    This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Environment and Organizational Commitment on Employee Satisfaction (Case Study at Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru). Work Environment as a variable (X1) Organizational Commitment as a variable (X2) and Job Satisfaction as (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS 20 program. The sample used is 92 employees consisting of 10 departments. To determine the sample using census research method. Technique of collecting data through questionnaire.The results of analysis using multiple linear regression, t test, and test f. It can be seen that the Work Environment has significant effect on Employee Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, and Work Environment and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect on Employee Satisfaction

    This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate on Employee loyalty (Case Study at PT.     Work environment is everything that is around an employee of a company. The work environment should be considered by the management, as it will affect the job satisfaction of employees. With improvements in the work environment will be able to increase job satisfaction and indirectly improve performance and ultimately will be able to facilitate the company achieve its goals in accordance with the plans that have been prepared well. Job satisfaction is a pleasant emotional attitude and loves his job. This attitude is reflected by the morale, discipline and performance.The purpose of this study was to determine whether the work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Riau Andalan Kertas. This research was conducted by taking a sample of 72 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 20.0 for Windows.The results showed that simultaneously working environment have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction PT. Riau Andalan Kertas, This means that the working environment can improve employee job satisfaction PT. To find out the causes there are several possibilities such as whether or not to complete a job assigned and may also not hae the impetus to work well, then it is already one of the leader's duties to influence employees, in order to work according to company goals.The study aims to determine the effect of leadership functions on employee performance in the case PT. Arara Abadi Rasau Kuning Resort District Perawang, to test the influence of both variables. In the research, the meteology used is descriptive and quantitative in SPSS program, where the sample used is special employees at PT Arara Abadi Rasau Kuning Resort District Perawang, with the census technique method, data received from employees by conducting interviews, questionnaires and literature review.The results of research work performance PT Arara Abadi Rasau Kuning Resort District Perawang, employees have a very good work performance level. However, when viewed from the total score of each dimension of work performance the compensation system dimansion is relatively hiegher. While the dimension of stress level is relatively lower. This means that the company PT Arara Abadi Rasau Kuning Resort District Perawang, needs to lower the employees stress level by holding activities to reduce the stress level of the employees.
