Rancang Bangun Pengaturan Bukaan Choke pada Genset Hybrid (Bensin dan Bioetanol)
Until recently, generator available in the market, generally gasoline or LPG. Conversion of gasoline to fuel bio-ethanol requires some adjustments.The research conducted was a further development of research Nurjan Didik Purwanto in 2011. The research was focused on adjustment of airand fuel ratio after the fuel in the generator set was replaced with bioethanol. Bioethanol has a higher octane rating than gasoline, but it has a lower calorific value than petrol. With this condition, it is necessary to attempt to increase the ratio of air and fuel to be more "fat " to regulate the entry of air through the carburetor. Settings ratio of fuel and air is done by adjusting the carburetor choke openings. This setting restores the stability of the engine, the same as using premium gasoline.This study primarily aims to expand the use of renewable energy, especially for the implementation of electric power for households.The results of this research has been successfully realized by using a Timer Switch AC, 12 Volt DC timer switch, solenoid valve (solenoid valve), and actuators. Aperture choke1/3 on the use of bio-ethanol fuel produces almost simillar to the engine speed compare to it when using gasoline. To improve the quality if the rubber material,the rubber farmers are required to use a coagulant suggestions such as formic acid. But thematerial is not cheap and readily available at the farm level. Liquid smoke produced frompyrolysis of various parts of plants containing phenol and acid that can be used as acoagulant latex. The use of coconut shell as the raw material liquid smoke liquid smokeaffects the production cost by 30%. It is necessary to use other materials that are cheaperand have the quality of liquid smoke is relatively the same. Palm frond stalk trimmingprocess results palm oil has been allowed to decay is not utilized. Palm frond stalk can beused as an inexpensive raw material for the manufacture of liquid smoke. In 1 ha there are6.3 million tonnes per year of palm fronds that can be used as raw material for the manufacture of liquid smoke cheap. The results showed that the liquid smoke with a dose of 4% - 12% v/v can be used as a coagulant latex with the level of quality of rubber produced can reach SIR 10. Latex coagulation process that uses liquid smoke made from coconut shell and palm shell to produce only a rubber with a lower quality of SIR 20. Smoke liquid at a dose of 4% latex cause coagulating time longer, while the use of liquid smoke up to 12% v/v can degrade the quality of rubber SIR 10. Rancang Bangun Sistem Kontrol Peralihan Beban pada Dua Generator Set Secara Automatis
This research is the development of a generator that can be on/off automatically based on the existence of commercial power. Genset used in the study is the generator of household scale premium gasoline. In particular, this study aims to make switching system for two generators with timer settings to prevent loss of power. Testing the performance of the system is made to ensure that the system is functioning properly. Specification design tool created an amalgamation of two generators which can perform on/off according to a predetermined time. After the generator 1 operating for 4 hours, then automatically generator set 2 will live. About 10 seconds since the first 2 live generator, the generator 1 is still in operation, then the load will be transferred to the generator 2. With this delay system, then nothing happens lost power. This mechanism will be repeated after 4 hours of generator 2 operates. The use of high voltage electricity in the form of pulsed electric field is a relatively new thing used in the agricultural technology in particular to assist the extraction process. High-voltage electrical equipment is generally product by large industries with relatively high prices. The purpose of this research is to design high voltage electrical appliances mechanically using conventional ignition coil gasoline engines. The method used is to design high voltage power plant using ignition coil gasoline engines and test its performance. The test material is a microalgae to be extracted. High electrical voltage is applied to the test material, then extracted using chemicals. The results showed that the tool can generate 12.99 kV, 15.35 kV and 34.82 kV voltage. The process of draining oil is one of the processes that can affect the oil content of the frying or chips. The oil that is left in a lot of fried food or chips when stored for a long time will cause a rancid smell. Meanwhile, if consumed directly, it will affect the health of consumers because of high cholesterol levels. Most people do not know the consequences that occur if they consume excess oil. People who already know cannot do anything because the oil draining machines on the market are still quite expensive and their working capacity is limited. In the previous research, a draining machine with a tube system with a diameter of 40 cm and a height of 22.2 cm was made with an rpm of 517. Within 5 minutes this system reduce oil content from 27% to 24,65% . The data shown in strightline gaphic trend that mean the reduction oil conten is not optimal yet . For this reason, this research will be redesigned by extending the spinner axis and adding the bearings to 2 units, it is hoped that this addition will stabilize the spinner rotation, the rotation can be increased and the ability to reduce oil content increases. extending the drain axis and increasing the position of the bearing to 2, the draining machine has been able to function properly until 967 rpm rotation, from the test results for draining the cassava chip oil, within 5 minutes, the slicer with a rotation of 598 rpm can reduce 2.29%, 727 rpm 2.93%, and 967 rpm 4.27% rotation

