PENGGUNAAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN DISKUSI TEKNIK DEBAT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN SOSIOLOGI KELAS XI IPS 3 SMA NEGERI 3 BOYOLALI TAHUN AJARAN 2016/2017USING DISCUSSION LEARNING DISCUSSION METHOD DEBATE TO INCREASE THE ACTIVITY AND STUDY RESULTS XI IPS 3 SOCIOLOGY SUBJECT SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL 3 BOYOLALI 2016/2017SCHOOL YEAR ESSAYDeden RamdaniSkripsi, Surakarta: Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta, Juli 2017ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan penerapan teknik Debat untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar Sosiologi peserta didik kelas XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 3 Boyolali tahun pelajaran 2016/2017.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Dalam setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan Tindakan, Observasi dan Refleksi atas tindakan yang telah dilakukan. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 3 Boyolali yang terdiri dari 30 peserta didik. Sumber data diperoleh dari guru dan peserta didik. Teknik utama dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi dan tes, sementara teknik pendukung pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran Diskusi Teknik Debat dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Sosiologi Kelas XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 3 Boyolali tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan peningkatan aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar pada pra siklus, siklus pertama, dan siklus kedua. dalam pra siklus, ada 10 siswa (33,33%) yang memiliki tingkat keaktifan belajar yang tinggi, kemudian meningkat pada sikus I menjadi 13 siswa (43,33%), dan pada siklus II aktivitas belajar meningkat menjadi 21 siswa (70%). Hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan peningkatan dalam pra siklus, siklus pertama, dan siklus kedua. dalam pra siklus, nilai rata-rata siswa 80,27 pada skala 0-100, meningkat menjadi 81,23 pada siklus I, 86,03 pada siklus II. Jumlah siswa yang tuntas Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum pada pra siklus adalah 24 siswa (80%) , kemudian pada siklus I jumlah siswa yang tuntas meningkat menjadi 26 siswa (86,67%), dan pada siklus II jumlah siswa yang tuntas meningkat menjadi 30 siswa (100%)
Pengaruh Kerapatan Tanaman terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Benih Kentang (Solanum Tuberosum L.) Generasi Satu (G1) Varietas Granola
The experiment was conducted in Experimental Research Station of Indonesian Institute for Vegetable Research (IIVR) at Cikole, Lembang city, West Bandung in September to December 2015. The research area was located in 1250 m above sea level with the type of soil is Andosol, and type of climate is B (Wet). The objective of this experiment was to find out the effect of plant spacing on the growth and the quality of potato seed (Solanum tuberosum L. var granola) of the first generation (G1). The experiment was arranged in a randomized block design (RBD) with a single factor. The treatment was 4 types of plant spacing: A1 (5 cm x 5 cm), A2 (6 cm x 6 cm), A3 (7 cm x 7 cm) and A4 (8 cm x 8 cm). The result showed that the plant spacing was significantly affecting on plant height and plant canopy at 21 days after planting (DAP), and percentage of germination at 63 DAP. It was determined that A1 plant spacing (5cm x 5cm) provide the highest plant (15.11 cm) and highest plant canopy (10.40 cm) at 21 DAP, and A4 plant spacing (8cm x 8cm) present the highest of a percentage of germination (27,34%)
Interaksi Sosial Antar Siswa Muslim dengan Non Muslim di Kelas XI IPS
The purpose of this research is to know the cooperation, accommodation and competition among Muslims non-Muslim students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Nanga Taman.The Research methodology which is used are observation technique, interview and documentation study. The tools of data collecting are observation, interview and documentation. The results showed social interaction between the Muslim and non- Muslim students through spontaneous cooperation, undertaken without orders from anyone and direct cooperation, which is done by students in teacher's order, students do not differentiate between Muslims and non-Muslims. Accommodation in the form of tolerance, mutual respect and respect, compromise when students discuss the group to get the maximum results, while the individual competition is the competition in gaining success in learning, competing to earn achievements, then the competition groups that compete for presenting the best presentation in the discussions, case this relates to learning activities in class and outside of class
The Functional and the Disfuctional Conflict Dimension of Workers and Its Influence on the Productivity of Human Resources
