THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP, WORK DISIPLIN ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE TROUGH ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AS MEDIATION VARIABLES
This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership, work discipline on performance through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. This research is a case study at a workshop company in Purwokerto and respondent from this study were 100 employee from supervisor and technical staff. This study used data analysis techniques namely PLS (Partial Least Square) analyisis using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that the leadership had a negative and no significant effect on organizational commitment, work discipline had a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. The results also show that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results showed that organizational commitment cannot mediate between leadership and work discipline on employee performance
PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on job satisfaction, the influence of motivation, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between motivation on employee performance and job satisfaction mediates the relationship between work environment and employee performance. The population used is employees of the production section of PT. The Wahidatama Purbalingga Gold Herb for 200 people. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The sample taken was 132 respondents using the Yamane formula. The data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination test, f test, t test and Sobel test. Based on the results of the analysis it is proven that motivation and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation, work environment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction mediates motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Wahidatama Purbalingga Gold Herb. JOB SATISFACTION AS A MEDIATION VARIABLES ON THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT TO EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
This research aims to find out the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variables at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Jakarta Head Office. The population in this research were all employees of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Jakarta Head Office before merger to PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, as many as 150 employees, the sampling in this research used nonprobability sampling method with Incidental Sampling technique with the number sample were 100 respondents. Data obtained from respondents with a research instrument using a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis Based on the research results, it shows the acceptance of the first hypothesis that organizational culture variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the study show the rejection of the second hypothesis that the variable organizational commitment has a negative effect on employee performance. The research shows the results of the acceptance of the third hypothesis that organizational culture variables have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. The results showed that the fourth hypothesis was not accepted that the variable organizational commitment had a significant negative effect on job satisfaction. The results showed that the fifth hypothesis was not accepted that the job satisfaction variable had no effect on employee performance. The research results, it can be concluded that job satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. The result also showed that job satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance.

Job Satisfaction as A Mediation Variable on the Effect of Organizational Culture and Leadership Style to Organizational Commitment
This study explains about the effect of organizational culture and leadership style on organizationalcommitment, where job satisfaction is used as a mediation variable on Foundation for theDevelopment of Children with Disabilities (YPAC) Semarang. The method used in this study iscase study on employees of the Foundation for the Develepment of Children with Disabilities(YPAC) Semarang. Questionnaires were administered to 100 employees as the respondents. Dataanalysis techniques used are the analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square) using SmartPLS 3.0. Theresults showed, it is known that organizational culture variables have a significant positive effect onjob satisfaction, leadership style variables have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction,organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, leadershipstyle has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a positivesignificant effect on organizational commitment and the results also showed that job satisfaction canmediate the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment and job satisfactioncan mediate the influence of leadership style on organizational commitmentKeywords: Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfactio
THE EFFECT OF EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT, ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TO WARDS ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT ON EMPLOYEES OF PT. PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA IX KEBUN SEMUGIH
This study is an analysis of the influence of employee involvement, organizational culture and emotional intelligence on organizational commitment at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kebun Semugih Pemalang. The population of this study were 143 employees with a sample of part of the employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kebun Semugih totaling 100 employees using purposive sampling technique and data obtained from respondents using a research instrument using a questionnaire. The research method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of employee involvement, organizational culture and emotional intelligence simultaneously had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. The results of the partial analysis test show that employee involvement has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment and emotional intelligence has a significant negative effect on organizational commitment.

PEMBERDAYAAN POTENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN SISWA SMA MUHAMMADIYAH BOARDING SCHOOL (MBS) ZAM-ZAM CILONGOK BANYUMAS MELALUI PENGEMBANGAN INOVASI PRODUK
Bisnis membuat hantaran pernikahan sangat menjanjikan dan penuh keuntungan, karena pernikahan hampir selalu ada di setiap bulannya. Keterbatasan waktu dan banyaknya urusan membuat konsumen lebih memilih merogoh kocek untuk memsan atau menggunakan jasa pembuat hantaran pernikahan. Kondisi pandemi juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk berbisnis masker. Saat ini memang sudah banyak yang menjual masker, akan tetapi kali ini kita akan membuat masker dengan kreasi yang lebih menarik. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra (siswa SMA). Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di SMA Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Zam-Zam, Kecamatan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian adalah dengan penyuluhan atau sosialisasi yang meliputi kewirausahaan secara umum, inovasi produk dan kreasi produk hantaran pernikahan serta kreasi masker. Selain itu juga ada pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan hantaran pernikahan dan kreasi masker. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini ditandai dengan antusias dan semangat dari para peserta pelatihan serta memiliki kemampuan wirausaha dengan membuat hantaran pernikahan dan kreasi masker
PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL EMPOWERMENT DAN KEPRIBADIAN TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZESNHIP BEHAVIOR: STUDI PADA PT ALBASI PRIANGAN LESTARI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, psychological empowerment dan kepribadian terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada PT Albasi Priangan Lestari. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Albasi Priangan Lestari yang berjumlah 162 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan data diperoleh dari responden dengan instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, psychological empowerment dan kepribadian berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Hasil uji analisis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, psychological empowerment berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikam terhadap organizational citizenship behavior serta kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.Kata kunci : kepemimpinan transformasional, psychological empowerment, kepribadian dan organizational citizenship behavio
