Kepuasan Pasien Jaminan Persalinan pada Pelayanan Persalinan oleh Bidan Desa di Kabupaten Pati Tahun 2012

Jaminan persalinan bertujuan untuk menurunkan AKI (Angka Kematian Ibu) melalui peningkatan akses pertolongan persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan. Namun demikian AKI di Kabupaten Pati meningkat setelah ada program Jampersal. Hasil studi pendahuluan menunjukkan ketidakpuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan persalinan jampersal oleh Bidan Desa.Tujuan penelitian menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien jampersal pada pelayanan persalinan oleh Bidan Desa di Kabupaten Pati.
Jenis Penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan angket dengan kuesioner terstruktur. Populasi penelitian 450 ibu bersalin dengan jampersal, dengan jumlah responden 90, yang dipilih secara purposive dengan kriteria inklusi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Rank spearman dan regresi logistik berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden (60%) merasa tidak puas dengan pelayanan persalinan jampersal. Mutu pelayanan dalam dimensi reliability dipersepsikan baik 51,1% responden, mutu pelayanan dalam dimensi responsveness dipersepsikan baik 51,1% responden, mutu pelayanan dalam dimensi assurance dipersepsikan baik 51,1% responden , mutu pelayanan dalam dimensi empathy dipersepsikan baik 67,8% responden, mutu pelayanan dalam dimensi tangibles dipersepsikan baik 65,6% responden. Ada hubungan reliability (p=0,001), responsiveness (p=0,001), assurance (0,011), empathy (0,020), tangibles (p=0,001), terhadap kepuasan pasien. Faktor yang paling kuat berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien jampersal adalah reliability selanjutnya berturut-turut tangibles, empathy dan assurance secara bersama-sama berhubungan dengan kepuasan.
Disarankan bagi Dinas Kesehatan kabupaten Pati untuk meningkatkan motivasi bidan dalam pelayanan jampersal antara lain dengan mempermudah proses klaim. Disarankan bagi bidan desa untuk meningkatkan ketanggapan dalam pelayanan jampersal.

Patients' Satisfaction on Delivery Services by Village Midwives in Delivery Assurance Program in Pati District, 2012

The purpose of delivery assurance (Jampersal) was to reduce maternal mortality rate (AKI) through improvement of delivery assistance accessibility by health workers. However, AKI in Pati district increased after the implementation of Jampersal program. Results of a preliminary study showed patient unsatisfactory to Jampersal delivery service by village midwives. Objective of the study was to analyze factors related to Jampersal patient satisfaction toward delivery service by village midwives in Pati district.
This was an observational-analytical study with cross sectional approach. Data were collected by conducting observation and distributing structured questionnaire. Study population was 450 post-delivery mothers who took advantage of Jampersal. Study respondents were 90 Jampersal post-delivery mothers who were selected purposively according to the inclusion criteria. Rank Spearman correlation test and multiple logistic regressions were applied in the data analysis.
Results of the study showed that the majority of respondents (60%) were not satisfied with jampersal delivery service. In the reliability dimension, 51.1% of respondents had good perception on the quality of service. In the responsiveness dimension, 51.1% of respondents had good perception on the quality of service. In the assurance dimension, 51.1% of respondents had good perception on the quality of service. In the empathy dimension, 67.8% of respondents had good perception on the quality of service. In the tangibles dimension, 65.6% of respondents had good perception on the quality of service. There were associations between patient satisfaction and reliability (p= 0.001), responsiveness (p= 0.001), assurance (p= 0.011), empathy (p= 0.020), tangibles (p= 0.001). The strongest factor related to jampersal patient satisfaction was reliability; then tangibles, empathy, and assurance respectively. Those factors, in common, are related to patient satisfaction.
Suggestion for Pati district health office was to increase midwives motivation in Jampersal service such as making easier way in a claim process. Suggestion for village midwives was to improve responsiveness in jampersal service.

Hubungan Kondisi Lingkungan dalam Rumah dengan Kejadian Pneumonia pada Balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Puring Kabupaten Kebumen
Pneumonia is becoming the fifth cause of infant and child mortality, especially in developing countries. Each year as many as 2 million babies pass away because of pneumonia. In 2015, there were 5946 cases (prevalence rate= 50 per 1000 children under five) related to pneumonia occured to the children under five in Kebumen. Puring local clinic ranked the first subdistrict with 501 pneumonia cases to infants. This study aimed to know the association between environmental condition inside the house and pneumonia occurance to children under five in Puring local clinic, Kebumen. This research used observational analytic study with case control design. There were 44 respondents of the treatment group and the same respondent number for the control group.The data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate with chi square test. The findings of the study showed that there were 5 variables of 11 analyzed independent variables which were related to pneumonia occurance to the children under five; they were ventilation space (p-value=0.009; OR=3.600; 95% CI=1,457-8,893), natural lighting intensity (p-value=0.000; OR=5.686; 95% CI=2,275-14,210), wall type (p-value=0.012; OR=3.750; 95% CI=1,423-9,883), flooring type (p-value=0.015; OR=3,400; 95% CI=1,355-8,531), and cooking type (p-value=0.003; OR=4.173; 95% CI=1,709-10,188). Hence, it can be concluded that there is a association among the ventilation space, natural lighting intensity, wall type, flooring type, and cooking fuel type with pneumonia occurance to the children under five in Puring local clinic, Kebumen
Gambaran Pengetahuan, Sikap Dan Praktik Pencegahankekerasan Seksualterhadap Anak Pada Keterpaparan Program Yayasan Setara Dengan Media Video (Studi Kasus Di 2 SD Di Kota Semarang)
Center for intergrated service of treating women and child abuse gender based (PPT Seruni) Semarang handled 93 cases of child abuse (2015) consisted of 48 cases of children sexual abuse. This data was increasing compared to 75 complaints of child abuse in 2014 which consisted of 52% children sexual abuse cases. Yayasan Setara Semarang is one of foundations that concerns to children's rights. In doing so, Yayasan Setara Semarang provides a program for the children by playing some preventing children sexual abuse sosialization videos made by UNICEF in collaboration with Ministry of Health RI. The video told about what a child must do and must not do things as a respond to an older's action toward the children. The prupose of this research is to describe knowledge, attitude and practice of preventing children sexual abuse based on Yayasan Setara Semarang's Program exposure by using video. The type of this research is descriptive study. The population of this research is student who had been exposed in SDN 03 and 04 Jomblang. The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis. The analysis showed that respondents' knowledge was lacking because of the video has not contained potentially children sexual abuse perpetrators in the video, respondents' atittude can be increased by adding other's children sexual abuse potentially actions they should avoid in the video and respondents' practice can be increased by adding they must not do things toward other older in the video. The result of this research suggests Department of Education to insert preventing children sexual abuse matters into school's curriculum and Yayasan Setara to develop the program into demonstration and brainstorming form
