The Improvement of Flip (2,2) Visual Cryptography Images Using Two Key Images
The Flip (2, 2) Visual Cryptography (FVC) is one of the techniques used to encrypt the two secret images into two dual purpose transparencies. The two transparencies can be sent to the objective person. The first secret images can be obtained by stacking the two transparencies and the second secret images can be obtained by stacking the one transparency with the flipping other transparency. Unfortunately, the result decryption processes still have noise and the quality of decrypted secret image is not as same as original secret image. This article proposed the new algorithm to improve the quality of decryption secret image. In this process, the two secret images from decryption process were compared with the two original secret images. The different values of each pixel, which was counted from subtraction of decryption image and original secret images, will be inserted to the two key images. The experimental results of this improvement have a good similarity. The noise in decryption process can be eliminated so the two secret images reconstruction similar to the original secret images

This research sought to identify (1) socio-economic factors influencing farmers'decision in selling fresh vegetables in Candikuning village, Tabanan regency, and (2)comparison between income of farmers utilizing Tebasan system and without Tebasansystem. Data was collected by using survey method. The 44 farmers with Tebasan systemand 20 farmers without Tebasan system have been chosen as a sample in this research. Timeperiod of the study was in planting season in June 1999 until September 1999. The data wasanalyzed by using Logit Function.The result of the study were (1) income's farmers, need cash before harvesting timeand price risk influencing farmers' decision in selling the fresh vegetables, and (2) there wasno income differences between both kinds of system

Cashew Nut Product Quality Control In PT East Indo Fair Trading, Karangasem Regency, Bali ProvincePT East Indo Fair Trading is one of cashew nut manufacturing company in Bali. Company has been applied management quality in accordance guidelines standard prevailing, but the fact remains found damage to products. The purpose of research to know processing the cashew nut, supervise the quality uses statistics method and total cost for quality control steady. Based on the research done, there are 11 stages production processed of cashew nut. Quality control analysis include: quality control the beginning until the end of the production process, quality control using controlled map analysis these show that the process is controllable, and quality control using cause and effect diagram analysis that show the source of the product's damage is affected by raw material, human resources, and mechanism. Based on the analysis on total quality cost, actual quality cost the spend by the company are Rp 214.583.333,00 with the total of damage around 8.460 kilograms, and total quality cost over optimum quality are Rp 190.673.096,00 with the total of optimum damage around 5.153,33 kilograms, with the difference of streamlined cost are Rp 23.910.237,00 and the extent of damage differences over the cashew nut products are 3.306,67 kilograms. The recommended suggestion is the company better use statistic quality control method and increase the procedure also the appropriate working method
Keberlanjutan Nilai-nilai Tri Hita Karana (Thk) pada Sistem Subak di Kawasan Wisata dan Kawasan Agraris Kabupaten Gianyar
Subak is one of cultural traditional heritage in Bali which need maintained properly and suistainably. This institution is Balinese wall to protect the culture from outside world. In order to maintain THK suistainability, the research carried out at two different areas, tourism at Subak Juwuk Manis and agriculture at Subak Temesi. Invers Matrix Analysis is used to observe the level of THK suistainability, while Fuzzy Set Theory is used to rank each matrix cell component. The level of suistainability determined by the level of solidity based on its transferability. The study found that the tourism visit, in both tourism and agricultural areas, has no negative impact on the suistainability of THK values, with good categories, 85.52% for Subak Juwuk Manis and 78.83% for Subak Temesi. There is also a variation of dominant matrix component in each cell of THK sub-systems. It is suggested that the rank of each THK matrix component has to be paid attention. Moreover, the intensity of guiding should be started from the least dominant to the most dominant cell of matrix
