The Analysis of Potential and Contribution Tax of Minerals Non-Metallic and Rocks in Kuantan Singingi Regency
The research was conducted in Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2013. The research aims to determine the potential contribution of tax revenue and non-metallic minerals and rocks as well as the efforts made and the obstacles in tax revenue non-metallic minerals and rocks in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research uses secondary data obtained from the Department of Revenue Kuantan Singingi Regency, the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources Kuantan Singingi Regency, Department of Highways, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Kuantan Singingi Regency and Riau Province. Primary data were obtained directly from the location of the research and research resources that generatet ax non-metallic minerals and rocks in Kuantan Singing Regency. The population in this study are all companies that have permit sretrieval non-metallic minerals and rocks as many as 12 companies. While the sample used in this study were all members of the population, but at the time of the study, only 8 companies that perform operation and have a permit. Engineering data was collected by conducting interviews and question and answer directly to the owner of the company and authorized personel at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources, Department of Revenue, Department of Highways Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis method. Based on the survey results revealed that the potential tax revenue non-metallic minerals and rocks in Kuantan Singingi Regency large enough, based on the results of the studys how ed that the average potential tax above its target, while the contribution to the Revenue Kuantan Singingi Regency relatively veryless. Efforts tax revenue is not included in the group primed and in effective. The factors that cause the tax doesnt meet the target lies in the lack of supervision, failure to fully tax payer data, and the low level of public awarenessin paying taxes.Keywords: Potential tax, tax contributions, efforts and obstacles tax revenue receipts
The Cause Factors of the Fishermans Poverty Village in Tanjung Baru Sub District in Tanah Merah of Indragiri Hilir Regency
This research has been done village in Tanjung Baru Sub district in TanahMerah of Indragiri Hilir regency by many considerations that there are still many fishermen in poverty. This research aim is to know the cause factors of the fishermans poverty in Desa Tanjung and how about the percentage of the fishermens income from their job as a fisherman to their familys responsible and their necessity.The sample was taken village in Tanjung Baru Sub district in Tanah Merah of Indragiri Hilir regency by using random sampling method. The analysis method was descriptive quantitative.The population in this research is the poor fisherman village in Tanjung Baru Sub district in Tanah Merah of Indragiri Hilir regency with the total is 96 fishermen and the population in this research is the sample by the Slovins formulation. The data analysis is descriptive analysis by analyzing result data in order to be the backgrounds problem, also calculated by quantitative after that compare by the theory and make the conclusion.Based on the result analyzing that ahs been done, the fishermans poverty showed that income, education, assets, skill, commercial life style and the familys member who 3 up to 6 members as generally very significantly influencing to the fishermans poverty.Keywords: fishermans poverty, fishermans income
Peranan Bank Sampah Sekolah di Kota Pekanbaru
The study is descriptive studyw hich aims to find up the role and the constrains faced of the school waste bank in the City of Pekanbaru. The samples are determined based on the purposive sampling.This study involved a sample of 20 Schools that have a waste bank. The data were collected through observations, documentations, and interviews. The data analyzed using the descriptive methode. The result show the role of school waste bank of implementations 3R program and people incomes still small. The role of waste management with School Waste Bank program with 3R consept is able to process waste by 9,7% of all the waste in 2013 is 133.500.260 kg of waste dumped into Muara Fajar lanfill. Role of School Waste Bank agains income from saving small trash, but the increase of the 2012 to the 2013 is Rp. 12.629.626,- up to Rp. 15.192.492,-. Constrains faced by the bank is waste due to a lack of socialization into school by the goverment and school have not been able to recycle waste that saved his own, so still rely use Central Waste Bank to prosess.Keywords: School Waste Bank, Rol
