process for selecting the best employees had never been done. Some of the problems encountered were the absence of an employee performance appraisal process, no proper selection method, and no Decision Support System (DSS) that could facilitate the selection of the best employees. So we need a DSS application to assess the selection of the best employees. The method that can be used is the AHP method, the AHP method produces alternative priorities and criteria weights in determining the best employees objectively based on the criteria given by the shop owner as a decision maker who will provide bonus rewards for the best employees, the goal is to motivate employees to improve their performance. In this study, the AHP method is used to create a web-based DSS application, to provide a more objective assessment every month, and to make several reports that convey effective issues, such as rating reports, and employee performance appraisal reports according to these criteria.     Studi Eksperimental dan Analisa Pengaruh Sinar Matahari Terhadap Laju Keausan Material Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomers (EPDM) pada Wiper Blade

    Wiper merupakan komponen yang sangat penting dan erat hubungannya dengan keselamatan pengendara terutama pada saat turun hujan karena wiper blade akan menyapu air hujan yang jatuh ke kaca mobil. Pada saat wiper blade bekerja akan terjadi gesekan pada material wiper blade dengan kaca yang dapat mengakibatkan adanya keausan pada material wiper yang biasanya terbuat dari rubber dengan jenis Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomers (EPDM). Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh sinar matahari terhadap laju keausan (wear rate) dan life time dari material wiper blade dilakukan menggunakan tribometer pin on disk dengan variasi material pada pin berupa material Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomers (EPDM) dan Nitrile Rubber (NBR) dimana pada masing-masing material disinari matahari dengan lama waktu yang berbeda. Kecepatan putar yang digunakan adalah 31,3 rpm dengan pembebanan 14,71 N dan panjang lintasan 1000 m. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa nilai specific wear rate akan semakin besar seiring semakin lama material terkena matahari. Life time terbaik untuk material Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomers (EPDM) adalah sekitar 3,7 tahun dan life time terbaik untuk material Nitrile Rubber (NBR) adalah sekitar 5,5 tahun sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai material pengganti. ================================================================================================ The wiper is a very important component and is closely related to the safety of the driver, especially when it rains because the wiper blade will sweep away the rain water that fall into the windshield. When the wiper blade which is usually made of Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomers (EPDM) works, there will be a friction on the glass which causes wear on the wiper material. This study aims to determine the effect of sunlight on the wear rate and life time of the wiper blade material and to seek the alternative material that can be used as a substitute for Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomers (EPDM) material. The test is carried out using tribometer pin on disk type with material variations on the pin in the form of Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomers (EPDM) material and Nitrile Rubber (NBR) Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomers (EPDM) wherein each sun is irradiated at different lengths of time. The rotational speed used is 31,3 rpm with a load of 14.71 N and a track length of 1000 m. The study showed that the specific wear rate will be greater as the material is exposed to the sun. The best life time for Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomers material is 3,7 years and the best life time for Nitrile Rubber (NBR) material is 5,5 years so that it can be used as a substitute material

    Impact Of Hospital Acreditation: Qualitative Study To Nurses In RSUD KRT Setjonegoro Of Wonosobo

    Introduction: As stated by the Ministry of Health, hospital accreditation is mandatory done through a series of assessments and improvements as a step to ensure the hospital in prioritizing public services, safety and protection. Nursing care as one of the main services in hospitals is the most widely rated service in accreditation. Therefore, this study was done to determine the nurse's perception of the impact of accreditation on nursing. Methodology: This qualitative study examined 21 hospital nurses as its respondents. The data were collected by in-depth interviews using interview guides. The data were then analyzed and categorized to determine the theme. Results: According to the nurses, hospital accreditation was important to implement. The positive impacts of accreditation were the increased care of nurses on patient safety indicators, among others, improvements in the problem reporting flow, compliance with standard operating procedures, communication among health workers, documentation, service facilities,continuing nurses education, health education, and working enviroument. Discussion: a positive outlook on accreditation activities is a good start for hospitals to continue to improve service quality. Because the main thing in service is the quality of service assessed from the clinical indicators of the service, not the completeness of the documentation

    The development of a competency framework for architectural engineering graduates: Perspectives by the construction industry in Indonesia

