Membangun birokrasi yang responsif ditengah krisis kepercayaan publik terhadap pelayanan birokrasi menjadikan tuntutan begitu besar bagi pemerintah untuk terus melakukan inovasi dalam pelayanan publik. Membangun birokrasi dan sistem pelayanan yang begitu rumit dan panjang membuat birokrasi di Indonesia banyak ‘dihindari’. Berbagai inovasi telah dilakukan seperti adanya sistem pelayanan terpadu satu pintu dan sistem pelayanan terpadu satu atap. Meskipun regulasi ini memberikan dampak terhadap pelayanan publik di beberapa daerah. Namun, masih saja menyisahkan berbagai persoalan. Oleh karena itu penggunaan teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam pelayanan publik sebaiknya ditingkatkan. Ini disebabkan berbagai lembaga pemerintah atau instansi setengah hati membangun sistem teknologi informasi. Padahal berbagai data memperilihatkan begitu pentingnya untuk penggunaan internet di berbagai daerah khususnya dikota-kota besar seperti DKI Jakarta. Oleh karena, itu akan diuji kembali komitmen dan kosistensi pemerintah dalam membuat keputusan atau kebijakan yang bisa membuat publik akan merasa mudah dalam menggunakan pelayanan publik

Women’s language must be considered as a discourse, meaning that it is a way to express or to articulate events, experiences, views, and certain facts of life. Women’s language always represents an attitude toward certain life view, precisely in the form of a description of a contribution of whole worldview to the idea of life which have been recognized and interpreted by women. In fact, women’s and men’s languages are different but other opinion states the reverse. Women’s language tends to use cooperative style of speech, while men’s language employs competitive style. Men and women may be separated by dichotomy between private and public, or production and reproduction. As a result, the separation leads to the different attitude of men and women toward speech.An ideology can be expressed through language in the form of discourse. Ideology may be given explicitly or implicitly, even with or without awareness of the ideology carrier. Such condition has been experienced by women during the revelation of their ideology. A medium to deliver ideology is discourse, but still may involve the consideration of vocabulary and grammar selections

Dampak Covid-19 terhadap Pembelajaran di Perguruan Tinggi

Peneltian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara terstruktur yang melibatkan 9 responden yang terdiri dari 3 dosen dan 9 mahasiswa prodi Pendidikan Biologi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sulawesi Barat. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak Pandemi Covid-19 terhadap pembelajaran meliputi: (1) Perubahan pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran online; (2) Peningkatan penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran; (3) Peningkatan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan dalam merancang pembelajaran di era new normal

The Influence of Knowledge and Information Acceptance towards Environment Awareness Attitude of Junior High School Students in Suppa Subdistrict

This research is ex post facto in the form of multiple regressions. The population of this research is all grade VIII State Junior High School students in Suppa sub-district, Pinrang district, academic year 2015/2016 which consists of four schools with the total of 422 students. Sampel are taken by employing random sampling technique and obtained 117 students. Data is collected using multiple choise test, information acceptance questionnaire, attitude questionnaire environmental awareness and free interview guidance. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique with the assistance of SPSS program 18 version for computer; however, before hypothesis test is conducted, the analysis prerequisite test is conducted beforehand in forms of normality test, linearity and homogeneity.The results of the research reveal that: (i) most of the students environmental knowledge can be categorized as high; most of the students’ information acceptance can be categorized as fair; whereas, most of the students’ attitude of environmental awareness can be categorized as very high; (ii) there is positive and significant influence between environmental knowledge and the attitude of environmental awareness. The influence of environmental knowledge and the attitude of environmental awareness is categorized as fairly strong; (iii) there is positive and significant influence between information acceptance through mass media and the attitude of environmental awareness. The influence of information acceptance on the attitude of environmental awareness is categorized as low; (iv) there is positive and significant influence between environmental knowledge and information acceptance through mass media on the attitude of environmental awareness. Quran which consists of 30 juz 114 surah has explored humanistic principles and values  in the interaction to other humans both of in group and inter group interaction need to be studied in order to solve all problems occurs in the society. Problems of this research are: (1) How are main themes of multicultural education values in tafsir Al-Azhar by Buya Hamka? (2) How is the perspective of Buya Hamka towards multicultural education values in tafsir Al-Azhar. This is a library research. Data collection technique is by using documents, the researcher collected and reviewed books, kitab, journals, and other writing materials which are connected to multicultural education and came up with the description. Data of this research was analyzed by using linguistics, sociological, and theological approach. Buya Hamka in interpreting verses about multicultural emphasizes on the concept of unity and similarity. According to Hamka, diversity is a starting points of the conflicts in the life of society. Unity and similarity concept by Buya Hamka can be viewed from two points. They are: (1) Unity and similarity of human origins from the same father and mother. RGBD Datasets: Past, Present and Future

Since the launch of the Microsoft Kinect, scores of RGBD datasets have been released. These have propelled advances in areas from reconstruction to gesture recognition. In this paper we explore the field, reviewing datasets across eight categories: semantics, object pose estimation, camera tracking, scene reconstruction, object tracking, human actions, faces and identification. By extracting relevant information in each category we help researchers to find appropriate data for their needs, and we consider which datasets have succeeded in driving computer vision forward and why. Finally, we examine the future of RGBD datasets. We identify key areas which are currently underexplored, and suggest that future directions may include synthetic data and dense reconstructions of static and dynamic scenes.Comment: 8 pages excluding references (CVPR style
