Data yang berkualitas akan menghasilkan kebijakan yang berkualitas. Metode penilaian kualitas data yang ada sekarang ini belum mencakup semua indikator kualitas data. Apabila Indikator atau kriteria penilaian yang terdapat dalam suatu metode penilaian kualitas data semakin lengkap maka tingkat penilaian metode tersebut akan semakin tinggi terhadap suatu data. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembanganmetode penilaian mandiri kualitas data rutin di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surakarta yang sebelumnya dilakukan penilaian kualitas data dengan metode HMN dan PMKDR terlebih dahulu. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D) yang telah dimodifikasi menjadi tujuh langkah, yaitu merumuskan potensi masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, dan revisi produk. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 19 responden yang merupakan pengelola data di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surakarta. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara analisis isi. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa dalam tahap uji coba dari hasil pengembangan metode penilaian kualitas data yang telah dikembangkan pada dasarnya berhasil, atau dapat digunakan. Hasil penilaian kualitas data dengan metode yang dikembangkan adalah kualitas pengumpulan data yang sangat adekuat, kualitas akurasi data kurang baik, kualitas konsistensi data ada tetapi tidak adekuat, kualitas aktualitas data sangat adekuat, kualitas periodesitas data sangat adekuat, kualitas keterwakilan data sangat adekuat, dan pemilahan data sangat adekuat. Perlu adanya komitmen dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surakarta untuk memanfaatkan hasil pengembangan metode ini untuk menilai kualitas data untuk menunjang tersedianya informasi, pengambilan keputusan, dan perencanaan program kesehatan. Selain itu juga diperlukan pengembangan penelitian ini dengan melakukan semua tahap alur R&D agar hasil akhir pengembangan metode yang dilakukan dapat lebih baik. Good data quality will result good policy quality. A current method for data quality assessment has not covered all indicators of data quality. If indicators or assessment criteria available in a method of data quality assessment are complete, a level of the data assessment will be high. This study aimed at developing a method of independent assessment for routine data quality at Surakarta City Health Office which was previously assessed using methods of HMN and PMKDR. This was a research and development study that had been modified into seven steps, namely arranging potency of problems, collecting data, designing a product, validating design, revising design, trying out a product, and revising a product. Research subjects consisted of 19 respondents who were data managers at Surakarta City Health Office. Data were analysed using content analysis. The results of this research showed that the developed method principally was successful or could be used to assess data quality during a trying out step.The results of data quality assessment using the developed method were as follows: quality of data collection was very adequate, quality of data accuracy was not good, the was any quality of data consistency but it was not adequate, quality of data actuality was very adequate, quality of data periodicity was very adequate, quality of data representativeness was very adequate, and data separation was very adequate. Surakarta City Health Office needs to have a commitment to utilise the developed method to assess data quality for providing information, making a decision, and planning health programs. In addition, further research needs to be conducted by developing this study through performing all steps of R&D in order to have better results. Sistem informasi kesehatan haji di KKP Semarang digunakan untuk mengolah dan menyebarluaskan hasil analisis dan juga pencatatan dan pengendalian data tentang kesehatan haji sehingga dapat memfasilitasi kebutuhan pengumpulan data secara cepat dan tepat, pengolahan data yang lebih besar serta komunikasi data yang lebih cepat. Evaluasi dengan model DeLone and McLean merupakan suatu model evaluasi untuk menilai kesuksesan penggunaan sistem informasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Petugas yang menggunakan sistem ini menjadi subyek penelitian terdiri dari 7 (tujuh) orang informan utama dan 3 (tiga) orang informan triangulasi. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam menggunakan pedoman wawancara. Pengolahan dan analisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mudah diakses dan cepat. Sistem kemanan sudah cukup baik dengan adanya penggunaan password dan adanya backup data. Hasil informasi dipakai sebagai bahan perencanaan dan pembuatan program kerja juga sebagai bahan evaluasi dengan Dinas Kesehatan. Selain itu layanan dari pihak ketiga juga merespon cukup baik. Namun masih ada kendala dengan masih terdapatnya data ganda dan juga beratnya beban kerja server yang menampung semua sistem informasi yang terdapat di KKP Semarang. Selain itu juga masih adanya beberapa laporan yang dibuat secara manual, meski data diambil dari sistem. Meski terdapat beberapa permasalahan, secara keseluruhan sistem ini sukses dalam membantu KKP Semarang dalam melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan haji. Hajj Health Information System at Semarang Port Health Office (PHO) was utilized to manage and distribute results of analysis. In addition, it was also used to record and control data of hajj health in order to collect data quickly and accurately, to manage big data, and to communicate data quickly. Evaluation using DeLone and McLean was a model of evaluation to assess the success of utilizing an information system. This was a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Main informants consisted of seven officers who used the system. Meanwhile, three officers were selected as informants for triangulation purpose. Data were collected by conducting indepth interview using an interview guidance. Data were analyzed using a content analysis. The results of this research showed that this system was easy to be accessed. A security system was good enough by requiring password-based login and by providing data backup. Resulted information was used to make a plan and a work program. In addition, it was also used to evaluate with Health Office. A service of third party was good enough. Notwithstanding, there were any barriers like double data and heavy burden of server that collected all information system and was available at Semarang PHO. Some reports were arranged manually even though the data were accessed from the system. Overall, this system could assist Semarang PHO in providing hajj health services.     Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Pemantauan Pengobatan Pasien TB Paru di Puskesmas Kabupaten Kudus

