Integrating and choices of both institutions is done because it has a fundamental difference conflicting; sekolah has an advantage in the development of science and technology but failed in the moral and character development, while pesantren, on the contrary, is known to have experience and success in coaching morale and akhlak of the it's student but not capable in developing science and technology. Praxis sekolahpesantren rests on the basic concept of human. The formulation of the vision, mission, and goals sekolah-pesantren is so likewise with the technique and metode used in the learning process, all remain within the framework of development and empowerment of students' potentials as human beings.     Pesantren is an educational institution in Indonesia. His contribution is felt real to the people of Indonesia began from the beginning of growth until now in the birth of religious scholars or ulema. Actually, goals and curriculum of pesantren that ukhrowi oriented tend considered un-Islamic because it is not in accordance with the values and principles of Islam itself, and is currently rated as a weaknesses of the pesantren word, it will not be able to bring the Indonesian people to survive in the arena life among nations and an increasingly competitive world. Then the reorientation of the objectives and curriculum of pesantren is an inevitable necessity. Goals and curriculum of pesantren that only ukhrowi oriented must be replaced with the goals and curriculum of the integrated ukhrowi-dunyawiyah oriented. That is, goals and curriculum of pesantren should be able to touch all aspects of students as human beings, bot Ruhiyah, jasmaniyah, or 'aqliyah.     Communication is the basic human needs. Communication is the receiving and giving action such information or message as we need. Basically, there are several elements of communication: source, message, channel, and receiver and completed with feedback and environmental. This thesis describe about The Communication Principles in the Quran: A Study to An-Nida Verses. There are forty seven verses about an-Nida based on term nada. Quran as media of communication, God and His creature. Quran use different word to show the communication activities such as: yuridu, ya’muru, yasya, kutiba, yaqdzi and fi’il amri. In an effort to understand the Qur'an and pass it to anyone is a communication activity. The things that can be used as evidence to understand the Quran as communication activities are reading (al-‘Alaq: 1-2), remember (Abasa: 11-12), study (Ali Imran: 79), finding explanation (al-Furqan: 33), take action (al-Furqon: 52). In communication, there are eight ethic codes that accordance with Islamic teach: responsibility, freedom, independency, sincerity, truthfulness, accuracy, impartiality, fair play, and decency. Here the writer search in Maryam: 3, story about Prophet Zakariya who ask son to God for his preaching continuity because he was grow old and his wife was barren. In this communication Prophet Zakaria and God as a communicator while he can be communicant at same time. The message is Zakariya prayer. Gabriel as channel to delivery message from God. Praying as media to express his wish. The son is his happiness concept. The setting is his condition and psychological side. The feedback God granted and safe him by his son. While in Hud: 45, this case bout Prophet Noah who ask his son being safe when flood came, but God did not granted his prayer because his son was bad boys. In this communication Prophet Noah and God as a communicator while he can be communicant at same time. The message is Noah prayer. Praying as media to express his wish. The son being safe is his happiness concept. The setting is flood. The feedback God disagree his wish and God did not granted his prayer, and then Noah happiness concept did not happen. From the research the writer can conclude that the communication is more important and do as on ethic, because wrong communication it will be wrong in meaning, understanding and interpretation. Also the process of revelation is the process of delivering the message which God words (kalam Allah) is a message (ar-risalah). In other words, God as source, Prophet Muhammad as receiver, communication codes is Arabic language, and Gabriel as channel. The noise was from Quraisy or Arabian societies who disturb Muhammad’s preaching. The feedback was Arabian society who embraces Islam and rejects Muhammad’s preaching.     Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tentang Peningkatan Keterampilan Menulis Dramapada Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Selupu Rejang melalui media film. Jenis penelitian ini diterapkan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA N I Selupu Rejang yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari lembar pengamatan dan lembar hasil tes siswa. Tehnik pengumpulan data terdiri dari lembar observasi, hasil tes, dan dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan adalah (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) observasi, (4) refleksi. Hasil analisis ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 30,76% dengan nilai rata – rata 70,53. Pada siklus II ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal sebesar 76,92% dengan nilai rata –rata 78,07. Berdasarkan data tersebut keuntasan belajar klasikal mengalami peningkatan sebesar 45,95% dan nilai rata – rata 7,54. Meningkatnya hasil pembelajaran dapat juga di lihat dari sikap siswa setelah berlatih menulis drama melalui media film. Dengan demikian dapat disipulkan bahwa melalui media fil dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis drama kelas XI SMA N I Selupu Rejang

    Background: Maintenance of motorcycle is undertaken bymechanics of authorized and conventional garages.Mechanics of authorized garage use standing position(standard working position), mechanics of conventional garageuse squating position. Either standing or squating position arestatic working position that does not meet the requirement ofhealthy work.Objective: The study aimed to improve static position andsitting-standing position (dynamic position) using bike lift ofmotorcycle with device for sitting.Method: The study was experiment that used pretest-posttestEquivalent Group Design. Location of the study wasconventional garage at Jalan Hercules No. 2 Tanggul Hitam ofPadang Municipality. Subject of the experiment consisted of 16mechanics of conventional garage (16 people) and subject ofcontrol consisted of 16 people of Honda Main Dealer (C.V.Hayati) at Jalan Pemuda 35 Padang. The dependent variableswere weight assessed using Digital Camry Scale, strength ofhand muscles assessed using Dynamometer, workload withpulse indicator assessed using Personal ECG Recorder EP-200©, fatigue with indicator of blood lactate acid assessedusing Accutrend® Lactate. Statistical analysis to identify thedifference used covariance analysis and t-paired test to identifythe difference.Result: 1) There was significant difference in weight betweendynamic position and standard position (p<0.05). Decrease ofweight in dynamic position was less than in standard position,2) there was significant difference in strength of hand musclebetween dynamic position and standard position (p<0.05).Decrease of strength of hand muscle in dynamic positive wasless than in standard position, 3) there was significantdifference in pulse between dynamic position and standardposition (p<0.05). Increase of pulse in dynamic position waslower than in standard position, 4) there was significantdifference in muscle fatigue between dynamic position andstandard position (p<0.05). Increase of muscle fatigue indynamic position was less than in standard position.Conclusion: Dynamic position, viewed from changes invariable of weight, strength of hand muscle, workload, andmuscle fatigue, was better than standard position. Thereforeit was suggested to use dynamic position while working. Forthe government recommended: a). Increasing cooperationamong all motorcycle mechanic in improving the health andsafety, help motorcycle mechanic on preventive and promotiveso avoid accidents. b). Promote and integrate safety and healthprogram between formal and informal mechanics that can beof mutual benefit in the form of increased productivity andresearch and further studies and approaches and the beststrategy to improve the health and safety.Keywords: weight, strength of hand muscle, pulse, fatigu
