    Breast milk (breast milk) is an emulsion of fat contained in a solution of protein, lactose, and organic salts which will be secreted by both breast glands as the main source of food for the baby. Increasing milk is very necessary for mothers by consuming foods such as: sweet potato leaves, the content contained in sweet potato leaves is low in fat and cholesterol etc. Sweet potato leaves can increase milk production because sweet potato leaves contain lactagogum. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was a relationship between consuming sweet potato leaf extract and an increase in breast milk production at the SitiHajar Medan clinic, Marelan. Methods: pre = post test. This study measured the mother's milk before and after being given sweet potato leaves from January 2021 to February 2021. Samples were taken at the SitiHajar Medan clinic with a total of 50 samples, with the inclusive criteria being mothers who gave birth normally and healthy babies. Univariate analysis was carried out to describe the variables with the results of 46% as many as 23 (people) intervention of mother's milk production increased after consuming sweet potato leaves compared to before consuming with a result of 4% as many as 2 (people). Bivarate analyst to determine the relationship between independent and variables using the Wilcoxon test, based on the results of the Wilcoxon test, the p-value is 0.000 (<0.05). and In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between consuming sweet potato leaves and increasing breast milk production

    In several countries, moringa leaves are starting to be widely used in food products as an alternative to overcome malnutrition. Malnutrition occurs due to a lack of energy and protein balance which disrupt human physiological function. The lack of micronutrient intakes, such as vitamin A, iron, and zinc, can also cause malnutrition. Moringa oleifera is referred to as the most economical tree. Almost every part of the tree contains abundant nutrients and plays an important role in meeting human nutritional needs. Moringa leaves contain high protein, vitamins, and minerals, to be used as an alternative to overcome nutritional problems. Various studies have concluded that moringa leaves can be used in food products. This review aims to determine the use of moringa leaves to increase the nutritional content in food products. The addition of moringa leaf powder causes a significant increase in protein, fiber, and mineral content in several food products. The addition of moringa leaf powder with the highest concentration resulted in the best increase in protein, fat, fiber, and mineral content in several food products.     Augmented Reality is an environment that incorporates 3D virtual objects into the real environment in real-time. This study aims to develop applications for handicrafts typical of Central Kalimantan based on Unity 3D. With this application, it is hoped that it can be useful to help elementary school students to get to know handicrafts in Central Kalimantan which has been almost extinct. And the purpose of this application is so that students can learn more interactively using the Android platform without having to go to a place for making or selling handicrafts typical of Central Kalimantan.Making this application is built using Unity, Blender, and Figma Web. The methodology used in making this application for introducing handicrafts typical of Central Kalimantan is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), namely Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. Design the design with UML. This thesis incorporates AR technology into handicraft applications typical of Central Kalimantan, so that this handicraft application becomes more real with the presence of 3D objects in handicrafts. Then this application will track and detect the marker, if the marker is detected correctly it will open an image of a 3D handicraft object and an audio explanation. The results of this study indicate that the Unity 3D-based learning evaluation media is feasible to be used as a learning medium in the arts. This is evidenced by the positive assessment of material experts and media experts. The results of the study were also strengthened by the assessment of the students in the agree category from the 15 respondents. Meanwhile , in the calculation of the calculation scale model , the respondent 's answer score is 345. Meanwhile, in the Likert scale calculation, the percentage is 92%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the Unity 3D-based learning application is feasible to be used as an evaluation medium for elementary school art learning

    PENGETAHUAN SISWI KELAS XI TENTANG DAMPAK ANEMIA TERHADAP KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI

    Anemia is a clinical condition of reducing the quality of red blood cells. In circulation that is marked by low hemoglobin levels in the blood. The impact of anemia on iron nutrition results in a pale, weak, tired, dizzy, and decreased concentration of learning. Other causes: the level of knowledge of adolescent girls and the length of menstruation. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of class XI knowledge about the effects of anemia on reproductive health in SMA 6 Medan 2019. This research is descriptive using primary and secondary data. The populations in this study were 30 teenage girls in SMA 6 Medan as many as in-class XI IPA I. The sampling technique of this study was using purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study was 30 students. The results of this study indicate that the majority of people who lack knowledge are 16 people (54%) and the minority of people who have good knowledge is 4 people (13%). The study conclusion is that the majority of female student’s knowledge about the effects of anemia on reproductive health is lacking. For the school and adolescents, it is hoped that they will increase their knowledge by came and working with health workers to promote health about the effect of anemia on reproductive health

    Di beberapa negara, daun kelor mulai banyak dimanfaatkan dalam produk pangan sebagai alternatif dalam mengatasi kekurangan gizi. Malnutrisi terjadi karena kurangnya keseimbangan energi dan protein yang mengganggu fungsi fisiologis manusia. Kurangnya asupan zat gizi mikro seperti vitamin A, zat besi, dan seng juga dapat menyebabkan malnutrisi. Kelor (Moringa oleifera) disebut sebagai tanaman paling ekonomis, hampir pada setiap bagian tanaman kelor mengandung zat gizi yang cukup melimpah dan berperan penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gizi manusia. Daun kelor mengandung protein, vitamin dan mineral yang tinggi, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif dalam mengatasi permasalahan gizi. Berbagai penelitian telah menyimpulkan bahwa daun kelor dapat dimanfaatkan dalam produk pangan.
