Literacy and Numeracy Research Trends for Elementary School Student: A Systematic Literature Review
Literation and numeracy are among the basic skills needed by primary school-aged children to develop 21st-century skills. This triggered massive innovations in educational research related to literacy and numeracy. This content analysis study aimed to systematically analyze the trends of literacy and numeracy research of elementary school students based on articles published in national and international journals. Based on the established inclusion criteria, 20 articles were collected for analysis using the Paper Classification Form (PCF) instrument. The results of the analysis showed the dominance of the topic of literacy and numeracy implementation (45%) themed on daily activities (41.67%) with the case study method (35%). The most common integration pattern found was contextual learning (38.46%). Interest (58.33%) and problem-solving (16.67%) were the dominant variables associated with implementing literacy and numeracy in primary school students. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct various literacy and numeracy studies of elementary school students on other potential issues to help the government achieve national education goals
Understanding Elementary School Students' Errors in Completing Number Operations
Integer operations are fundamental in math; students need to know how to do them before learning other things. However, students often have difficulty learning the material of integer operations. This study aims to describe the types of errors students have made in solving integer operation problems and suggests efforts that can be made to overcome these problems. This research was carried out on students at SD Negeri Pacing I Sukosewu. The study involved 19 students. The research instrument used were documents and diagnostic tests in the form of descriptive questions. The data analysis used was in the form of descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that student errors in solving integer operation problems were reading errors at 26.32%, comprehension errors at 41.05%, transformation errors at 57.89%, process skill errors at 57.89% and conclusion drawing errors at 42.11%. One of the learning alternatives that can be used to minimize at SD Negeri Pacing I Sukosewu is guided discovery learning that involves the students’ real world.

Analisis Sentimen Pada Sosial Media Twitter Terhadap Kualitas Jaringan Internet Telkomsel Menggunakan Ensemble K-Nearest Neighbour -Support Vector Machine
Di Indonesia, PT Telekomunikasi Seluler, yang mengoperasikan layanan jaringan internet seluler melalui Telkomsel, merupakan salah satu perusahaan penyedia layanan internet. Opini pengguna Telkomsel mengenai kualitas layanan jaringan internet sering dijadikan representasi kepuasan pengguna, yang menjadi indikator penilaian dan evaluasi bagi perusahaan. Analisis sentimen, dengan melakukan klasifikasi opini pengguna ke dalam kelas positif, negatif, atau netral, dapat digunakan sebagai metode untuk mengukur kepuasan pengguna terhadap layanan tersebut. Dalam penelitian analisis sentimen ini menggunakan model algoritma machine learning yaitu K-Nearest Neighbour, Support Vector Machine, dan Ensemble KNN-SVM yang berbasis majority vote dan berbasis average. Dalam penelitian ini data yang diambil berasal dari Twitter dengan rentang waktu 7 Juli 2020 hingga 31 Desember 2022 dengan total jumlah data sebesar 30004 data dan diambil sampel yang diberi label sebesar 3900 data. Dari penggunaan data sampel tersebut, nilai akurasi pada model KNN pada K=15 memberikan hasil akurasi sebesar 83.21%, model SVM pada C=100 memberikan hasil akurasi sebesar 84.33%, model Ensemble KNN-SVM Majority Vote atau Hard Vote memberikan hasil akurasi sebesar 83.26%, dan model Ensemble KNN-SVM Average atau Soft Vote memberikan hasil akurasi sebesar 84.79%. Selain itu keempat model tersebut melakukan prediksi sentimen terhadap data yang belum dilabel dan keempat model tersebut memprediksi mayoritas sentimennya yaitu negatif. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa opini masyarakat terhadap kualitas layanan jaringan internet telkomsel adalah negatif. Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan model klasifikasi KNN, SVM, dan Ensemble KNN-SVM dalam melakukan analisis sentimen dapat dikatakan baik dan mampu untuk memprediksi sentimen pada sebuah data yang belum berlabel dan yang berlabel.
