Coupled Fixed Point Theorems in Partially Ordered Metric Space
Abstract: - There is several generalization of Banach contraction principle. Recently Bhaskaran and Lakshmikantham generalized this result and prove coupled fixed point theorems in ordered metric space. In this present work, we proof some coupled fixed point theorems in ordered metric space. Key words: - Ordered Metric Space, Fixed point, Coupled Fixed point, mixed monotone property
Common Fixed Point Theorems Using Rational Contraction In Soft Compact Metric Spaces
The most important aim of the prevailing paper is searching for a new fixed point theorems using rational Contractions in the setting of soft compact metric spaces which generalizes the results of Sayyed In particular we investigate the soft compact space based rational expression with soft sets and get some new result
Reading habits of school going children: some observations.
Published in Library Progress (International), vol.20 (No.2): 2000: p.67-70Through this survey, an attempt has been made to have an access to the liking and unlikeness of the children of age group 5 to 14. In the survey, the authors have interviewed 240 students both boys and girls personally and the help of charging and discharging registers have also been taken
A Common Unique Random Fixed Point Theorem in Hilbert Space using Integral Type Mappings
The object of this paper is to obtain a common random fixed point theorem for two continuous random operators defined on a non empty closed subset of a separable Hilbert space for integral type mapping. Key wards: common fixed point, rational expression, hilbert space random variabl
Generalized Fixed Point Theorems for Compatible Mapping in Fuzzy 3-Metric Space for Integral Type Mapping
In this paper, we give some new definitions of compatible mappings of types (I) and (II) in fuzzy 3- metric space and prove some common fixed point theorems for four mappings under the condition of compatible mappings of types (I) and (II) in complete fuzzy 3- metric space. Our results extend, generalize and improve the corresponding results given by many authors. 2010 Mathematics Subject Classification: Primary 47H10, 54H25. Key words and phrases: Fuzzy metric space, Fuzzy 3-metric space, Weak-Compatible mappings, Common fixed point.
Government publication: a modern approach for bibliographical control.
Published in Library Progress (International), vol.20 (No.2): 2000: p.85-87Discussed the practical problems in acquisition of Government publications. Some suggestions have been made to overcome these problems
Some Fixed Point Theorems of Integral Type Satisfies Contraction
In this paper we proof some fixed point theorem for a pair of self maps of integral type which satisfies the contraction mapping. Subject Classification : 54H25, 47H10. Keywords: Lebesgue-integrable map ,complete metric space, Common fixed point
Common Fixed point theorems for contractive maps of Integral type in modular metric spaces
In this theorem we proves a common fixed point theorem for a pair of ?-compatible maps ofintegral type , further generalization is done by the existence of Banach contraction mappingin fixed point theorem in modular metric spaces
Generalized Fixed Point Theorems for Compatible Mapping in Fuzzy 2-Metric Space for Integral Type Mapping
In this paper, we give some new definitions of compatible mappings of types (I) and (II) in fuzzy-2 metric space and prove some common fixed point theorems for four mappings under the condition of compatible mappings of types (I) and (II) in complete fuzzy-2 metric space. Our results extend, generalize and improve the corresponding results given by many authors. 2010 Mathematics Subject Classification: Primary 47H10, 54H25. Key words and phrases: Fuzzy metric space, Fuzzy 2-metric space, Compatible mappings, Common fixed point
A practical approach to library automation.
Published in Library Progress (International), vol.20 (No.1): 2000: p.1-9.Describes the explosion of information and shortage of space, growth of clientele, enhancement of library funds, cost hike of printed as well as electronic materials and benefits of resources sharing. Discusses the aims, objectives and need for the change of library tools and technique under the changing environment. Mentions the concepts of automation of library activities, areas and services such as acquisition, database management, classification and cataloguing" circulation, serial control, information retrieval, communication networks, .and documentation services etc. Simplify the steps of software selection with the comparison in between some leading software's. Helps in training and assistance for library professional. Provides the options for choosing the configuration of computer hardware based on the size of the library