Untuk pencatatan jadwal pasien minum obat disimpan oleh petugas TB Paru, sedangkan jadwal pasien mengambil obat kembali dan pemeriksaan dahak ulang di catat pada lembar yang dibawa oleh pasien. dari kondisi tersebut menyebabkan petugas mengalami kendala dalam memantau pasien dalam jadwal pengobatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan Sistem Informasi pemantauan pengobatan pasien TB Paru yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu petugas Program TB Paru di Kabupaten Kudus. Pengembangan sistem informasi dilakukan berdasarkan tahapan kerja FAST (Framework for the Application of Sistem Techniques). Desain penelitian menggunakan one group posttest. Subyek penelitian terdiri 12 (dua belas) responden. Variabel penelitian meliputi kelayakan penggunaan, informasi, kualitas antar muka dan kelayakan Sistem secara keseluruhan. Hasil pengembangan sistem informasi pemantauan pengobatan pasien TB Paru terdiri dari menu input data pasien TB Paru. Output dari sistem ini dapat mengirimkan pesan pengingat kepada pasien tentang jadwal minum obat, jadwal pengambilan obat, dan jadwal pemeriksaan dahak ulang, list pasien yang sedang dalam proses pengobatan menu edit lis pasien, rekap hasil pengobatan pasien. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh nilai kelayakan penggunaan 72,23%, kelayakan informasi 69,73%, kelayakan kualitas antarmuka 69,84%, dan kelayakan Sistem secara keseluruhan 71,43%. To record a schedule of a patient in consuming medicine, a form was kept by a health worker of pulmonary TB. On the other hand, a schedule of a patient to retake a medicine and to recheck sputum was written in other form brought by a patient. This condition made a health worker difficult to monitor their patients. This study aimed at creating information system to monitor patient treatment of pulmonary TB that could be used to assist an officer of a pulmonary TB program in Kudus Regency. Information system development was undertaken based on steps of FAST (Framework for the Application of System Techniques). This research design used one group posttest. Number of research subjects were 12 respondents. Research variables consisted of feasibility of use, information, interface quality, and feasibility of overall system. The results of information system development to monitor patient treatment of pulmonary TB consisted of menu of input data of pulmonary TB patients. Output of this system could send a message to remind patients about schedules to consume a medicine, to collect a medicine, and to recheck sputum. In addition, the system could provide information of a list of patients who were in the process of treatment, menu to edit a list of patients, and recapitulation of results of patient treatment. The results of descriptive analysis demonstrated that percentages of feasibility of use was 72.23%, feasibility of information was 69.73%, feasibility of interface quality was 69.84%, and feasibility of overall system was 71.43%.     Utilization of Online Referral for National Health Insurance Patient Services in Indonesia: A Scoping Review

    The evolution of the outpatient referral system for BPJSK participants has transitioned from a manual-based system to an online-based approach. The present discourse examines the use of online referrals in patient care under NHI programme in Indonesia. The literature search conducted in this systematic review adheres to the PRISMA methodology and utilises the Google Scholar and PubMed databases. Using online referral in the context of NHI patients is a topic of interest. A total of six papers underwent a systematic evaluation. The assessment of the utilization of online referrals was conducted by evaluating patient satisfaction and the effectiveness of NHI project. The satisfaction of NHI patients concerning time certainty, referral certainty, waiting time, service access, service quality, service process, and service system is influenced by the utilization of online referrals. The practicality of the online referral strategy can be assessed through its impact on programme understanding, targeting precision, goal achievement, and tangible changes. The urgency of online referrals could be more persuasive. In order to enhance the efficiency of waiting time, it is imperative to implement supportive measures, such as the utilization of online queues and streamlining the process of online referrals in primary healthcare settings and hospital

    This study aims to analyze complications in pregnancy and childbirth caused by iron deficiency in pregnant women. The research method uses a literature review with a library approach using existing databases Pubmed, Google Scholar, and Portal Garuda. The research results show that the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia has not reached the target due to a lack of knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about the importance of blood supplement tablets during pregnancy. In conclusion, efforts to consume fe tablets are influenced by factors that must be improved. Regular visits by health workers and assistance from the family are the most influential factors for improving health education for pregnant women.   Keywords: Pregnant Women, Anemia Prevention, Fe Tablet

