    Bertambahnya jumlah mobil yang beroperasi di Indonesia juga diikuti dengan meningkatnya kasus pidana terutama untuk motor vechicle (curanmor), dalam hal ini yang beroda 4. Kasus pencurian mobil bahkan tidak saja terjadi pada mobil pribadi, bahkan mobil yang digunakan untuk transportasi bisnis seperti wisata, taksi, kargo dan lain-lain. Banyaknya kasus pencurian, apalagi kasus pencurian mobil untuk unit USAha, salah satu faktor kerugian tersendiri bagi pelaku USAha terutama USAha rental mobil. Untuk mengatasi masalah di atas tentu saja pelaku sewa bisnis mobil harus memiliki teknologi yang dapat melacak setiap unit mobil USAhanya dari jarak jauh sehingga mudah ditemukan kembali jika terjadi tindakan pencurian. Untuk dapat melacak unit mobil USAha rental maka pelaku USAha rental harus memasangkan perangkat Automatic Vehicle Locator (AVL) pada setiap unit mobil USAha rentalnya dan menintegrasikan perangkat lunak AVL monitoring dengan perangkat lunak sistem penjualan yang telah mereka miliki. Sistem pelacakan terdiri dari dua sub sistem yaitu perangkat keras AVL dan Perangkat lunak AVL monitoring dengan Arduino Saverino sebagai pengendali. Cara kerjanya ialah, perangkat lunak AVL monitoring mengirim perintah ke perangkat keras AVL melalui SMS dengan keyword tertentu kemudian perangkat keras AVL mencarikan titik koordinat dari GPS dimana posisinya berada, setelah mendapatkan kode titik kode koordinat maka akan dikirim kembali ke perangkat lunak AVL monitoring melalui SMS Gateway. SMS kode titik koordinat ini akan dikonversi menjadi tampilan visual dalam peta google map dengan bantuan website http://www.gprmcconverter.com/ yang telah terintegrasi dengan perangkat lunak AVL monitoring

    One of quality assessment and the feasibility of higher education institutions and courses is accreditation. To achieve the desired accreditation value, universities and study programs must adjust the internal conditions in accordance with the standards given by the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT). In most courses, all the data are scattered on different physical information systems and documents so that it takes more time and effort to integrate it into judgment. So required a system that is able to automatically retrieve and display the evaluation results with more efficient time and effort. One form of visualization that can meet it is by using a dashboard system that can integrate the entire contents of the supporting data so that when the evaluation process will get information about what parts are lacking or that already meet the standards.     Implementasi Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan Dalam Memprediksi Frekuensi Resonansi Antena Mikrostrip

    The resonant frequency of an antenna is determined by the dimensional parameters and permittivity of the antenna substrate. Generally, to get the resonant frequency, a complex mathematical formula is needed to solve. For this reason, an intelligent method is offered to determine the resonant frequency more easily. In this study, an artificial neural network method with Backpropagation algorithm is used to overcome the problem. The data used were consisting of 80 training data and 15 testing data. The results have shown that the artificial neural network learning method with the backpropagation algorithm was successfully utilized to calculate the resonant frequency of microstrip antennas, where the precision of the resonant frequency obtained of 93.33% at an error of ≤ 1%, and 100% at an error of ≤ 2%

    Determining Study Groups Based on Student Profile Criteria Using K-Means Method

    Students of PTI FT-UNP Study Program are arranged into study groups based on one criterion, namely the entry route and is carried out on new students. As a result, a study group that is formed has far differences between one group and another regarding academic ability, regional origin, school origin and other factors. This is not beneficial for the interest and motivation to learn students and teachers also have difficulty in determining learning strategies between student study groups. Improvements in the preparation of study groups can be done by determining student profiles as the basis for preparation. Through the application of the K-Means method which is implemented in an application, the student clustering which is used as the basis for the distribution of the formation of study groups is proven to be better. The resulting study group succeeded in showing a heterogeneous study group among its members and homogeneous in each study group

    Information systems are the result of rapidly emerging technological developments because human needs as information users of technology are very strong and rapid. Begin with the very rapid growth of computer technology, computers such as smartphones, tablets, notebooks and others are limited in scale. This small computer device must be connected to the Internet so that it can be used properly. And the information system plays its role as a provider of information that computer users want to access when the computer device is linked to the Internet. The information system developed in this paper is the Citizen Data Collection Information System, this system was created using the YII Framework. The YII framework uses the MVC method which makes it easier to develop a Citizen Data Collection Information System. With this Information System, information about the latest condition of the residents can be easily accessed. So that the Kelurahan, Kecamatan, RW, and RT will have the latest information about their residents and easily anticipate if needed. In the development of this system, it has staged such as literature study, observation, interviews, analysis, design, testing, and implementation. The conclusion is that this information system can carry out the desired function when it is implemented

    Electronic devices used by humans are often damaged. solder is the solution for repairing electronic devices. If someone wants to learn to use solder, they must study independently by watching video tutorials, when practiced without supervision is quite dangerous and this has a direct impact on workplace safety. The purpose of this research is to produce a Virtual Reality soldering application. Several stages were carried out in making this Virtual Reality soldering application, including analysis, design, development, and validation tests. The analysis is carried out by several processes including system requirements analysis and material analysis. In designing applications and creating virtual reality applications, Unity software is used as a game engine, and blender software is used to create 3-dimensional object assets. The results of the expert validation test of the virtual solder simulator media from the aspects of media design, software, and benefits obtained a score of 77
