Poetry Generation for Indonesian Pantun: Comparison Between SeqGAN and GPT-2

Pantun is a traditional Malay poem consisting of four lines: two lines of deliverance and two lines of messages. Each ending-line word in pantun forms an ABAB rhyme pattern. In this work, we compare the performance of Sequence Generative Adversarial Nets (SeqGAN) and Generative Pre-trained Transformer 2 (GPT-2) in automatically generating Indonesian pantun. We also created the first publicly available Indonesian pantun dataset that consists of 7.8K pantun. We evaluated how well each model produced pantun by its lexical richness and its formedness. We introduced the evaluation of pantun with two aspects: structure and rhyme. GPT-2 performs better with a margin of 29.40% than SeqGAN in forming the structure, 35.20% better in making rhyming patterns, and 0.04 difference in giving richer vocabulary to its generated pantun

Javanese part-of-speech tagging using cross-lingual transfer learning

Large datasets that are publicly available for POS tagging do not always exist for some languages. One of those languages is Javanese, a local language in Indonesia, which is considered as a low-resource language. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of cross-lingual transfer learning for Javanese POS tagging by fine-tuning the state-of-the-art Transformer-based models (such as IndoBERT, mBERT, and XLM-RoBERTa) using different kinds of source languages that have a higher resource (such as Indonesian, English, Uyghur, Latin, and Hungarian languages), and then fine-tuning it again using the Javanese language as the target language. We found that the models using cross-lingual transfer learning can increase the accuracy of the models without using cross-lingual transfer learning by 14.3%–15.3% over LSTM-based models, and by 0.21%–3.95% over Transformer-based models. Our results show that the most accurate Javanese POS tagger model is XLM-RoBERTa that is fine-tuned in two stages (the first one using Indonesian language as the source language, and the second one using Javanese language as the target language), capable of achieving an accuracy of 87.65

ReSchedule Sistem Perpipaan Water Treatment Plant Pada PLTGU dengan Metode FLASH (Fuzzy Logic Applications For Scheduling) – Metode Dual Shift.

Abstract - The construction of the piping system installation construction of Water Treatment Plant which was scheduled with a duration of 300 days in 12 months encountered a delay. A delay of procurement activites for 66 days due to the incorrect material supplied resulted in construction activities being hampered. Therefore, a penalty of 0.001 percent of the contract value per day was paid by the company. A rescheduling analysis was required to finish the project especially in the construction activites. In this study, rescheduling was carried out using a comparison of the PERT - Dual Shift and FLASH - Dual Shift methods based on the optimum time and minimum cost. From the results of the analysis, it can be explained that rescheduling of 390 days duration using PERT method resulted in smaller cost compared with PERT - Dual Shift method with a difference of 170 days duration. While the FLASH method with a duration of 366 days resulted in a smaller cost compared to FLASH – Dual shift Method with a duration of 183 days. Based on the analysis, it was also found that the FLAS showed that the minimum cost and the optimum time compared with Pert Method. So, FLASH method is more recommended for rescheduling of the project in this study considering, the minimum cost and optimum time

ANALISIS DIMENSI PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA PADA KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER PRAMUKA PENGGALANG DI SDN SENDANGMULYO 02

This research aims to determine the implementation of the dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile in extracurricular activities for scouts. This type of research is qualitative research in descriptive form. This research was carried out at SDN Sendangmuyo 02, Tembalang District, Semarang. The subject of this research is the scoutmaster for class V and VI. The instruments used by researchers to collect data are interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it shows that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile in the extracurricular activities of the scout raisers at SDN Sendangmulyo 02 carried out by the scout supervisor followed by classes V and VI shows four dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile. .In its implementation, the scoutmaster together with all the scoutmaster participants in classes V and VI carry out prayer activities (the dimension of faith, devotion to God Almighty, and having noble morals), ceremonial and singing activities (the dimension of global diversity), semaphore activities (the independent dimension ), and question and answer activities on material in the Penggalang SKU book (critical reasoning dimensions). From the habituation activities applied to the scouts, the scouts can form the scouts to have high religious values, foster a sense of love for the homeland, train independence, and sharpen the brain to get used to answering questions with critical reasoning

Moral Construction of the Message Transformation Process in the Scene from the Film 'Budi Pekerti'

In today's era, the dissemination of information often experiences distortion due to external factors or interpretations from social media. This study aims to explain the development of information dissemination values using the film “Budi Pekerti.” Through the lens of social construction theory proposed by Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann, this method identifies three forms of reality: externalization, objectification, and internalization. This study falls under qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The film illustrates how moral values are socially constructed and perceived in the current media context, particularly social media. This highlights the implications of moral relativism, where moral beliefs are seen as relative to individual or social perspectives. The narrative follows the character of Mrs. Prani, a Guidance Counselor, whose actions and public reactions highlight the complexity of moral judgment in the digital age. The study reveals that the lack of moral awareness in message transformation is exacerbated by a lack of mutual respect and honesty, leading to negative consequences for those involved. Ultimately, the film serves as a medium to convey important moral messages and critique the role of media in shaping public perception and moral standards

