    Retain Employees from The Influence of Inside and Outside The Local AMDK Company in Jombang

    This research was conducted to determine the effect of compensation variable significantly on employee    turnover intention. This study also wanted to know the effect of work environment on employee turnover intention. And this study tested together the variable compensation and working environment of this study against variable turnover intention.   Empirically this research results in a   significan influence between variable independent and   dependent. Where             partially    compensated variables have a sig value of 0.00 and a working environment variable with a sig value of 0.011 with a determination value of R2 = 0.532 equivalent to 53.2%. It is described that both variable independent research can explain its relationship with its dependent variables    strongly. The value of Fcalculated > Table Ftabel is 41,303 in table 3. At the results  of this  research the company was  asked  to be able to provide a large compensation that  is   tailored   to the level of needs of employees in general and the procurement and improving of the facilities and pre-existing in the company's

    Companies in Indonesia are facing business challenges, namely the high intensity of competition among businesspeople. In addition, the company also wants their employees to be committed to the organization. One of thesecompanies was PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII which proved that PTPN XII Directors employees showed a highcommitment to the organization, because they were willing to be transferred to the Board of Directors Office,which was far from their place of residence and had to leave their families. The purpose of this study is to testand analyze the effect of Work Family Conflict on Organizational Commitment Through Job Satisfaction. Thisresearch is a causality study with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used a saturatedsample with a total of 50 respondents to the employees of PTPN XII Surabayas board of directors. The statisticalanalysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of smart PLS 3.0 software. The results ofthis study explain that Work Family Conflict has a negative effect on job satisfaction. Work Family Conflict doesnot affect organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Jobsatisfaction does not affect the relationship between Work Family Conflict to organizational commitment to PTPNXII Directors office employees.Keywords: job satisfaction; organizational commitment; work family conflict

    Maintaining work-life balance has become one of the issues faced by many employees and organizations all over the world. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the role of work-life balance and job satisfaction on millennial employee performance. The literature study was based on 22 empirical studies from any national and international journals. The result suggests that work-life balance and job satisfaction were significantly related to job performance in the millennial generation. Millennial employees interested in work-life balance and flexibility, it will affect job satisfaction and improve their job performance. The limitation of this research is only for the full-time millennial employee, who was born in 1980-2000. For further research, it can compare part-time and full-time workers to find out the relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction on millennial employee performance.     This study aims to explain and find out the relationship between the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance mediated by turnover intention at PT. Bahagia Elok Senthosa. This type of research is a causal study using a quantitative approach to permanent employees and saturated samples is a sampling technique of this study with a sample of 53 office employees. This study uses a statistical analysis of structural equation model and the analytical tool used is Smart PLS 3.0. This study provides results that the relationship of job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not affect turnover intention. Turnover intention does not affect employee performance. The relationship of job satisfaction to employee performance cannot be mediated by turnover intention.     This research is a literature study. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship of ethical climate with distorted behavior in the workplace and how the role of workplace spirituality as a mediating variable among the relationships. This approach is based on 18 empirical studies from any national and international journals. Data collected by using search engine methods. The results showed a negative relationship between the ethical climate and workplace deviant behavior. The next results also confirm the mediating role of workplace spirituality in the relationship between ethical climate and deviant behavior in the workplace.     The purpose of this literature study is to investigate the role of social support correlation between work-family conflict on job stress. The literature study was based on 17 empirical studies from any national and international journals. Data collected by using search engine methods. The results suggest that work-family conflict had a positive relationship with job stress. Enacting dual social support (work and nonwork-related social support) can be a positive resource for reducing the adverse effects of job stress and work-family conflict effectively. Based on empirical studies, also found social support can be the best viewed as a moderator to a perceived stressor and work-family conflict. Industri Kemasan Semen Gresik (IKSG). This research is a causality research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique using samples saturated by the number of 92 respondents at PT Industri Kemasan Semen Gresik (IKSG). The statistical analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of smartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study explain that job insecurity does not effect turnover intention, job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on job stres, job stres has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention through job stres.     PT PLN is the largest company enganged in the electricity sector. The company was founded in 1945, and since 1945 the satus of PLN has shifted from a public company to a state-owned company. The company aims to provide electricity for the public interest until now. The research aims to find out and explain the influence of Leader Member Exchange on employee performance and Perceived Organizational Support as intervening variable in the field of human resources and financial field of PT PLN East Java Distribution Unit. The research is a type of quality research that uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses saturated samples with a total of 46 respondents in the field of human resources dan financial field of PT PLN East Java Distribution Unit. Statistical analysisi used in this study is a Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help smart PLS 3.0. software. The results of this study indicate that Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on Perceived Organizational Support, and Perceived Organizational Support can be an intervening between variables Leader Member Exchange on employee performance.