The process of oil slicing is one process that can affect the oil content of the frying results. The remaining oil in fried foods when stored for a long time will cause a rancid odor. If consumed directly it will increase cholesterol levels. There are still many oil draining activities on the SME scale that still use traditional methods, namely by draining on the cage. In the previous study, a tube system slicing machine had been made with unhygienic washing machine scraping material. Existing tools can be upgraded by increasing the tube diameter. The research was carried out in several stages, namely: starting with modifying the drain tube, making a collection tube, making an oil outlet, making a frame and mounting an electric motor, making a transmission system, making an electrical system, assembling all the hardware and components. , testing the functional components, measuring the tube rotation of the drainer and testing the performance of the engine that was constructed. The tube was made with a diameter of 30, 35 and 40 cm. The cutting machine can function properly. The stability of the 40 cm diameter tube is better. The higher the tube the more unstable. From the results of testing to drain the 30-diameter diameter cassava chips can within 5 minutes reduce the oil content to 2.16%. Peniris diameter 35 cm 2.28%, peniris diameter 40 cm 2.35%. The fish feed spreader machine is a feeding tool that is made to facilitate fish breeders in feeding fish. The fish feed spreader is specially programmed to provide fish feed according to the schedule and the desired dose. The purpose of making this tool is to design a fish feed spreader machine based on the logic controller programmale, and to test the performance of the designed fish feed spreader machine. The results showed that the average feed expenditure was 2.66 kg for a duration of 40 seconds. Then for the farthest throw of feed is 7.5 meters, while for throw of feed that is evenly distributed it has a distance of 5 meters with a spread width of 5.85 meters, and the angle of spread of feed is 90º
Evaluating floor types during simple composting of leaf wastes
This study aimed to evaluate the type of floor in the composting process of leaf wastes. The waste consisted of cacao leaves (Theobroma cacao L.), rubberwood leaves (Hevea brasiliensis), teak leaves (Tectona grandis L.f), matoa or Fijian longan leaves (Pometia pinnata), durian leaves (Durio zibethinus), and grass. The research was conducted by composting the leaf mixtures in a composting box sizing 220 cm in length, 180 cm in width, and 100 cm in height. A long box was partitioned by using plastic tarpaulin into four boxes for different floors, namely cement, soil, tarpaulin, and rice husks. A mixture of leaves of 127 kg to 176 kg was introduced in each box and was composted for 145 days. Variables observed were temperature, the height of heap, the mass of material (initial and final), C/N ratio, NPK contents, compost color, odor, pH, and moisture content. The results showed that compost quality fulfilled Indonesian National Standard (SNI 19-7030-2004) regardless of the floor types. However, the type of floors affected the compost process and yield. The composting process with tarpaulin-layered or husk-layered floors produced better compost in terms of N, P, C/N ratio, and color as compared to those resulting from cemented or barely soil floors
Pelatihan Pembukuan Usaha Sederhana Berbasis Aplikasi Digital Bagi UMKM di Desa Majasari Kecamatan Cibogo
Desa Majasari merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Cibogo Kabupaten Subang, potensi pertanian yang dimiliki oleh desa Majasari mendorong tumbuhnya Usaha Kecil Mikro dan Menengah (UMKM) di bidang pangan olahan seperti produksi keripik sentul, opak, kerupuk kulit, keripik sukun dan produk pangan olahan lainnya. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan usahanya, para pelaku UMKM ini belum menerapkan pembukuan usaha secara baik, bahkan sebagian diantaranya belum membukukan usahanya. Pembukuan usaha merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam manajemen usaha. Pembukuan juga dapat membantu pelaku usaha dalam mencapai keberhasilan usaha, melihat perkembangan keuangan serta dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, pembukuan ini tersedia di aplikasi pembukuan berbasis Android, sehingga pembukuan dapat dengan mudah dilakukan. Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk mencatat arus kas, sehingga dapat diketahui dengan pasti omzet yang didapatkan. Edukasi Pengurusan Izin Produksi Industri Rumah Tangga (PIRT) UMKM Desa Belendung, Kecamatan Cibogo, Subang Melalui Kegiatan Workshop
UMKM di Kecamatan Cibogo, Subang terus mengalami peningkatan diantaranya di Desa Belendung. Pelaku UMKM Desa Belendung banyak memproduksi makanan ringan seperti aneka keripik dan opak. Beberapa produk masih belum berkembang dengan optimal, diantaranya disebabkan belum terpenuhi perizinan usaha (NIB) ataupun perizinan produk (izin PIRT). Izin PIRT merupakan salah satu jenis perizinan yang perlu dimiliki oleh suatu produk untuk meningkatkan nilai jual produk dan memperluas area pemasaran. Salah satu upaya awal yang dapat dilakukan ialah dengan melaksanakan kegiatan workshop pengurusan izin PIRT yang dapat dilanjutkan dengan program pendampingan. Kegiatan workshop dilakukan dengan diisi langsung oleh pemateri yang berpengalaman di bidang pendampingan UMKM yaitu berkolaborasi dengan Pusat Layanan Usaha Terpadu (PLUT) Kabupaten Subang. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan workshop pengurusan izin PIRT kepada pelaku UMKM Desa Belendung menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 17%. Selain itu, pelaku UMKM memberikan penilaian bahwa pelaksanaan workshop ini sangat bermanfaat bagi mereka dan diperlukan pendampingan untuk pengurusan dokumen izin PIRT