Abstract
In Indonesia, PT Telekomunikasi Cellular, which operates cellular internet network services through Telkomsel, is one of the internet service provider companies. Telkomsel users' opinions regarding the quality of internet network services are often used as a representation of user satisfaction, which is an indicator of assessment and evaluation for the company. Sentiment analysis, by classifying user opinions into positive, negative, or neutral classes, can be used as a method to measure user satisfaction with the service. This sentiment analysis research uses machine learning algorithm models, namely K-Nearest Neighbor, Support Vector Machine, and KNN-SVM Ensemble which are majority vote-based and average-based. In this study, the data taken came from Twitter with a period of July 7, 2020, to December 31, 2022, with a total amount of data of 30004 data and a labeled sample of 3900 data was taken. From the use of the sample data, the accuracy value of the KNN model at K = 15 gave an accuracy result of 83.21%, the SVM model at C = 100 gave an accuracy result of 84.33%, the KNN-SVM Majority Vote or Hard Vote Ensemble model gave an accuracy result of 83.26%, and the KNN-SVM Average or Soft Vote Ensemble model gave an accuracy result of 84.79%. In addition, the four models predict sentiment against unlabeled data and all four models predict the majority of sentiment is negative. So it can be concluded that public opinion on the quality of Telkomsel's internet network services is negative. Overall, the use of KNN, SVM, and Ensemble KNN-SVM classification models in conducting sentiment analysis can be said to be good and able to predict sentiment on unlabeled and labeled data.
Development of A Tourist Destination Object Search Application as A Madura Tourism Information Media Using ADDIE Model
The rapid development of tourism has caused many tourists to be interested in enjoying it. Madura Island is a small archipelago and is part of East Java. Madura consists of 4 districts, namely Bangkalan district, Sampang district, Pamekasan district, and Sumenep district. With the number of districts owned, it creates a diversity of tourism. The development of the tourism sector must also be accompanied by the development of information technology. Utilization of technology can improve accommodation in supporting tourist destination services by designing an android-based application for searching for objects supporting Madura tourism destinations. The purpose of this research is to create an object search application that supports tourist destinations and serves as a medium for information about tourist locations on the island of Madura, making it more straightforward for tourists/users to enjoy their vacation. The stages of research carried out using ADDIE Model include knowing the system requirements, analysis and design, Development, implementation, and Evaluation. The results of the study are in the form of applications by detecting supporting objects including places of interest, gas stations, lodging, religion, culinary and health. It is expected that users when visiting Madura tourism will be easy, fun, and can enjoy their holidays
Sentiment Analysis of Public Opinion Towards Tourism in Bangkalan Regency Using Naïve Bayes Method
Sentiment analysis is natural language processing (NLP) that uses text analysis to recognize and extract opinions in text. Analysis is used to convert unstructured information into more structured information, also to determine whether an object has a positive, negative, or neutral tendency, and is an effort to facilitate decision making for tourism managers as a recommendation in developing tourist attractions. In this study, opinions were conducted on tourism reviews in Bangkalan using the Naïve Bayes method. This method is a machine learning algorithm to classify text into concepts that are easy to understand and provide accurate results with high efficiency. This method is proven to provide excellent results with a high level of accuracy, especially for large data, but has some drawbacks, sensitive to feature selection. Thus, a feature selection process is needed to improve classification efficiency by reducing the amount of data analyzed, with the Information Gain feature selection method. The word weighting method uses TF-IDF, while the data used comes from google maps reviews taken through web scraping, where tourist visitors provide reviews and ratings of places that have been visited. However, the large number of reviews can make it difficult for tourist attractions managers to manage them, so the process of labeling the sentiment class of the review data obtained 3649 reviews, with 2583 positive, 275 negative, and 457 neutral. Based on the test results that have been carried out using the Information Gain threshold of 0.0001, 0.0003, and 0.0007 can improve the accuracy of the Naïve Bayes model, for the best test at threshold 0.0007, with an accuracy value of 78.68%, precision 80.44%, recall 82.59%, and f1-score 82.53%, from the test results it shows that the use of information gain feature selection and SMOTE technique has a fairly good performance in classifying public opinion sentiment data on tourism in Bangkalan Regency, meaning that tourism management is good seen from the results of visitor satisfaction sentiment

