Calculation of Massless Feynman Integrals using Harmonic Sums

A method for the evaluation of the epsilon expansion of multi-loop massless Feynman integrals is introduced. This method is based on the Gegenbauer polynomial technique and the expansion of the Gamma function in terms of harmonic sums. Algorithms for the evaluation of nested and harmonic sums are used to reduce the expressions to get analytical or numerical results for the expansion coefficients. Methods to increase the precision of numerical results are discussed.Comment: 30 pages, 6 figures; Minor typos corrected, references added. Published in Computer Physics Communication

The subject of this diploma thesis is early learning with an emphasis on physics. During the 20th century, the opinion was that children in kindergarten were too young to get acquainted with the concepts of natural sciences and that they should only play in those years. Numerous researches at the beginning of the 21st century show that introducing children with the concepts of natural sciences, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) is key to their further advancement and orientation towards the area. When talking about physics, making children interest in physics in elementary or secondary school is very difficult. They no longer ask questions, they do not investigate. Children at an early age are curious, ask questions, perform experiments. This is the right time for them to be exposed to interesting physical concepts and to encourage cooperation and research. Since the most intense forms of permanent brain connections are at an early age, such an approach creates the basis for building more knowledge in STEM areas much better. Within this thesis, we present some of the experiences of introducing early learning of physics in the world, and a workshop called "Let's See the Sound, Listen to the Light" has been designed and performed. The development of ideas and programs is crucial for educating kindergarten educators and teachers to introduce such content into teaching

Christ, which is the model of every martyrdom. Therefore, it is quite understandable that, in their own deaths, martyrs join Christ the Pastor, conforming themselves and celebrating God with the testimony of their own lives for the truth. We shall rely on some of the thoughts and ideas in understanding the meaning and the significance of martyrdom as found in certain elements of the theology of martyrdom in the Bible, in the texts of the Second Vatican Council and St. John Paul II. The fundamental question is: What is martyrdom founded on? The answer is that it is founded on the death of Jesus, on his supreme sacrifice of love, consummated on the Cross, so that we would have eternal life (cf. John 10: 10). Christ is the suffering servant (cf. Isaiah 52: 13-15) who gave himself as a ransom for many (cf. Matthew 20: 28). In this sense, the theology of martyrdom or the theology of the cross gives a deeper meaning to Christians suffering and death reflected in the image of Jesus Christ, the perfect example of guiltless and innocent suffering. It is precisely from the perspective of understanding the life of Christ that we can assert that martyrs are those who follow the Lord to the very end, freely accepting death for the salvation of the world in a supreme test of love and faith (cf. LG, 42). It is only in this context that it becomes clear why martyr-witnesses are the most excellent witnesses of the authentic life permeated with Jesus Christ. LG 42). Tek u ovom kontekstu postaje i razumljivo za┼íto su mu─Źenici-svjedoci najizvrsniji svjedoci autenti─Źnog ┼żivota pro┼żetog Isusom Kristom

In this paper, the authors analyze the relation of the international community (the European Community) to the minority legislation of Republic of Croatia in 1991-1992. Namely, establishing beyond any doubt and evaluating the reasons why the Yugoslavia Peace Conference or the special institution, which the European Community formed in order to find a peaceful solution of the conflict, pressed Zagreb so strongly to make profound changes to the minority legislation. Special attention is given to the ConferenceÔÇÖs fixation on the special status or regional political autonomy for the territories of Republic of Croatia with Serbian majority
