    Pembelajaran Riset Operasi Berbasis Ict Program Komputer Pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Matematika

    Thisstudy was based on the results of learning innovation research conducted in Mathematics Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Science, Semarang State University. The expected goal is to develop or acquire a learning model mathematics course on ICT-based Operations Research. This study was done in order to utilize computer technology (laptop) that was shared by almost all students of the Department of Mathematics in order to reduce the difficulty of students to perform calculations that are many and complex.Research was conducted at the Laboratory of MathematicsUnneswhich also becomes the avenue of this subject. Implementation of learning by using the PBL approach (projectbased learning) based on ICT. The processed data was taken from the field (a real problem) which was further discussed and discussed in groups by utilizing the theory of operations research and facilities laptop and software that support it. The result of the discussion was presented in front of the class andeach step that has been done until the students reached their conclusion and interpretation. The results of the study concluded that (1) the form of the program to resolve the research operations problem was computer assisted program, and (2) the learning outcomes of operations research with project-based learning approach

    Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis ditinjau dari Self-Efficacy pada Project-based Learning berbasis APOS berbantuan E-modul

    This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of Project-based learning based on APOS assisted by e-modules on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities, analyze the influence of self-efficacy on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities, and describe mathematical problem-solving abilities, a review of students' self-efficacy in Project-based learning based on APOS assisted by e-modules. The method used was a mixed method. The population came from 10th-grade students of the TKR Department of SMK Negeri 10 Semarang. The sample was selected using a simple random sampling technique. The subjects in this study were 2 students selected for each self-efficacy classification. Data collection techniques used mathematical problem-solving ability tests, self-efficacy questionnaires, and interviews. The quantitative data were analyzed by the t-test, z-test, two-sample mean test, n-gain test, and regression test. The qualitative data were analyzed by data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion. The research results show (1) Project-based learning based on APOS assisted by e-modules is effective learning on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities, (2) there is an influence between self-efficacy and students' mathematical problem-solving abilities of 68%, and (3) the results obtained from the analysis of mathematical problem-solving in terms of self-efficacy where 4 students with high self-efficacy were able to complete four indicators which had high category mathematical problem-solving abilities, 20 students with low self-efficacy tended to be able to complete three indicators which had medium category mathematical problem-solving abilities, and 5 students with low self-efficacy tend to only be able to complete two indicators of which 2 students have moderate category mathematical problem-solving abilities and 3 students have a low category

    The effectivity of problem-based learning assisted by snakes and ladders games on students divergent thinking ability

    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of problem-based learning assisted by the game of snakes and ladders on students' divergent thinking skills. The type of research is quasi-experimental, and it was conducted at a public junior high school in Semarang for the 2022/2023 academic year. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, the population in this study was the entire class VIII, and the sample in the study was class VIII F as the experiment class (KF) and class VIII E as the control class (KE). The instrument used was a test result of student learning with five description questions, the hypothesis test used is one sample t-test, independent t-test, and z-test with sig 0.05. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the experimental class learning outcomes were higher than the control class learning outcomes. One sample t-test obtained that t count = 6.045 while t table = 0.683, so that t count > t table, it can be said that KF capability average exceeds 70, independent t-test obtained sig < 0.05 which is 0.001. The average of students with learning model problem-based learning with the help of snakes and ladders game on divergent thinking ability more than the average divergent thinking ability of mathematics. It can be said that 75% of students in the experimental class completed it classically. Learning with problem-based learning assisted by snake and ladder games on the students' divergent thinking skills was effective for the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students

    Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Ditinjau dari Mathematical Resilience pada Project Based Learning Berpendekatan STEM

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis menggunakan Project Based Learning berpendekatan STEM ditinjau dari mathematical resilience. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mix method. Analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk menguji apakah Project Based Learning berpendekatan STEM mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Kemudian, analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis ditinjau dari mathematical resilience dengan memilih 3 subjek menggunakan purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian yang dipilih terdiri dari 1 orang dengan mathematical resilience rendah, 1 orang dengan mathematical resilience sedang, dan 1 orang dengan mathematical resilience tinggi. Setelah dilakukan uji t, diperoleh hasil penelitian yaitu Project Based Learning berpendekatan STEM menunjukkan ketuntasan klasikal. Selanjutnya ditinjau dari mathematical resilience, secara umum siswa kategori mathematical resilience tinggi dapat memenuhi 4 indikator kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis, siswa kategori mathematical resilience sedang dapat memenuhi 3 dari 4 indikator kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis, dan siswa kategori mathematical resilience rendah dapat memenuhi 1 hingga 2 indikator kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis

      The purpose of this study is to describe how short-term memory is in learning mathematics. This research method is a literature study. Literature study examines theories based on books, articles, notes, and reports related to the problems studied. The sources of data needed by researchers in this literature review are using primary sources and secondary sources. Data analysis aims to obtain answers from the formulation of the problem that has been determined, data analysis is carried out in an inductive and interpretive way. The result of this research is that the source of working memory during learning is explained in single-digit arithmetic learning, multi-digit arithmetic learning.     Developing Assessment Instrument as a Mathematical Power Measurement

    This was a field research (literature review and exploration) with descriptive quantitative approach. This study aims: (1) to develop a model (scheme) to assess mathematical power, (2) to test the validity of instruments of mathematical power assessment, and (3) to developa valid and reliable test and non-test instrument prototypes as a mathematical power measurement. The research instruments consist of 4 items of essay test, 20 sheets of observation on investigative activities, and 20 items of questionnaires. Validity test was conducted through constructions built up from 3 aspects of mathematical power ability. Result of instrument analysis showed that: (1) the r of instrument test = 0.947, meaning that the instrument is reliable, (2) the r of activity observation sheets = 0.912, meaning that the instrument is reliable, and (3) the r of questionnaires = 0.770, meaning that the questionnaire is reliable on 0.05 significance level. This study concludes: (a) the steps in the model (scheme) of mathematical power assessment may be used as a reference for assessing mathematical power, (b) test and non-test instruments are valid and reliable, and (c) prototypes of test and non-test instruments may be used as a measurement in mathematical power assessment

    The mathematical creative thinking ability of students at Duta Aswaja Kudus Junior High School is still low. Learning in the classroom will be more effective if teachers pay attention not only to cognitive aspects but also affective aspects, especially students' self-esteem. Thus, a learning model that can improve students' creative thinking skills and self-esteem is needed. One of the learning models that facilitates students' creative thinking skills and self-esteem is the PBL model with STEAM approach. The method used is a mix method type of sequential explanatory design.  The population in this study were 8th grade students of Duta Aswaja Kudus Junior High School. Population and sample collection for quantitative research using random sampling techniques and for qualitative research using purposive sampling techniques. Students of class VIII A as the experimental class and class VIII C as the control class are 35 students each. The findings in this article are that the PBL model with STEAM approach is effective in learning mathematics, and has a good contribution in improving mathematical creative thinking skills when compared to expository learning. The achievement of mathematical creative thinking ability of high self-esteem students fulfills all four indicators of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. Students with moderate self-esteem can use their own language, new ways, and unique or in other words fluency is achieved by students. As for flexibility, originality, and elaboration, they are different. Students with low self-esteem are able to understand what is presented in the problem but the four indicators of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration have not been met

    Potensi wisata yang begitu besar belum bisa dimanfaatkan oleh warga  sekitar karena kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang potensi wisata yang dimilikinya. Selain itu,kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat menjadi salah satu penghambat dalam mengembangkan potensi wisata yang ada. Masyarakat cenderung lebih memilih bekerja di pabrik daripada mengembangkan potensi wisata yang dinilai belum tentu keuntungannya. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberdayaan potensi wisata di Desa Gogik Kecamatan Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang, antara lain (1) Pengembangan potensi wisata alam unggulan daerah Kabupaten Semarang yang mampu menarik wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara ke Desa Gogik kecamatan Ungaran Barat(2) pemetaan potensi wisata dan fasilitas pendukung seperti papan informasi, petunjuk arah, pusat kuliner serta  factor lainnya., (3) publikasi wisata yang ada di gogik melalui pengembangan objek wisata dan media social. (4) Pembentukan kelompok sadar wisata (POKDARWIS); (5) Menjalin kemitraan dengan pemerintah, perguruan tinggi, industry (UKM), dan masyarakat luas. Berdasarkan Permasalahan dan solusi yang ditawarkan, Kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki luaran sebagai berikut: Publikasi ilmiah di Jurnal/proseding, publikasi di media masa/cetak/elektronik, peningkatan  omset dibidang ekonomi, peningkatan keterampilan dan pemahaman masyarakat, peningkatan ketentraman/kenyamanan masyarakat. dan masyarakat dapat mandiri mengelola sumberdaya yang ada di Desa Gogik kecamatan Ungaran Barat, Kabupaten Semarang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Tim pelaksana pengabdi dipilih dari berbagai bidang ilmu yang relevan sehingga dapat menunjang terlaksananya program dan sudah memiliki pengalan dibidang penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sehingga program yang didudun dapat berjalan lancer dan sesuai target yang diharapkan
