Analisis Dan Perancangan Sistem Informasi E-Learning Berbasis Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle Di SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati

The impact of the spread of the COVID-19 virus on educational institutions is changing the education system into online learning. One of the formal educational institutions affected by this change is SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati. This school previously developed a Moodle-based learning information system in early 2020 with the aim of helping the online learning process. Starting from UTBK activities that require a system to accommodate student scores and the need for online learning activities. However, based on the results of unstructured interviews obtained from the admin, teachers, and students, that there are still many shortcomings in Moodle E-Learning. The lack of a system that has been mentioned will have an impact on the performance of the Moodle system in supporting online learning activities. The method used is the SDLC research method with a prototype development model. The results of the study used the PSSUQ questionnaire which consisted of 4 categories, namely the SYSUSE category (usability) of 3.27, INFOQUAL (information) of 3.37, the INTQUAL category (display) of 3.40, and the OVERALL category of 3.18. The results of the PSSUQ score where the INTQUAL category gets the lowest score or close to a scale of 7 or is interpreted as less good so an interview is needed with the result that the Moodle Information System in terms of appearance is acceptable, but not yet attractive to users as a whole, then in terms of functionality, the Moodle Information System has several functions that have not run properly and tested using the Black Box method, and resulted in an average overall score of 100, which means that the overall function is very good

USABILITY TESTING LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) BERBASIS MOODLE DI SMA NEGERI 1 SUKAWATI

E-Learning is a medium that supports virtual learning activities using electronic devices such as computers. SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati is one of the public schools in Bali that uses Moodle-based LMS to support e-learning activities. Based on the results of direct observations accompanied by unstructured interviews that researchers did, it was found that there were still many shortcomings in the LMS. Therefore, this study will measure the Usability aspect of the LMS using the PSSUQ method. PSSUQ consists of 16 items which are categorized into four namely: Overall Satisfaction (OVERALL), System Usability (SYSUSE), Information Quality (INFOQUAL) and Interface Quality (INTERQUAL). The results obtained in this study are the SYSUSE category is 3.27, the value of the INFOQUAL category is 3.37, the value of the INTQUAL category is 3.40 and the value of the OVERALL category is 3.18.      E-Learning merupakan media yang menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran secara virtual dengan menggunakan alat elektronik seperti komputer. SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati merupakan salah satu sekolah negeri di Bali yang menggunakan LMS berbasis Moodle untuk menunjang kegiatan e-learning. Berdasarkan hasil observasi secara langsung disertai dengan wawancara tidak terstruktur yang peneliti lakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa masih banyak kekurangan pada LMS. Oleh sebab itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengukuran terhadap aspek Usability dari LMS dengan menggunakan metode PSSUQ. PSSUQ terdiri dari 16 item yang dikategorikan menjadi empat yaitu: Kepuasan Secara Keseluruhan (OVERALL), Kegunaan Sistem (SYSUSE), Kualitas Informasi (INFOQUAL) dan Kualitas Antarmuka (INTERQUAL).  Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu kategori SYSUSE sebesar 3,27, nilai dari kategori INFOQUAL sebesar 3,37, nilai dari kategori INTQUAL sebesar 3,40 dan nilai dari kategori OVERALL sebesar 3,18.   Kata Kunci : LMS, PSSUQ, Usability, Moodl

The declining quality and quantity of green open space in urban areas has caused a decrease in the quality of the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a research on the Green Open Spatial Planning, especially in Denpasar City the legal provisions of which has been regulated in Regional Regulation No. 27 of 2011. This research analyzes the planning for the use of Green Open Spatial and the mechanism for changing the Green Open Spatial to change its function to become Spatial Settlement. The method used in this research was a normative research method, in which legal data collection was carried out by recording library studies, document studies, information and explanations obtained both from the Laws, Government Regulations and other Regulations that can be further examined which related to this problem. Data analysis in this research was carried out systematically by classification of legal materials to facilitate the analysis work, then Legal materials obtained are then subjected to discussion and grouping into certain sections. The results found that the Green Open Space is an area dominated by plants that are built for protection functions. The pattern of spatial use as a basis for the Denpasar City Government sets Green Open Spaces namely Settlements and Public Facilities. Changes in the pattern of utilization of green open spaces have changed the function resulting in the realization of optimal urban spatial planning.
