Pengalaman Konsumen, Nilai dan Keinginan untuk Berbelanja Ulang di Kantin Mahasiswa
This study aims to explore the role of experience of students as consumers on utilitarian and hedonic values towards intention to revisit canteen of students in Politeknik Negeri Padang. Consumer experience are measured using dimensions of sense, feel, think, act, and relate. Data were analysed using partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). This study found that consumer experience from dimensions of sense, feel and act have a significant positive impact on utilitarian values. In addition, sense, and act also have a significant positive influence on hedonism value. Furthermore, utilitarian, and hedonic values have a positive and significant impact towards intention to revisit the canteen. Thus, the utilitarian and hedonic values obtained through consumer experience will increase student intention to revisit the canteen
PENGARUH RELIGIOSITAS TERHADAP PERILAKU PENGURANGAN SAMPAH MAKANAN: PERLUASAN THEORY OF PLANNED BEHAVIOR DAN NORM ACTIVATION MODEL
Konsumen berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap timbulnya sampah makanan. Sampah makanan terjadi di banyak negara baik negara maju maupun negara berkembang, termasuk Indonesia, dan memiliki dampak negatif terhadap ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya untuk mengubah perilaku konsumen untuk mengurangi sampah pangan dan mengembangkan perilaku konsumen yang berkelanjutan.
Nilai-nilai agama berpotensi menjadi faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini menggabungkan Theory of Planned Behavior dan Norm Activation Model, yang diperluas dengan menambahkan variabel religiositas dalam melihat perilaku konsumen dalam menghasilkan sampah makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana interaksi antara religiositas dengan sikap, norma subjektif, persepsi kendali perilaku, dan norma pribadi dalam memengaruhi intensi dan perilaku untuk mengurangi sampah makanan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sumatera Barat. Ajaran Islam dengan jelas melarang umatnya untuk membuang-buang makanan, namun masyarakat Sumatera Barat yang sebagian besar penduduknya beragama Islam, juga mengalami masalah sampah makanan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil pengujian mengungkap adanya dampak signifikan religiositas terhadap sikap, norma subjektif dan persepsi kendali perilaku tentang pengurangan sampah makanan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa religiositas yang lebih tinggi akan mengarah pada sikap yang positif, norma subjektif yang mendukung dan persepsi kendali perilaku yang mendorong pengurangan sampah makanan. Namun demikian, sikap, norma subjektif dan persepsi kendali perilaku tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap intensi untuk mengurangi sampah makanan. Hanya norma pribadi yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi untuk mengurangi sampah makanan. Kesadaran terhadap konsekuensi dan rasa tanggung jawab terhadap sampah makanan juga berdampak pada norma pribadi, yang selanjutnya memengaruhi intensi untuk mengurangi sampah makanan.
Penelitian ini membuktikan adanya pengaruh langsung religiositas terhadap intensi konsumen untuk mengurangi sampah makanan. Intensi untuk mengurangi sampah makanan memengaruhi perilaku untuk mengurangi sampah makanan. Di samping itu norma pribadi juga memediasi hubungan antara religiositas dengan intensi untuk mengurangi sampah makanan
INTRODUKSI TEKNOLOGI PENGOLAHAN GULA SEMUT PADA KSU-ED TABEK, KABUPATEN SOLOK
Permintaan produk gula tebu yang berfluktuasi dan hanya tinggi ketika bulan tertentu saja, mendorong perlunya diversifikasi produk untuk meningkatkan pendapatan anggota KSU-ED Tabek. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh tim pelaksana kegiatan PKM adalah menyediakan teknologi pengolahan gula semut yang menggunakan mesin kristalisator, mesin pengering, dan mesin penepung. Kegiatan introduksi dilaksanakan dalam bentuk ceramah dan demonstrasi tentang cara kerja dan perawatan mesin-mesin pengolahan gula semut, proses pembuatan gula semut, teknologi pengemasan dan diskusi. Selama pelaksanaan kegiatan introduksi, anggota KSU-ED Tabek memperlihatkan partisipasi yang aktif. Mitra juga menyediakan sarana dan prasarana dalam transfer ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan keterampilan. Untuk meningkatkan tampilan produk gula semut yang diproduksi oleh anggota KSU-ED Tabek, maka tim PKM juga memberikan pengetahuan dan praktek mengenai pengemasan dan pelabelan pada produk. Kegiatan introduksi berjalan dengan baik dan lancar, sehingga mitra mempunyai kemampuan dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk memproduksi gula semut dengan berbagai rasa dan aroma serta kemasan yang menarik bagi konsumen.

ABSTRACT
Demand of the product fluctuates which only high during certain months. Therefore, it is necessary to diversify the products to increase revenue. The team of PKM offers a solution by providing cane sugar processing technology using a crystallizer, drying machine, and disk mill. The introduction activity was carried out in the form of lectures and demonstrations on how to process and maintain granulated cane sugar processing machines and the process of making granulated cane sugar, packaging technology, which was followed by a discussion. During the introduction activities, members of KSU-ED Tabek showed active participation. They also provide facilities and infrastructure for transferring knowledge, technology, and skills. To improve the appearance of granulated cane sugar products, the PKM team also includes knowledge and practice regarding packaging and labeling the products. The KSU-ED Tabek members could use technology to produce granulated cane sugar with various flavors and aromas and attractive packaging for consumers.

Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Switching Barrier Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan
The research was conducted to find out and analyze how product quality and switching barriers influence Telkomsel customer loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. This research used a quantitative approach to 100 respondents, and sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the determination test show that the customer loyalty variable explained by product quality and switching barrier factors is 77.4%, the remaining 22.6% is influenced or explained by other variables. The results of the T test on the product quality variable show that the calculated t value > t table value is 6.289 > 1.984 and the switching barrier variable shows that the calculated t value > t table is 2.229 > 1.984, meaning that each variable X has a positive and significant influence on variable Y, namely customer loyalty. Telkomsel. The results of the F test show that the calculated f value > f table is 170.690 > 3.09, meaning that product quality and switching barrier together influence Telkomsel customer loyalty among Padang State Polytechnic students
Penggunaan Media Sosial untuk Berbelanja Online Saat Pandemi Covid-19
The spread of the Covid-19 virus has limited consumers face-to-face transactions. It is an opportunity for increasing social media usage for online purchasing. This study aims to determine how consumers use social media applications on their smartphones to purchase groceries online during a period of large-scale social distancing due to the Covid-19 outbreak. By using PLS-SEM, this study examines the influence of usefulness, ease of use, social, and friends on the attitude of using social media applications on smartphones towards intention to purchase groceries online. This study found that perceived usefulness and ease of use had a positive effect on attitudes towards using social media applications on smartphones. There was a positive influence of social on attitudes towards the use of social media applications. However, friends did not affect attitudes towards the use of social media applications on smartphones. Green marketing is a marketing strategy that contains environmentally friendly element. One product that has implemented a green marketing strategy is Molto Ultra Sekali Bilas. The marketer plays a role in environmental preservation processes which is saving water resources. This study aims to determine the effect of the green marketing mix strategy on Molto Ultra Sekali Bilas to consumer purchasing decisions in Padang. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. Using multiple linear regression method, known that of the four green marketing variables consisting of green product, green price, green promotion and green place, only green product has significant effect on Molto Ultra sekali bilas consumer purchasing decisions partially. However, all variables of green marketing have a significant effect simultaneously on Molto Ultra's consumer purchasing decisions
INTRODUKSI ALAT PENGERING HYBRID PADA KELOMPOK JARING APUNG DI DESA SIKAKAP, KEC. SIKAKAP, KAB. KEPULAUAN MENTAWAI
ABSTRAK
Desa Sikakap berada di Kecamatan Sikakap, Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai yang terletak di pulau Pagai Utara dengan potensi perikanan yang sangat tinggi. Salah satu sumber penghasilan bagi masyarakat di desa tersebut adalah usaha ikan kering asin. Selama ini proses pengeraingan hanya mengandalkan energi matahari saja. Namun, karena letaknya yang dikelilingi lautan, maka iklim di wilayah ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh angin musim. Curah hujan berkisar antara 2.500 - 4.700 mm/tahun dengan jumlah hari hujan antara 132 - 267 hari hujan per-tahun. Oleh sebab itu perlu diupayakan adanya teknologi pengeringan dalam mengatasi tingkat curah hujan yang tinggi tersebut. Disamping itu, dalam pengelolaan organisasi khalayak sasaran yang bergabung dalam Kelompok Jaring Apung (KJA) Selat Sikakap dan KJA Saruso Mudo, perlu ditingkatkan kemampuan anggotanya agar dapat menjalankan usaha dengan baik. Melalui program IbM, tim pengabdian melaksanakan kegiatan (1) pembuatan alat pengering hybrid dan evaluasi kinerja alat, (2) introduksi alat ke mitra, dan (3) melakukan pelatihan tentang tata kelola organisasi, pembukuan dan pemasaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mitra sangat terbantu dalam melakukan usaha produksi ikan asin dengan adanya alat pengering hybrid. Alat pengering hybrid yang diintroduksikan memiliki ukuran 220 cm x 90 cm x 100 cm (p x l x t) dengan sumber energi matahari dan gas Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG). Disamping itu, melalui kegiatan ini terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok KJA dalam hal tata kelola organisasi dan pengelolaan keuangan serta strategi pemasaran usaha.

ABSTRACT
Sikakap Village is in Sikakap District, Regency of Kepulauan Mentawai located on the island of North Pagai with a very high fishery potential. One of the activities undertaken by the community as a source of income in the village is salted dried fish business. However, the process to produce the salted dried fish only relies on solar energy. Due to its location which is surrounded by oceans, the climate in this region is strongly influenced by the wind season. Rainfall ranges from 2,500 - 4,700 mm / year with the number of rainy days between 132 - 267 rain days per year. Therefore, there should be a drying technology in overcoming the high rainfall level. In addition, capabilities of to govern organization of communinity who joint Kelompok Jaring Apung (KJA) Selat Sikakap and KJA Saruso Mudo should be improved to run the business properly. Through the IbM program, team carries out activities: (1) manufacture of hybrid dryers and performance evaluation tools, (2) introduction of tools to partners, and (3) conduct training on organizational governance, bookkeeping and marketing. The results show that the partners are very helpful in doing the business of salted fish production in the presence of hybrid dryers. The introduced hybrid dryers have a size of 220 cm x 90 cm x 100 cm (p x l x t) with solar and Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) energy sources. In addition, through this activity there is an increased knowledge and skills of KJA groups in terms of organizational governance and financial management as well as business marketing strategies.