    Pelepasan informasi medis kepada pihak ketiga merupakan tanggung jawab fasilitas kesehatan untuk melindungi informasi kesehatan yang terdapat didalamnya dari rusak, hilang, pemalsuan data dan akses illegal. Oleh karena itu fasilitas kesehatan harus memiliki kebijakan yang mengatur sistem pelepasan informasi medis kepada pihak ketiga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan sistem pelepasan informasi medis kepada pihak ketiga di RSUD X Madura. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melalui teknik wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 orang, yaitu pimpinan RSUD, manajer pelayanan medik, kepala bagian rekam medis, dan DPJP. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa RSUD X sudah memiliki kebijakan terkait sistem pelepasan informasi medis kepada pihak ketiga namun di kegiatan pelepasan di lapangan belum sesuai kebijakan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan karena sosialisasi dari pimpinan masih kurang sehingga pelaku kebijakan masih belum mengetahui tentang kebijakan tersebut. Belum pernah melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terkait kegiatan pelepasan tersebut sehingga pimpinan tidak mengetahui ada faktor-faktor lain yang menyebabkan kebijakan tersebut tidak berjalan

    The Impact of Electronic Medical Records on BPJS Claims and Physician Performance

    With the digital transformation, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) have become crucial for operational efficiency and better healthcare. By the end of 2023, all Indonesian healthcare facilities are expected to implement EMR (Regulation No. 24, 2022). However, challenges with BPJS claims often arise post-EMR implementation. This study analyzes EMR's impact at RS A on BPJS claims and physician performance, aiming to identify mitigation strategies for these issues. Using mixed methods, this study combines primary data from 5 respondent interviews and secondary data on BPJS claims pre- and post-EMR implementation at RS A (Jan-Aug 2023). Secondary data analysis employs tables, graphs, and descriptive statistics (mean, median, and standard deviation) to detail BPJS claims patterns. The Chi-Square test is used to analyze the relationship between physician performance and BPJS claim document completeness. EMR implementation increased cases by 11.27% and nominal BPJS claims by 15.04%. Physician performance analysis showed no significant relationship between variables and BPJS claim document completeness (p > 0.05). Challenges post-EMR included data errors, lack of staff training, technical constraints, and incomplete integration of operational processes with EMR. Mitigation strategies include staff training, periodic monitoring, internal audits, process improvements, and management evaluation. EMR implementation at RS A increased cases and BPJS claims. However, challenges persist post-implementation. Effective mitigation strategies can enhance efficiency and BPJS claim quality

    Media and Methods in Promoting Dental and Oral Health among Pregnant Women

    Introduction: The health of pregnant women is influenced by what they consume. Consuming good food but having infections or abnormalities in the mouth and teeth will cause the incoming food to be contaminated and will have an impact on the baby's growth and development. Based on this, dental and oral health in pregnant women plays a very important role for pregnant women and children. This study aims to find out how analysts promote dental and oral health in pregnant women. The method used is a systematic literature review using the PRISMA diagram by identifying P (Population, patients), Intervention (Intervention or treatment), Prognostic Factors, or Exposure, Comparison (comparison with control if any), Outcome (outcome) according to the research to be conducted, and Study (type of research). From the results of the reduction of selected journals, there are 19 scientific articles that will be analyzed. Review: In this research, there are various health promotions that can be carried out to provide education to the public, including social media, consultations, hospitals, training, providing video demonstrations and explanations via flip charts Conclusions: The conclusion of this research is that there are various health promotions that can be carried out to provide education to the public, including social media, consultations, hospitals, training, providing video demonstrations and explanations via flip charts. The suggestion from this research is the need for intensive health promotion and health education for pregnant women. Promotion and education can be carried out by residents in collaboration with community health centers or in collaboration with hospitals or can also be done through social media

    Behavioral Factors and Practices of Multiple Injection Immunization for Children Aged 9-12 Months in Rural Areas

    Immunization has been proven to be cost-effective and globally successful in reducing child deaths from infectious diseases. However, the many types of vaccines that must be given to each child in one visit make this practice controversial because they are considered unsafe. The study aims to analyze behavioral determinants of multiple injection immunization practices in rural areas. This is analytical research with a quantitative and cross-sectional approach. The population consists of all children aged 9-12 months in Kendal Regency with a sample of 407 children. Respondents were parents/caregivers selected from 30 PHC. Data were collected by interview using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Immunization practices are assessed through the Maternal and Child Health-Book. Immunization practice with multiple injections is partially related to education, knowledge, perception (susceptibility, severity, side effects, benefits), self-efficacy, and support (family, health workers, community, informational, and policy). Simultaneously, it is known that health worker support has the most dominant influence, followed by informational support, knowledge, perceived severity, and perceived susceptibility. Efforts are needed to increase health workers' competency in reducing the pain of children due to vaccination, as well as providing education to parents/caregivers effectively through clear communication, reducing misinformation and misperceptions, especially for rural communities
