    Crianças que sofrem: representações da infância em livros distribuídos pelo PNBE

    This article analyzes representations of childhood/child in Brazilian contemporary children's literature from the theoretical and methodological framework of cultural studies in education. As a part of a larger study that has sought to understand the factors involved in receiving books that make up the collections of the National Program Library in School (PNBE) – Early Years of Elementary School, this text discusses the representations of children suffering and the different origins of suffering according to three main themes: poverty and child l abor, difficulties in social interaction and children's fears. The analysis is based on eight books by Brazilian authors that are part of the 2012 and 2014 collections of PNBE, and which contains verbal narratives with illustrations and wordless books

    In this Manifesto, the Bolivian and Chilean cultural workers (artists, intellectuals, cultural agents and similar organizations), grouped together in the organization called "We are Culture in Movement", propose to create from their labor a tool in service of the integration of all peoples of good will, and to issue a call for Latin-American integration and brotherhood, in particular from and for Bolivia and Chile, taking into account that in years to come each of the Republics which together constitute the larger nation will initiate a celebration of their 200 years of existence.En este manifiesto, los trabajadores de la cultura bolivianos y chilenos (artistas, intelectuales, gestores culturales y organizaciones afines), agrupados en la organización Somos Cultura en Movimiento, proponen hacer de su labor una herramienta al servicio de la integración de todos los seres de buena voluntad y hacen un llamado a la integración y hermandad latinoamericanas, y de Bolivia y Chile en particular, aprovechando que en los próximos años cada una de las repúblicas de la patria grande iniciará la celebración de sus 200 años de existencia
