    Risk-oriented internal control: The essence, management methods at small enterprises

    The research topic relevance is inspired by necessity to develop theoretical and methodical provisions on the internal control system, risk-based management at small enterprises and to prove application feasibility, using economic-mathematical methods its implementation. The purpose of this research is to develop theoretical and methodical approaches to internal control system formation in small businesses, generating reliable and relevant information on the commercial organization activities, enabling risks identification. The leading approach to study this problem is situational and systematic in the frame of theory and methodology internal control at small businesses in the risk-based management system, allowing to analyze the impact of various risks on small enterprises activity and to systematize obtained results. According to the study results, there were proved the implementing internal control feasibility at small businesses, presenting the author's systematization and classification of internal and external risks in small companies, identifying organizational and methodological approaches to risk-based internal control development; implemented the adaptation of existing economic-mathematical methods within risk-based internal control at small businesses.     Model of preparation of a craftsman in the framework of continuous vocational education

    The significance of the issue under study is stipulated by a social order for targeted preparation of stafffor a craft type of companies. The aim of the article is development and approbation of structural-functional model of continuous craftsman education. The main research method of the given issue is modeling which enables to see the issue as a process of targeted, continuous and conscious acquiring of vocational competences by future craftsmen, in the course of formal, non-formal and informal education. The article presents a structural-functional model of continuous craftsman education that includes formal, non-formal and informal education and outlines a complex of organizational-pedagogical conditions contributing to implementation of this model.     Structural and functional model of future craftsmen legal competence generation during professional education

    Formation of the law-governed state institutions in Russia, development of civil society, need for neutralizing the legal nihilism and generation of public legal culture, state demand for legally competent specialists, representing the public and social value, justify the relevancy of the investigated issue, on the one hand. On the other hand, it is determined by the necessity to perform and protect craft activity within the legal framework in compliance with the professional requirements, representing the personal value. Purpose of this article is to describe the progress of development and testing of structural and functional model of future craftsmen legal competence generation at the institutions of secondary professional education. The principle method to research the issue consists in simulation, which enables for representing the problem as process of task-oriented and deliberate mastering the legal competence by the future professionals during study at the institutions of secondary professional education. This article describes the structural and functional model of future craftsmen legal competence generation at the institutions of secondary professional education which consists of several interrelated components: target component, descriptive component, structuring and pragmatic component, evaluative and effective component; it determines a complex of pedagogical conditions facilitating the implementation of the model, develops a range of evaluation means to assess the level of the generated legal competence of the future craftsmen. Materials of this article can be useful for students learning the professions at the institutions of secondary professional education, for all categories of teachers and specialists in the field of professional craft education. © 2016 Romantsev et al

    Solvation and complex formation of nickel(II) with benzoic, p-chlorobenzoic, and p-methoxybenzoic hydrazides in aqueous-dioxane media

    Solvation and complex formation of nickel(II) with benzoic, p-chlorobenzoic, and p-methoxy-benzoic hydrazides in aqueous-dioxane media were studied. The mean coordination numbers of water and 1,4-dioxane in Ni(II) solvation complexes, the formation constants of mono- and biscomplexes of nickel(II) of the listed hydrazides at dioxane contents of 0-0.65 mole fraction, as well as the free energies of transfer of the ligands from water to aqueous-dioxane solvents were determined. An important role the basicity and solvation of the ligands play in te stability of Ni(II) complexes with benzoic hydrazides was demonstrated

    The relevance of the research topic is substantiated by the social commitment to the establishment of a system of craft training focused on training personnel for craft enterprises. The purpose of the article is to provide theoretical and methodological substantiation of the necessity to provide organizational and pedagogical foundations for the development of craft training in Russia. The main method of research on this problem is the method of studying and generalizing the pedagogic experience to identify the main tendencies and contradictions of formation of a new kind of vocational education in Russia. The outcome of the research is the theoretical and methodological justification of the development of craft training as a special kind of vocational education, revealing its role and place in the social economic sphere and in the system of vocational education; the identification of the value and target base and organizational pedagogical foundations of the development of vocational education in crafts as a set of interrelated managerial and organizational, informative and technological ideas, principles and conditions taking into account the patterns and contradictions of development of this kind of education.