    The discrepancy between competence and real work in engineering graduates can be resolved with cooperation by the construction industry. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the appropriate and required architectural engineering competencies with the current demands and conditions of the construction industry. So this study aims to analyze the determinants of competence and test the competency development model for architectural engineering graduates according to the needs of the construction industry. The research sample method is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling. The research sample consisted of 240 practitioners and trainers from 40 construction industry companies. The PLS-SEM technique was used to test the measurement and structural models (3 dimensions, 8 elements, 47 constructs/indicators, and 9 hypotheses). The competence of architecture graduates is determined by the dominant factor, namely Utilities and Building Construction (UBC1 & UBC2, ╬╗ = 89.90%), and Building Estimation and Costing (BEC7, ╬╗ = 73.30%) is the lowest factor. The ability of the structural model to explain architectural competency measurements is 36.20% in the moderate category. The predictive relevance value (Q┬▓) explains 47.5% to 56.0% of the phenomena predicted in the field and explains the level of strength of the observed value in the structural model. Furthermore, 9 hypotheses from 8 dimensions have a positive and significant effect. The results of this study can be a recommendation for schools in the competency implementation model, and efforts to improve graduates' abilities and skills so that they can be absorbed by the construction industry and reduce unemployment

    Penguatan dan Pengembangan Revitalisasi BUMDes sebagai Organisasi yang Berkelanjutan dalam Rangka Percepatan Ekonomi Desa

    Desa Sindangsuka memiliki penduduk yang menjalankan berbagai usaha, seperti peternakan, pertanian, dan wirausaha. Dengan kondisi Desa Sindangsuka yang hingga saat ini mengalami kesulitan air, usaha bisnis yang dijalankan masyarakat desa menjadi terhambat dan tidak dapat dijalankan secara maksimal. Rendahnya penduduk usia produktif menjadi hal pendukung semakin rendahnya jumlah pelaku usaha di desa. Sejak 2016, BUMDes Desa Sindangsuka berusaha untuk mengembangkan unit usahanya dalam rangka meningkatkan ekonomi desa, tetapi masih belum mendapat dukungan penuh dari warga. Program KKN-PPM Integratif dilaksanakan di Desa Sindangsuka pada 11 Juli hingga 11 Agustus 2023 dengan tujuan menganalisis, mengidentifikasi SWOT, merumuskan rekomendasi terbaik atas permasalahan BUMDes di sektor organisasi. Pelatihan dan pendampingan diberikan kepada BUMDes dengan harapan nilai organisasi BUMDes dapat ditingkatkan sehingga BUMDes menjadi organisasi yang berkelanjutan. Melalui program tersebut, BUMDes dapat membentuk roadmap organisasi, penguatan fungsi setiap  bagian strukturnya, dan menyusun laporan akhir tahun yang disampaikan ke masyarakat desa

    IMPLEMENTATION OF CURRICULUM IN ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION AT SMAN 1 BLITAR AND MAN 2 KEDIRI

    Curriculum management has an important role in preparing the material that will be taught by the teacher, and that will be learned by the students. Curriculum can also be used as the parameter of the quality and success of education. This research aims to analyze and find out the curricullum implementation in enhancing the educational quality at SMAN 1 Blitar and MAN 2 Kediri. This research used qualitative approach, notably multi-site case study design. The results of this research show that the curriculum implementation to improve the quality of education quality is done based on process standard, decree of teaching, teaching schedule, competency test and National Examination- success program; by pointing out homeroom teacher, academic supervisor, student supervisor team; and the last is rewards for the students and teachers who have some achievements. The formal finding in this research is Correlated and Integrated 2013 Curriculum 2013 with SKS system or Acceleration Program, i.e., a kind of 2013 curricullum model with SKS/ semester credit system based on correlation and integration

    The aim of this study is to explain the implementation of aspects in the inclusive education curriculum and character building that leads to the development of character values in primary education. Education is held as a part of fulfilling the rights of every child to develop their academic potential and non-academic potential. In order to reach the goal, every child has a right to get a good education, including children with special needed. This study is a descriptive qualitative study. The data was obtained from the learning description in the design development of inclusive curriculum and characters that are integrated in the curriculum. The techniques used to collect the data are literature review and interview with the teacher of schools that uses inclusive curriculum program in Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP). The discussion is obtained from the study result of the character development implementation in the inclusive curriculum description at school, especially in Al Azhaar Islamic Elementary School and Noble National Academy Elementary School