PENERAPAN GOOGLE CLASSROOM UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI KELAS X C MULTIMEDIA SMKN 03 KOTA BATU

2020 is the hard year for education. There is a virus that threatening the people. The virus named Covid-19, it’s found in China and spread almost all over the world. And now Kota Wisata Batu is in red zone, it’s showed by the number of people get infected is 42 people. To breakin the covid-19 chain, Indonesians minister of education and culture ask the institution in red, orange, yellow zone in Indonesia to use e-learning for the way to deliver the lesson to their students. Using observation, interview and documentation for data collection procedure this research aims is the assignment method can make it easy for the students for learn from home or not. And it aims to describe the plans, the Implementation and the effectiveness of the result of the Assignment method using Google Classroom at grade 10th C Multimedia SMKN 03 Kota Batu. And from this research show that assignment method using Google Classroom is not effective because there’s any problem during using Google Classroom make 6 students submit their assignment exceed the deadlines. 

ANALISIS PROBLEMATIKA GURU DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA PADA PEMBELAJARAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA KELAS 1 DI SDN 1 NGAPUS KECAMATAN JAPAH KABUPATEN BLORA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan problematika yang dihadapi guru dalam pembelajaran Profil Pelajar Pancasila di kelas 1. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dalam bentuk deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 1 Ngapus Kecamatan Japah Kabupaten Blora. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah guru kelas 1. Instrumen yang digunakan oleh peneliti untuk mengambil data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang dilakukan oleh guru kelas 1 di SDN 1 Ngapus menggunakan 2 strategi yaitu pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan pembiasaan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang dilakukan guru kelas 1 mengacu pada tema gaya hidup berkelanjutan yaitu pembuatan karya seni kolase dari pengolahan sampah organik dan anorganik. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang dilakukan guru kelas 1 mencerminkan 4 dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila yaitu gotong royong, mandiri, kreatif, dan bernalar kritis. Sedangkan kegiatan pembiasaan yang rutin dilakukan oleh peserta didik kelas 1 adalah membaca Asmaul Husna, upacara, sholawat nariyah, dan bekerjasama membersihkan kelas. Problematika yang dihadapi guru kelas 1 dalam pembelajaran Profil Pelajar Pancasila yaitu keterbatasan alokasi waktu, rendahnya keterampilan membaca peserta didik sehingga guru kelas 1 harus menyampaikan materi berulang-ulang, dan semangat peserta didik yang berbeda-beda. Kata Kunci: Problematika Guru, Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, Profil Pelajar Pancasil

ANALISIS CAMPUR KODE PADA NOVEL CATATAN ANAK SEKOLAH (JAMET CIRCLE) KARYA LIZA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi campur kode dalam novel “Catatan Anak Sekolah (Jamet Circle)” melalui pendekatan sosiolinguistik. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi unsur dan fenomena kebahasaan berupa campur kode yang terdapat dalam bentuk deskripsi, narasi, dan dialog novel. Data penelitian berupa kata, frasa, kalimat, dan paragraf yang mengandung campur kode dikumpulkan melalui observasi non-partisipan dengan membaca dan mencatat secara teliti.  Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data secara mendalam, menghasilkan deskripsi detail mengenai penggunaan campur kode dalam novel. Teknik studi pustaka diterapkan untuk memperkaya analisis dengan membandingkan data temuan dengan literatur relevan tentang sosiolinguistik. Analisis non-statistik digunakan untuk mengolah data, mengkroscek, membuat kesimpulan sementara, membandingkan dengan data baru, dan akhirnya menghasilkan kesimpulan akhir mengenai bentuk dan fungsi campur kode dalam novel

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Financial Performance: Moderating Effects of Financial Slack

This study explores the impact of ESG (environmental, social, governance) on company financial performance, particularly in manufacturing companies. In addition, this research also seeks to analyze whether high financial slack can strengthen the relationship between ESG, both collectively and separately, and the company's Return on Assets (ROA). The population focused on this study consists of 635 manufacturing companies operating in Indonesia, with a sample of 446 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data used comes from annual and sustainability reports from 2018 to 2022. To analyze the data, this study employs linear regression analysis, including calculating coefficients, p-values, and R-squared. The study results show that the environmental, social, and governance variables do not have a significant relationship with the company's ROA, indicating that although ESG is considered important, its implementation in practice may not yet provide the expected impact on financial performance. Additionally, high financial slack was found not to strengthen the relationship between ESG and ROA, suggesting that more significant financial resources do not always guarantee improved sustainable performance. The implications of this study highlight the importance of companies effectively managing ESG aspects and financial resources to achieve sustainability. These findings also provide theoretical insights into the role of financial slack in the relationship between ESG and financial performance, emphasizing that companies need to be more proactive in integrating sustainability practices into their business strategies.