Pemanfaatan Teknologi Vacuum Frying untuk Mendukung Diversifikasi Produk Olahan Makanan Ringan pada UKM di Kec. Koto Balingka, Kab. Pasaman Barat, Prov. Sumatera Barat
ABSTRAK: Potensi hasil pertanian yang ada di kecamatan Koto Balingka,Kab. Pasaman Barattelah dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sekitarnya dengan melakukan kegiatan pengolahan hasil pertanian menjadi produk olahan makanan ringan seperti keripik. Pada umumnya, bentuk kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat masih dalam skala rumah tangga, seperti yang dikelola oleh UKM Umak Havis dan UKM Umak Buyung. Kedua UKM ini, tepatnya berada di Jorong Lubuk Gadang, kecamatan Koto Balingka.Kedua UKM ini hanya menggunakan komoditi pisang dan ubi kayu sebagai bahan baku pembuatan keripik. Ketergantungan UKM sangat tinggi terhadap komoditi pisang dan ubi kayu. Sementara itu, keberadaan hasil hortikultura lainnya dapat menjadi bahan baku alternatif dalam mendiversifikasikan produk olahan mereka selain pisang dan ubi kayu. Proses produksi dan pengemasan produk yang dilakukan pada kedua UKM ini menunjukkan belum adanya sentuhan teknologi sehingga produk yang dihasilkan memiliki daya saing yang rendah. Melalui kegiatan PKM ini ditawarkan solusi dalam bentuk menyediakan teknologi penggorengan berupa alat vaccum frying dan spinner serta teknologi pengemasan menggunakan hand sealer. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahapan yang meliputi tahap pembuatan alat vaccum frying dan spinner, tahap evaluasi kinerja alat, dan tahap introduksi alat dan teknologi pengemasan kepada mitra. Kapasitas maksimum alat vacuum frying adalah 1.5 kg dengan dimensi total 470 mm x 390 mm x 940 mm (p x l x t). Sementara itu, spinner dibuat dengan ukuran 450 mm x 390 mm x 800 mm dengan daya motor penggerak 400 watt. Kegiatan introduksi berjalan dengan lancar dan mitra tertarik dan antusis. Kegiatan ini menambah pengetahuan mitra dalam mendiversifikasikan produk olahan dan proses tranfer teknologi pengemasan sehingga dapat membantu mitra dalam melakukan pengemasan produk yang lebih menarik bagi konsumen.Kata kunci: Diversifikasi Produk, Teknologi Pengemasan, Vaccum Frying, Spinner.
Utilization of Vacuum Frying Technology to Support Snack Products Diversification of SME in Koto Balingka, Pasaman Barat District, West SumatraABSTRACT: Agricultural products in Koto Balingka sub-district has been used by community by processing the products into snacks such as chips. Generally, the business carried out by the community were in a household scale, such as Small Medium Enterprise (SME) Umak Havis and SME Umak Buyung. These two SMEs, located in Lubuk Gadang vilage, Koto Balingka sub-district. These SMEs only use banana and cassava as a raw material for producing the chips. The dependence of SMEs was very high on the commodity of bananas and cassava. Meanwhile, the presence of other horticultural products could be an alternative raw material in diversifying their processed products. Previously, there is no technology apllied in the production and packaging process carried out on these two SMEs. Therefore, this Community Development Activity offered a solution by providing frying technology consists of a frying and spinner vaccum device and packaging technology using hand sealer. This activity was carried out in several stages which are building the frying and spinner vaccum device, evaluation of devices performance, and introducing the device and packaging technology to partners. The maximum capacity of a vacuum frying device is 1.5 kg with a total dimension of 470 mm x 390 mm x 940 mm (p x l x t). Meanwhile, spinner dimension was 450 mm x 390 mm x 800 mm with a power of 400-watt drive motor. The introduction activities conducted smoothly, and the partners showed their interest and enthusiasm. The activity has broadened the knowledge of partners in diversifying processed products. Awareness and Responsibility of Food Waste Behavior among College Students
Indonesia is facing a substantial issue of food waste. It contributes to environmental problems and loosens up the economy of the country. This study aimed to investigate the food waste behavior of college students as part of young consumers, because consumer behavior established during youth could influence their behavior in the later stages of life. Based on the Norm Activation Model, the research framework was evaluated using structural equation modelling. The result revealed that college students\u27 awareness of consequences and their ascription of responsibility for food waste had a significant impact on their personal norm, which in turn influenced their intention to prevent food waste. The findings are useful to develop strategies to minimize food waste, particularly among student in higher education institution
