Enhanced bias stress stability of a-InGaZnO thin film transistors by inserting an ultra-thin interfacial InGaZnO:N layer

Amorphous indium-gallium-zinc oxide (a-IGZO) thin film transistors (TFTs) having an ultra-thin nitrogenated a-IGZO (a-IGZO:N) layer sandwiched at the channel/gate dielectric interface are fabricated. It is found that the device shows enhanced bias stress stability with significantly reduced threshold voltage drift under positive gate bias stress. Based on x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurement, the concentration of oxygen vacancies within the a-IGZO:N layer is suppressed due to the formation of N-Ga bonds. Meanwhile, low frequency noise analysis indicates that the average trap density near the channel/dielectric interface continuously drops as the nitrogen content within the a-IGZO:N layer increases. The improved interface quality upon nitrogen doping agrees with the enhanced bias stress stability of the a-IGZO TFTs.This work was supported in part by the State Key Program for Basic Research of China under Grant Nos. 2010CB327504, 2011CB922100, and 2011CB301900; in part by the National Natural Science Foundation of China under Grant Nos. 60936004 and 11104130; in part by the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province under Grant Nos. We present new sharp sufficient conditions for the existence of properly colored and rainbow (Formula presented.) 's in edge-colored graphs. Our first results deal with sharp color neighborhood conditions for the existence of properly colored (Formula presented.) 's in edge-colored complete graphs and complete bipartite graphs, respectively. Next, we characterize the extremal graphs for an anti-Ramsey number result due to Alon on the existence of rainbow (Formula presented.) 's in edge-colored complete graphs. We also generalize Alon's result from complete to general edge-colored graphs. Finally, we derive a structural property regarding the extremal graphs for a bipartite counterpart of Alon's result due to Axenovich, Jiang, and KĂĽndgen on the existence of rainbow (Formula presented.) 's in edge-colored complete bipartite graphs. We also generalize their result from complete to general bipartite edge-colored graphs.</p

An Empirical Study for Online Supplemental Reviews Impact on Consumers’ Purchase Intention

In order to let buyers and sellers make more sensible buying or selling decisions based on the E-WOM. This paper explored the relationship between the onlinesupplemental reviews and buyers’ purchase intention by empirical study. Dataset included 281 valid questionnaires, and investigation of the research questions relied on the statistical procedures of analysis of variance. Based on research, the conclusion suggested that the buyers’ purchase intention was influenced by more supplemental reviews than by the original reviews. Moreover, when the original reviews are positive or neutral, the positive supplemental reviews will enhance purchase intention; on the contrary, it will be weakened when two types ofreviews are negative. Besides, the relationship between different reviews and purchase intention was found to vary as a function of review sentiment as well as product types

Self-distilled Dynamic Fusion Network for Language-based Fashion Retrieval

In the domain of language-based fashion image retrieval, pinpointing the desired fashion item using both a reference image and its accompanying textual description is an intriguing challenge. Existing approaches lean heavily on static fusion techniques, intertwining image and text. Despite their commendable advancements, these approaches are still limited by a deficiency in flexibility. In response, we propose a Self-distilled Dynamic Fusion Network to compose the multi-granularity features dynamically by considering the consistency of routing path and modality-specific information simultaneously. Two new modules are included in our proposed method: (1) Dynamic Fusion Network with Modality Specific Routers. The dynamic network enables a flexible determination of the routing for each reference image and modification text, taking into account their distinct semantics and distributions. (2) Self Path Distillation Loss. A stable path decision for queries benefits the optimization of feature extraction as well as routing, and we approach this by progressively refine the path decision with previous path information. Extensive experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed model compared to existing methods.Comment: ICASSP 202