Textile companies in West Java have a very strategic position and role in the region´s development. Compared with other sectors, the sector is able to absorb a large workforce and support the nation´s textile exports. This sector is not likely to escape if there is a conflict, because this sector is very strong with labor, raw materials imported from the import quota and highly dependent on the market.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the composition of the organization, communication, personal characteristics, interpersonal, differences and issues either partially or simultaneously to the functional and dysfunctional conflict, as well as functional and dysfunctional conflict partially and simultaneously on worker productivity.The research was conducted in West Java, with unit of analysis are textile company Domestic Investment (DCI) and textile companies Foreign Investment (FDI) as well as management and workers. This study used 100 samples from 250 populations of textile companies. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling with Structural Equation Modeling analysis.The results stated that: (1) factors partially or simultaneously composition of the organization, communication, personal character, interpersonal, differences and issues affect the functional and dysfunctional conflict, (2) functional and dysfunctional conflict partially or simultaneously had a great influence on the productivity of workers . Of the six factors, personal characteristics of each worker has an enormous influence on both types of conflict, compared to other factors; than the productivity of workers affected by the dysfunctional conflict more than functional conflict.Keyword : Functional Conflict, Dysfunctional Conflict, Workers Productivity

Based on the author's experience teaching for this in SD Negeri 010 Banjar PanjangKerumutan, and based on observation and early reflections by the author seen low creativityof students in learning that ultimately ends up in the low student learning outcomesthemselves, especially on the subjects of Natural Sciences. After many tests on the midtermturns lower student learning outcomes. Completeness class only reach 50% or 10 out of 20students, KKM for subjects of Natural Sciences which has been set in the class IV SD Negeri010 Banjar Panjang Kerumutan is the number 70. As Judge things that cause children lowvalue, from the aspect of teachers are: teacher always using methods lectures, learningachievement of children have been considered equally by teachers, and the learning processis dominated by the teacher. This research is a classroom action research (PTK). Class actionresearch through the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Fromthe research data is a result of learning of natural science at the top can be seen learningoutcome science students from the action on the preliminary data for the first cycle to thesecond cycle by improving student learning outcomes that menigkat are significant, the initialdata of students who achieve mastery only 50 % and cycle to the first increase has reached70% and the thoroughness of the class in the second cycle reaches 85%
Analisis Faktor-Faktor Konflik Serta Pengaruhnya terhadap Produktividas Pekerja pada Perusahaan Tekstil PMDN dan PMA di Jawa Barat
In West Java the textile companies strategically play a very important role in regional development. Among others this sector can absorb great amount of manpower to support the national textile exports. In relation to the conflicts, it is impossible to separate it from the conflict because this sector is quite dependent upon manpower, raw materials of imports and a very high market quota. The objective of this research is to know ( (1) its great influence of the factors of organizational composition, communication, personal characteristics, interpersonal, the differences of partial and simultaneous issues upon functional an disfunctional conflicts, (2) its magnitude influence of the functional and disfunctional conflicts partially and simultaneously upon the productivity of workers. This research was carried out in West Java, by applying unit analysis of PMDN (Domestic Capital Invesment) and PMA (Foreign Capital Investment) textile companies, including the elements of the management and workers. The research method applied is by measuring 100 samples out of population of 250 companies. The technique of obtaining samples was by simple random sampling and the data analysis using structural equation modelling (SEM). The results of the research revealed that (1) partially and simultaneously, there is the influence of the factors of organizations composition, communications, personal characteristics, interpersonal, difference and issues upon functional and disfunctional conflicts, (2) functional and disfunctional conflicts, partially as well as simultaneously, have great influence upon the productivity of workers. From the six factors of resources mentioned above, the personal characteristic possessed by workers individually, have greater influence upon the two conflict compared with other factors. On the other side, the productivity of workers is more influenced by disfunctional conflicts rather than functional one

Begonia hirtella Link. is one of the introduced species that naturalized and grows wild in Java. This species has very good growing ability and potentially to be invasive at new habitat. Recently, there is no information about the status, existence and distribution of this species in Java. Consequently, it need to be informed about it status, presence and distribution more clearly. Collecting data from herbarium collections, internet connection, various references and some field trips were conducted. This information can improve knowledge and awareness of people as well as assisting monitoring and controlling for introduced plant species such as Begonia hirtella in Java, Indonesia
