 Information security process can be done by hiding the information on other media or by certain methods, so that other people do not realize there is some information in the media. Technique known as Steganography and Cryptography. Steganography is a technique to hide or disguise the existence of secret messages in the media reservoirs. While Cryptography disguise the meaning of a message, but do not hide that there is a message. In a bank cannot be separated in the presence of inter-bank transactions which transfer if the transfer interbank transactions done in branch offices and nominal transaction exceeds the transaction limit branch offices will require official approval in the upper branch. How do I prove the authenticity of the document transfer transaction? Therefore, a company in the banking sector needs to be a medium to prove the validity of the document sent by the branch transaction. In this case the author has designed an application with a blend of steganography and cryptography techniques that can be used in testing the validity of the transaction document. SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PROMOSI KENAIKAN JABATAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCY PROCESS

Promosi kenaikan jabatan bagi perusahaan merupakan  rutinitas dan sebagai salah satu bentuk penghargaan kemampuan karyawan selama bekerja. Selama ini promosi jabatan di PT. XYZ masih berdasarkan ikatan keluarga, tingkat pendidikan dan kedekatan personal karyawan dengan pimpinan. Sering sekali terjadi permasalahan dalam perekrutan promosi jabatan yang berakibat terjadinya kecemburuan diantara karyawan. Masih adanya sikap like dislike yang memungkinkan karyawan yang memiliki kompetensi merasa tidak dihargai. Belum adanya sistem yang mengakomodir keputusan promosi jabatan sehingga penilaian promosi jabatan belum sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan termasuk tanggung jawab, disiplin, kerjasama dan perilaku/atitude karyawan. Metode yang digunakan Analytical Hierarcy Proses (AHP) dimana keputusan diambil berdasarkan kriteria dan alternatif yang telah ditentukan. Dilakukan proses Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dalam proses penilaian karyawan yang dipromosikan jabatannya. Sistem ini dibuat untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dan membantu pimpinan dalam menentukan keputusan promosi jabatan agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan berdasarkan tanggung jawab, disiplin, kerjasama dan perilaku atau attitude karyawan.Promotion for promotions for companies is routine and a form of appreciation for employees' abilities while working. Sosialisasi pelaksanaan program ketahanan pangan melalui budidaya ayam petelur berbasis ekonom kreatif  untuk para UMKM di Pasar Kecapi Jatimurni, Bekasi merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Insan Pembangunan bekerja sama dengan Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Rakyat (LPER). Ketahanan pangan dengan budidaya ayam petelur dengan konsep satu kampung seribu telur sehari untuk mengatasi stunting dan pemenuhan gizi masyarakat. Budidaya ayam petelur dengan konsep ramah lingkungan yang dapat dilakukan di rumah-rumah warga dan pembuangan kotoran secara terorganisir dan tidak menimbulkan bau tidak sedap. Kotoran ayam dapat juga dikelola kembali menjadi pupuk tanaman dengan teknologi tepat guna. Workshop on Fostering an Entrepreneurial Spirit Among Young Generations in the Bonsai Thematic Village, Tangerang

Purpose: This research paper aims to address the lack of employment and skills among young members of Karang Taruna in the Bonsai thematic village. It explores the potential for entrepreneurship to enhance their standard of living and contributes to youth empowerment within rural communities.Method: A qualitative research design was employed, utilizing workshops as the primary data collection method. Participants included Karang Taruna members and teenagers from the Bonsai village. The workshops focused on interactive learning about entrepreneurship, with data collected through participant feedback and observations.Practical Applications: The findings emphasize the practical benefits of entrepreneurial education, which can reduce idle time and foster economic activity. Skills acquired can lead to increased engagement in the bonsai business and other ventures, improving economic prospects for local youth.Conclusion: This study highlights the need for entrepreneurial education to combat youth unemployment in the Bonsai thematic village. The workshop serves as an effective intervention, demonstrating how targeted education can empower communities and improve livelihoods

PEMANFAATAN PERANGKAT TEPAT GUNA BANTUAN BANK INDONESIA DI KAMPUNG TEMATIK “BRILLIANT” BOJONG RENGED, KECAMATAN TELUKNAGA KABUPATEN TANGERANG

