    The Effect of E-recruitment on Interest in Applying for Jobs with Company Reputation as A Mediation Variable

    Companies compete for customers and gain a competitive advantage. In addition, they also compete to win candidates who are competent and capable in their fields. The current workforce is shifting to the millennial generation. According to a survey of internet usage by age by the Association of Indonesian Internet Service Providers (APJII), the millennial generation made the largest contribution at 64%. This shows that the millennial generation has a large internet consumption pattern, and internet user data information is increasing from year to year. However, utilization to find work is still low. This study aims to determine the effect of E-recruitment on the desire to apply for a job, the effect of company reputation on the desire to apply for a job and the effect of e-recruitment on asking to apply for a job mediated by company reputation. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires via google form with random sampling technique. Questionnaires were distributed to some students of the 2017 Faculty of Economics and Business with a total of 97 respondents. Analysis The data is processed using SmartPLS. The results show that E-Recruitment has no effect on interest in applying for work, E-recruitment affects company reputation, Company reputation affects interest in applying for work, Company reputation is able to mediate E-recruitment on interest in applying for work

    Balut bidai training aims to minimize the impact that can occur so that every lay person can help if they find victims who have an accident.The research aimed to analyze to what extent the effect of the splint wrap training using the watching video method on the fracture management knowledge of the Youth Red Cross members. This was the qualitative research with the one group pretest posttest design method with the samples of 70 students of YRC members. The samples were selected using the non-probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling approach. The date were analyzed using T-Test. The research result indicates that there is no significant difference concerning the knowledge level between the simulation group and video group (? = 0.063), whereas on the skill level, there is the significant difference between the simulation group and video group (? = 0.000). Thus, it can be concluded that the training using the video method can improve the fracture management knowledge fester than the training using the simulation method, so that it is expected that the training using the video method can be utilized for almost all topics, and every cognitive, affective, psychomotoric and interpersonal domain

    The purpose of this study to determine the effect of the use of audio-visual learning media windows movie maker based on the ability to analyze the history of science students in class X SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Metro second semester of the school year 2016/2017. This research uses quasi-experimental research (quasi exsperiment) with type Nonequivalent control group design. the sample was selected using random cluster sampling (taking classes at random). This research activity using audiovisual media based on windows movie maker where the ability to analyze historical results of students using audio-visual media-based learning windows movie maker is higher than the use of media power point. This can be evidenced mealui the acquisition value of the average post-test between the experimental class students and students of the control class. That the average yield of the ability to analyze the history of the experimental class and the control class earn 78.47 72.55 based on the average value obtained that the average value of 5.92 experimental class larger than the control class. Based on these calculations it can be concluded that the experimental class learning higher than the control class. The conclusion of this study is no influence of the use of audio-visual learning media windows movie maker based on the ability to analyze History Class X Science Semester at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Metro in the academic year 2016/2017
