    Community Concern in Responding to Religious Education for Youth People in Aceh Singkil

    This study aims to identify the condition of youth religious education in the village of Lipat Kajang Atas, Kec. Simpang Kanan Kab. Aceh Singkil. To identify community concerns regarding youth religious education in Lipat Kajang Atas Village, Simpang Kanan District, Aceh Singkil District. The approach used in this research is a qualitative naturalistic approach, namely collecting and analyzing data that is qualitative in nature and the research is carried out in natural conditions (natural setting). This research is related to social interaction regarding community concern for adolescent religious education. The result of this research is to provide religious guidance to teenagers in the vicinity through religious activities such as routine recitation, participating in dhikr khairat activities, and persulukan. As for other things, the results of this study provide guidance and role models for children and adolescents always to maintain a polite attitude and introduce positive culture to them

    RUKUN NASUTION (1928-1998) AND HIS POETRY CORPUS: A Preliminary Study

    Abstract: A corpus of poetry by Rukun Nasution (1928-1998) found in 2018 has not been introduced or studied academically. This study is an initial survey that aimed to introduce the poet called Rukun Nasution and map the corpus of his poetry. Biographical writing methods combined with philology and social history found that Rukun Nasution only received formal education from the People's School (Sekolah Rakyat) for three years. He obtained knowledge mainly through religious non-formal learning forums (majlis ta'lim) and independent reading. Rukun Nasution identified available learning potentials around him and maximized it to advance his education. His poetry's creative dimension was manifested using the aa-aa rhyme, with general Islamic themes. This corpus includes three types: 1) his orinigal compositions; 2) translations from Malay to vernacular Mandailing language; and 3) translation of poetries written in Malay script into Latin script. Rukun Nasution's creativity could be considered unique and extraordinary based on his limited education and external environment. Therefore, his corpus of poetry needs further investigation from philological, linguistic, and historical perspectives and an analysis of its content.Keywords: Islamic poetry, Malay literature, vernacular literature, Rukun Nasutio

    The Effect of Leadership and Performance of The Head of Madrasah on Teacher Work Motivation at Mts

    This study aims to describe the influence of the leadership and performance of the madrasa principal on the work motivation of teachers at MTs Darul Hikmah, Sirandorung District, Central Tapanuli Regency. Used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The descriptive approach is a method that describes or provides an overview of the object under study through data or samples that have been collected as they are, without conducting analysis and making generally accepted conclusions. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used include questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the leadership and performance of the Madrasah Principal had a positive and significant effect on Teacher Work Motivation at MTs Darul Hikmah, Sirandorung District, Central Tapanuli Regency. This is shown by the results of the SPSS test, which shows that the leadership and performance of the Madrasah Principal affect teacher work motivation, which is 70.3%, other factors influence the remaining 29.7%

    Internalization of Islamic Education Values in Physical Education and Health Subjects at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Binjai City

    This study aims to explore the process of internalizing Islamic educational values in physical education and health subjects in the city of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Binjai. Qualitative research methods are used by data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study show that physical education and health learning in Madrasah does not only rely on physical aspects, but also integrated Islamic values in each activity. The process of internalizing Islamic educational values occurs through a holistic pedagogical approach, the application of morals and Islam in student interaction, as well as habituation in carrying out physical activities with spiritual awareness. Madrasah environmental factors, the role of teachers, and an integrated curriculum are the main supports in this process. In conclusion, the internalization of Islamic educational values in physical education and health subjects at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Binjai City involves a holistic learning experience, strengthens students' Islamic identity, and provides a foundation for personal, mental and spiritual personal development

    Pengaruh Metode Latihan Terhadap Perkembangan Nilai Agama dan Moral Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di RA Al-Mushtofawiyah

    Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah belum tercapainya aspek perkembangan nilai agama dan moral Anak sesuai kurikulum 2013. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan (drill) terhadap perkembangan nilai agama dan moral Anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Al-mushthofawiyah tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang berjenis quasi experiment dengan desain non-equivalent control group design. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 28 anak dari kelas b yang terdiri dari 2 kelas (masing-masing 14 anak). Sampel diambil dengan teknik boring sampling/total sampling yakni keseluruhan jumlah populasi yang berjumlah 28 orang anak dari 2 kelas. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi, teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis (uji-t). Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan metode latihan (drill) terhadap perkembangan nilai agama dan moral Anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Al-mushthofawiyah tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Dengan demikian, disarankan kepada guru untuk menggunakan metode latihan (drill) jika ingin mengembangkan aspek nilai agama dan moral pada anak usia dini