Abstract Waru Brilliant Thematic Village, located in Bojong Renged, Teluk Naga District, Tangerang Regency, is one of the best thematic villages that successfully obtained a grant from Bank Indonesia (BI) in 2024. This village previously faced challenges in increasing productivity and community welfare due to limited equipment that supports local economic activities, especially in the agricultural and food processing sectors. The lack of appropriate tools is a significant obstacle in optimally developing village potential in terms of food security and community economic empowerment. Through a grant in the form of proper tools from BI, efforts to improve welfare, food security, and the local economy have begun to be realized. Universitas Insan Pembangunan Indonesia (UNIPI) facilitates and moderates the entire series of activities, from training on the use of tools to assistance in implementing the technology in the field. This activity's implementation method begins with identifying problems in the community, followed by the preparation and submission of a grant proposal to BI. After the proposal is approved, a grant is handed over in the form of appropriate tools to the community, which is then followed by the implementation stage and technical training on the use of the tools. UNIPI also actively assists the adaptation and application of the technology to ensure the program's success. This paper elaborates on the program's process, impact, and sustainability, highlighting the transformative role of appropriate technology in community development. Keywords: thematic village, food security, community development, appropriate technology Abstrak Kampung Tematik Waru Brilliant di Bojong Renged, Kecamatan Teluk Naga, Kabupaten Tangerang, berhasil memperoleh hibah dari Bank Indonesia (BI) pada tahun 2024. Kampung ini sebelumnya menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan masyarakat akibat keterbatasan peralatan yang mendukung kegiatan ekonomi lokal, khususnya dalam sektor pertanian dan pengolahan hasil pangan. Kurangnya alat tepat guna menjadi hambatan utama dalam mengembangkan potensi kampung secara optimal, baik dari sisi ketahanan pangan maupun pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Melalui hibah berupa alat tepat guna dari BI, upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan, ketahanan pangan, serta perekonomian lokal pun mulai diwujudkan. Universitas Insan Pembangunan Indonesia (UNIPI) memfasilitasi dan memoderasi seluruh rangkaian kegiatan, mulai dari pelatihan penggunaan alat hingga pendampingan implementasi teknologi tersebut di lapangan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dimulai dari proses identifikasi permasalahan di masyarakat, dilanjutkan dengan penyusunan dan pengajuan proposal hibah ke BI. Setelah proposal disetujui, dilakukan penyerahan hibah berupa alat tepat guna kepada masyarakat, yang kemudian diikuti tahap implementasi serta pelatihan teknis penggunaan alat. UNIPI juga secara aktif mendampingi proses adaptasi dan penerapan teknologi tersebut untuk memastikan keberhasilan program. Tulisan ini mengelaborasi proses, dampak, dan keberlanjutan program, menyoroti peran transformatif teknologi tepat guna dalam pembangunan masyarakat. WORKSHOP PENGUATAN INOVASI UMKM DAN PRODUK UNGGULAN KAMPUNG TEMATIK KABUPATEN TANGERANG

Kegiatan workshop penguasatan inovasi UMKM dan produk unggulan yang ada di 16 kampung tematik di kabupaten Tangerang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Insan Pembangunan Indonesia dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan produk UMKM menjadi produk yang unggul dengan inovasi-inovasi sehingga dapat bersaing dengan produk lain. Kegiatan diikuti oleh para pelaku usaha UMKM di 16 kampung tematik, dosen, mahasiswa dan masyarakatumum. Narasumber diambil dari 3 orang dengan bidang dan keahlian yang berbeda untuk melihat inovasi UMKM menjadi produk yang unggul dilihat dari persepektif penggiat kampung tematik, pengusaha, praktisi dan pembuat kebijakan perundang-undangan. Para peserta antusias dalam mengikuti workshop initerbukti dengan berbagai pertanyaan yang ditujukan kepada narasumber. Kegiatan workshop ini akan lebih menarik apabila dilakukan secara kontinyu dan dilanjutkan dengan workshop mengenai strategi pemasaran produk UMKM secara digital

Pengaruh Work-Family Conflict, Stres Kerja dan Social Support terhadap Kepuasan Kerja: Studi Kasus pada Guru Wanita di Tangerang

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict, job stress and social support (supervisor, peer and family support) on job satisfaction of the woman teachers of two private schools in Banten. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 145 population of woman teachers. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 139 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict, peer support and family support have significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job stress and supervisor sopport have not significant effect on job satisfaction. This new research proposed a model for building job satisfaction among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing social support and manage job stress and work-family conflict. This research could pave the way to improve woman teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0

SHARING SESSION BUDIDAYA DAN PEMANFATAN TANAMAN MURBEI MENJADI PRODUK OLAHAN MAKANAN SEHAT DI DESA KALIKOA CIREBON

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) dilakukan untuk saling bertukar pengetahuan budidaya dan pemanfatan tanaman murbei sebagai malakan ulat sutera, bahan olahan makanan, obat-obatan dan bahan kecantikan. Kegiatan dilakukan satu hari di padepokan Arben Cirebon. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode Sharing session melalui tanya jawab antara pengelola padepokan, dosen dan mahasiswa. Selama ini masyarakat hanya mengetahui budidaya manfaat tanaman berry dari mulai daun sampai dengan buah. Daun beery sebagai makanan ulat sutera dan buah beery dimanfaatkan sebagai tanaman obat yang memiliki khasiat yang beraneka makan Setelah dilakukan Sharing session diketahui bahwa tidak hanya daunnya saja yang dimanfaatkan tetapi buah dan batang pohon murbei semua memiliki manfaat. Budidaya tanaman murbei sangat mudah dilakukan dengan termasuk di pemukiman padat penduduk, karena penanaman berry juga dapat dilakukan melalui media pot dan polybag. Budidaya tanaman berry juga tidak membutuhakn penanganan khusus seperti tanaman-tanaman buah lainnya. Team melihat langsung tanaman dan buah murbei dan dipersilahkan untuk memetik buah langsung. Kegiatan ditutup dengan penyerahan pohon murbei secara simbolisdari pengelola padepokan dilanjutkan dengan foto bersama. Harapannya kegiatan ini bermanfaat bagi peserta sehingga peserta dapat mensosialisasikan manfaat dan budidaya murbei ke masyarakat yang lebih luas dan pada akhirnya masyarakat tertarik untuk budidaya tanaman murbei

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kapabilitas Inovasi Guru dalam Perspektif Organizational Learning

This study aims to measure the influence of transformational and transactional leadershipon the teacher innovation capability in one of private school in Tangearng mediated by organizational learning. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of the teachers. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 199 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are transformational leadership have positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating organizational learning. While tansactional leadership has positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability only through mediating organizational learning. Because, transactional leadership has not significant effect on the teacher innovation capability directly. This novel research is proposing a model to build innovation capability amongteachers through transformational and transactional leadeship with organizational learning as mediation.