Evaluasi Usability dan Perbaikan Desain Aplikasi Mobile Menggunakan Usability Testing dengan Pendekatan Human-Centered Design (HCD)
Aplikasi mobile Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG) merupakan aplikasi yang memberikan peringatan dini cuaca. Informasi peringatan dini tersebut skalanya tidak hanya sebatas provinsi, tetapi hingga tingkat kecamatan. Namun ketika informasi yang ditampilkan dalam aplikasi masih kurang jelas untuk dipahami pengguna serta kemudahan dan kenyaman pengguna belum sesuai tujuan pembuatan aplikasi maka perlu dilakukan redesign pada aplikasi mobile BMKG tersebut dengan mengacu pada 8 rule panduan (Eight Golden Rules) untuk desain interaksi, serta pengujian menggunakan Kuesioner Usability SUS (System Usability Scale) yang berisi 10 pertanyaan terkait aplikasi dengan melakukan wawancara kepada responden terhadap apikasi tersebut, dari hasil yang didapatkan pada pengujian menggunakan prinsip Eight Golden Rules terdapat tiga point yang belum maksimal mulai dari Design dialogue to yield closure, Support internal locus of control, dan Support internal locus of control, kemudian pengujian menggunakan SUS yang dilakukan secara 2 kali, untuk yang pertama terhadap desain asli dari aplikasi mobile BMKG dengan skor rata-rata 60 menunjukan tingkat penerimaan pengguna Marginal Low, sedangkan grade skala masuk kategori D dan Adjective rating kategori OK, dari hasil dilakukan usulan desain perbaikan sesuai dengan masukan yang telah didapatkan dari para responden kemudian pengujian yang ke dua dengan metode Perhitungan SUS mendapatkan skor rata-rata 80,25 dapat disimpulkan tingkat penerimaan pengguna kategori Acceptable, pada Tingkat grade skala kategori B, serta untuk Adjective rating kategori Excellent, sehingga usulan desain aplikasi mobile BMKG dapat digunakan dengan mudah dan pengguna tidak merasa kebingungan terhadap desain hasil perbaikan untuk mendapatkan layanan informasi cuaca yang diberikan. Usability Evaluation and Improvement of Mobile Application Design Using Usability Testing with a Human-Centered Design (HCD) ApproachMeteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) mobile application is an application that provides weather early warning. The early warning information is not only limited to the province, but also to the sub-district level. But when the information displayed in the application is still not clear enough to be understood by the user and the ease and comfort of the user is not in accordance with the purpose of making the application, it is necessary to redesign the BMKG mobile application by referring to the 8 rule guidelines (Eight Golden Rules) for interaction design, as well as testing using SUS Usability Questionnaire (System Usability Scale) which contains 10 questions related to the application by conducting interviews with respondents of the application, from the results obtained in testing using the principles of the Eight Golden Rules there are three points that have not been maximal starting from Design dialogue to yield closure, Internal Support locus of control, and internal support locus of control, then testing using SUS is done twice, for the first to the original design of the BMKG mobile application with an average score of 60 shows the level of acceptance of Marginal Low users, while the grade scale is in the D category d an Adjective rating category OK, from the results of the proposed improvement design in accordance with the input that has been obtained from respondents then the second test with the SUS Calculation method to get an average score of 80.25 can be concluded on the acceptability ranges included in Acceptable, on the grade scale get a value of B, and for Adjective Rating included in Excellent, so that the proposed BMKG mobile application design can be used easily and users do not feel confused about the design of the results of improvements to get weather information services provided.</jats:p

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi memudahkan proses belajar mengajar antara dosen dan mahasiswa. Metode belajar mahasiswa pun ikut bergeser dari penggunaan media belajar text book pada media gadget yang merupakan “dunia” generasi millenial yang menawarkan lebih banyak model referensi seperti video, simulasi, dan sebagainya. Model pembelajaran konvensional yang bertumpu pada dosen atau Teacher Center Learning(TCL) digantikan dengan Student Centered Learning (SCL). Penerapan strategi dan metode pembelajaran yang tepat sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman dan teknologi akan meningkatkan efektifitas pembelajaran mahasiswa dan dapat meningkatkan daya belajar mandiri mahasiswa, dengan metode Flipped Classroom model pembelajaran tradisional dibalik, yang biasanya materi diberikan di kelas dan mahasiswa mengerjakan tugas di rumah. Konsep Flipped Classroom mencakup active learning, keterlibatan mahasiswa, dan podcasting, materi terlebih dahulu diberikan melalui video pembelajaran yang harus ditonton mahasiswa di rumah. Sebaliknya, sesi belajar di kelas digunakan untuk diskusi kelompok, diskusi dengan dosen tentang materi yang sulit untuk dipahami pada saat belajar mandiri dan mengerjakan tugas.