    THE APPLICATION OF NUMBER FISHING GAME TO IMPROVE BASIC MATHEMATICS ABILITY

    Abstrak:Kemampuan Matematika permulaan merupakan kemampuan anak untuk berfikir logismatematis dan berkaitan dengan bilangan cacah. Pengamatan awal pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Khairin Islamic School ditemukan bahwa kemampuan Matematika permulaan anak tergolong rendah dan kegiatan pembelajarannya berpusat pada guru sehingga anak tidak aktif menemukan konsep dan tidak ada pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan dan bermakna. Padahal karakteristik anak usia dini adalah belajar melalui bermain. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Matematika permulaan dengan menerapkan permainan memancing angka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek pada penelitian ini sebanyak 21 orang anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Khairin Islamic School. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: penggunaan permainan memancing angka (sebagai tindakan) berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan Matematika permulaan pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan tercapainya skor persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 90,4% pada siklus II. Penemuan lain dari hasil penelitian ini, yaitu: respon anak saat memancing angka sangat senang, antusias, aktif, dan memahami Matematika permulaan dengan konsep nyata. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyarankan kepada guru ataupuh penelitian lainnya untuk menerapkan permainan memancing angka untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Matematika permulaan dan menjadikan konsep Matematika menjadi lebih nyata bagi anak. Kata Kunci:Kemampuan Matematika Permulaan, Permainan Memancing Angka, Pendidikan Matematika Abstract:The Basic mathematics Ability is pupils ability to think logical mathematical and is related to whole numbers. Preliminary observations on pupils aged 5-6 years at RA Khairin Islamic School, pupils basic mathematics abilities were relatively low and their learning activities were teacher-centered so that pupils did not actively find concepts and there were no enjoyable and meaningful learning experiences. Though the characteristics of early childhood are learning through playing, he purpose of this study is to improve the basic mathematics abilities by implementing a number fishing game. The research method used was classroom action research. The subjects in this study were 21 children aged 5-6 years at RA Khairin Islamic School. The results showed that: the application of number fishing game (as action) to improve basic mathematics ability of pupils aged 5-6 years. this is indicated by the achievement of a classical percentage ability score of 90.4% in cycle II. The other findings, pupil's responses when fishing for numbers were very happy, enthusiastic, active, and understood basic Mathematics with real concepts. Thus, this research suggests to the teacher or other research to apply the game of number fishing to improve the basic Mathematics ability and to make the Mathematics concept more real for children. Keywords:Basic Mathematics Ability, Number Fishing Game, Mathematics Educatio

    Peace is at the heart of the Koran and the essence of Islamic teachings. because the Koran is quite realistic looking at humans. Because with the ego and the problems it faces, it often forgets the value of peace so that social tensions between each other become a phenomenon that is not uncommon, even within the scope of the Muslim community itself. Man as a social being must follow certain provisions and rules if he lives and is in the midst of society. In the teachings of the Islamic religion, it has always called for peace in all corners of the world to invite people to peace. This study aims to analyze the urgency of peace-loving education in the Koran (Surah al-Hujurat Studies 9-10).  This research uses a type of library research or library research with a content analysis or content analysis research approach, then collects data and draws conclusions from the research results. This study concluded that the urgency of peace-loving education in the Qur'an and in the study of surah al-hujurat verses 9-10 states that the Koran has explained practical guidelines for managing peace. In Q.S. al-Hujurat verses 9 and 10 it clearly explains that if two factions of believers dispute to the point of causing war, then it is incumbent upon Muslims to reconcile immediately the two belligerent factions. For the life of modern, homogeneous and global society today requires an understanding of the importance of mutual respect, respect for each other.     Values of Islamic Education for Children With Special Needs in The Qur'an (Analysis Of Surah 'Abasa)

    This study aims to analyze how the educational material in Surah 'Abasa, the development of education for children with special needs, and the educational values ​​in Surah 'Abasa for children with special needs. This study uses a qualitative method, using a library research approach. The primary data sources in this study were the Qur'an al-Karim and the books of interpretation, such as: Tafsir Jalalain, Tafsir Ibn Kathir, Tafsir Ath-Tabari, Tafsir Al-Qurtubi and Tafsir Al-Qur'anul Majid An-Nuur . The results showed that in the context of Islamic education, the analysis in Surah 'Abasa that the most critical educational material to be taught for Children with Special Needs is aqidah or faith material, moral material, and worship material. There are four levels of development in children with special needs, namely sensorimotor level, pre-operational level, concrete operation level, and abstract thinking ability level. The educational value contained in Surah 'Abasa for Children with Special Needs is inclusive education. This education system provides opportunities for all students who have disabilities and have the potential for intelligence or unique talents to attend education or to learn in an educational environment together with other students.
