Motivasi Yudas Iskariot Mengikut Yesus Berdasarkan Injil Sinoptik dan Relevansinya terhadap Generasi Milenial. Motivasi Yudas dalam mengikut Yesus yakni: Pertama, motivasi Yudas dalam mengikut Yesus yakni: pertama, keinginan untuk pemulihan kerajaan Israel (bnd. Kis1:6). Kedua, Motivasi uang (Mat 26:14-15). Ketiga, karena Yudas dipengaruhi oleh sifat jahat (Luk. 22:3-4, bnd. Yoh. 6:70-71). Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah 1) Apakah motivasi Yudas Iskariot dalam mengikut Yesus berdasarkan Injil Sinoptik? 2) Apakah kerasulan Yudas ada hubungannya dengan motivasi mengikut Yesus berdasarkan Injil Sinoptik? 3) Apakah dampak motivasi Yudas Iskariot dalam mengikut Yesus berdasarkan Injil Sinoptik?4) Apakah motivasi Yudas mengikut Yesus mempengaruhi generasi milenial? 5) Bagaimana relevansi motivasi Yudas Iskariot dalam mengikut Yesus bagi generasi milenial? Implementation of the Apostle Paul's Teaching Based on Romans 12:6 – 8 to the Christian Teachers
In Romans 12:6 -8 the Apostle Paul's teaching to the Christian teachers to give the totality of life. Because by giving this totality of life, he can be an inspiration and a strategic figure radiating the Real picture of Christ for his students. But the reality in the field is that there are still Christian teachers who have not shown the totality of their lives for God. There are Christian teachers who are often late, and even less serious in carrying out their teaching duties. This indicates that the teacher has not implemented the Apostle Paul's teaching based on Romans 12:6-8. The first advice of the Apostle Paul in Romans 12:1-2 emphasizes that Christians must offer their lives as true worship, namely by offering his work as a living body offering by being a professional teacher like Christ, but from the results of surveys and interviews, it is known that there are still Christian teachers who still teach less seriously just to seek fulfillment of 24 hours face-to-face as a minimum teacher hour requirement. This indicates that the teacher has not implemented to Paul's teaching based on Romans 12:6-

By using descriptive qualitative method, it can be concluded that Jesus' personality competence as a teacher based on the Gospel of Matthew in Christian Education Teachers will have a positive impact. Personal competencies which include: obedience, humility, compassion, firmness, sincerity, and servant character will make the teacher an example for every student served and for those around him, as Jesus is an example for every believe
