Título de seguridad: medios para asegurar la obligación
The article is devoted to the review of the effectiveness of the security mechanism of titles. In current research the performance of the obligation with the use of dialectical method, analysis and synthesis, the essence, content and types of title security are considered. The study summarizes the experience of applying the provisions of foreign title security legislation, analyzes the characteristic features of fiduciary in Roman law, and attempts to correlate the provisions of Roman law with the modern understanding of title security. The necessity of detailed contractual regulation of title security as an unnamed method of securing the obligation is revealed and substantiated. Special attention is paid to the practice (including foreign ones) of titular collateral application in bankruptcy cases. We suggested to consider the mechanism of security effect in title security through the prism of Roman fiduciary and secondary rights.
RAMPEX - a new spin experiment (presented for HELION97, 20-24 Jan 1997, Kobe, Japan)
RAMPEX - Russian-AMerican Polarization EXperiment - is dedicated to studies
of one-spin asymmetries which have twist-3 and also twist-2 origin, in hard and
semi-hard inclusive processes on the polarized propane-diol target. A special
consideration has been given for the prospects of using polarized 3He target.
The studies will be performed at the Serpukhov accelerator at 70 GeV/c (proton
beam) and 40 GeV/c (pi- beam).Comment: 8 pages, 1 figur
Research and development of the antenna array for ground penetrating radar
The design and results of investigation of the antenna array for ground penetrating radar are presented. The antenna array is intended for measurement of the electrical properties of the road coating and finding of irregularities at monitoring the quality of roads. Antenna elements are made by PCB technology on the plate of FR4. Each antenna element is placed in a reflector formed by aluminum corner. The results of simulation in CST Studio Suite and the results of measurements of the characteristics of the antenna elements, and their mutual influence are presented. The developed antenna array can be used at the ultrawideband pulse excitation, and at a scanning of continuous frequencies in the range of 0.5–2 GHz
The Job Analysis of Civil Servants
This paper has been devoted to the job analysis as the first stage of civil servants’ competencies modeling; the jobs have been correlated with solution of managerial, organizational and economic, organizational and administrative, organizational and methodical, organizational and technical goals and tasks
Antenna system of ultrawideband borehole radar based on loaded electric dipoles
The design of an ultrawideband borehole radar antenna system based on loaded electric dipoles is presented. The antennas are designed to operate in a dielectric medium in the frequency range of 0.25–1 GHz. The results of calculations and measurements of antenna characteristics are presented. The results of sounding the objects when placing antennas in a medium with a relative permittivity of 4 are presented as well
Ultrawideband combined antenna with improved matching
To study the immunity of electronic equipment to ultrawideband irradiation, a combined antenna with improved matching has been created. In contrast to the previously presented, a novel antenna has a modified input node with a flat part instead of a cylindrical one. As a result of optimizing the geometry of the antenna electrodes, a matching band with the feeder of 0.38-2.4 GHz was achieved by the VSWR = 2. The results of the investigations of antenna characteristics in the frequency domain, as well as the waveforms of the radiated short ultrawideband pulses are presented
Algorithm and software development to allocate locomotives for transportation of freight trains
We suggest a mathematical model to allocate locomotives for transportation of freight trains. The aim of the optimization in this model is to minimize the number of locomotives used for the transportation of the trains by choosing routes of the trains and locomotives. It is supposed that the trains can be transported only at defined time intervals (so-called train paths); every locomotive has possible routes called railway hauls. We take into account the necessity of periodic maintenance. We use graph theory and integer optimization to formulate the problem. We suggest mathematical definitions of a railway haul, a train path, a train route, and a locomotive route. An heuristic search algorithm to find an approximate solution of the problem is suggested. The main idea of the algorithm is maximal usage of locomotives that started earlier than other ones. The algorithm contains three stages. A solution of the previous stage is improved at each following stage. We use transfers of the locomotives to improve the current solution. We describe software development to optimize the model. We solve the problem using the historical data of Moscow railway.Russian Science Foundation, RSF: 16-11-00062The work has been supported by Russian Science Foundation (project No 16-11-00062)
Experimental software modeling of knowledge acquisition processes for automated knowledge bases construction in dynamic integrated expert systems
This paper analyzes the results of the experimental research of automated knowledge
base construction for dynamic intelligent systems, in particular dynamic integrated expert
systems on the basis of the so-called original combined method of knowledge acquisition with
temporal extensions. The focus of this work is on some aspects of the application and
development of technologies of knowledge acquisition from various sources (experts, NL-
texts, data bases) in order to create new applied intellectual technologies that can be used, for
example, in the field of healthcare (personalized medicine, "smart" hospital, etc.)
