    The Satisfaction Degree of Government Schools\u27 Principals in Irbid Governorate about the Performance of Educational Counselor in the Light of Spreading Coronavirus (COVID-19)

    This study aimed to show the satisfaction degree of government schools\u27 principals in Irbid governorate about the performance of educational counselor in the light of spreading Coronavirus, and if there were significant statistical differences due to the variables (gender, years of experience and qualification) on principals\u27 estimations for their satisfaction degree about the performance of educational counselor in the light of spreading Coronavirus. The researchers used the descriptive methodology, and the sample of the study consisted of (226) principals. To achieve the above, a questionnaire consisted of (33) items was built. The results showed that the satisfaction degree of government schools\u27 principals in Irbid governorate about the performance of educational counselor in the light of spreading Coronavirus was moderate. Furthermore the results reveal that there were no significant statistical differences in principals\u27 estimations for their satisfaction degree about the performance of educational counselor in the light of spreading Coronavirus due to the variables of the study (gender, years of experience and qualification). The researchers recommended a set of recommendations including: Holding specialized training courses for educational counselors to inform them about Online counseling

    Obstacles of Using e-Learning in The Light of Spreading Coronavirus (COVID-19) from The Perspective of Public Schools\u27 Teachers at Bani Obeid District

    The purpose of this study is to show the obstacles degree of using e-learning in the light of spreading coronavirus from the perspective of public schools\u27 teachers at Bani Obeid district, and if there were significant statistical differences due to the variables (gender, years of experience and qualification). on teachers\u27 estimations to the obstacles degree of using e-learning in the light of spreading coronavirus. The researcher used the descriptive survey methodology, and the sample of the study consisted of (433) teachers. To achieve the above, a questionnaire consisted of (32) items was built. The results showed that the teachers\u27 estimations in Bani Obeid\u27s district to the obstacles degree of using e-learning in the light of spreading coronavirus was high. And there were no significant statistical differences in teachers\u27 estimations to the obstacles degree of using e-learning in the light of spreading coronavirus due to the variables of the study (gender, years of experience and qualification). The researcher recommended with providing an appropriate educational structure for implementing e-learning in government schools and removing all human, material and technical obstacles that prevent it from spreading in the educational system in various stages and fields

    The Availability Degree of Administrative Creativity among Governmental Principals in Bani Obeid\u27s District from the Perspectives of Teachers

    The purpose of this study is to show the availability degree of administrative creativity among governmental principals in Bani Obeid\u27s District from the perspectives of teachers, and to show the impact of the variables (Gender, Years of Experience and Qualification). The sample of the study consisted of (762) teachers. To achieve the above, a questionnaire consisted of (47) items was designed and distributed in four dimensions: (Fluency, Flexibility, Originality and Sensitivity to problems). The results showed that the availability degree of administrative creativity among governmental principals in Bani Obeid\u27s District from the perspectives of teachers was moderate. And also showed that there were no significant statistical differences in teachers\u27 estimations due to the variables of the study. the researchers recommended a set of recommendations including: Preparing and designing training programs to develop the performance of principals on the practice of administrative creativity skills, making a future plan based on clear points to detect the creators of leaders and training them to provide administrative leadership of qualified and able to invest their creative potential in order to develop their performance within the work

    The purpose of this study is to show the practicing degree of governmental school principals in Al-Mazar Al-Shamali district for distributed leadership from the perspectives of teachers, and to show the impact of the variables (Gender, Years of Experience and Qualification). The sample of the study consisted of (317) teachers. To achieve the above, a questionnaire consisted of (32) items was designed and distributed in three dimensions: (Leadership practices, School culture, Inspiration of vision). The results showed that the practicing degree of governmental school principals in Al-Mazar Al-Shamali district for distributed leadership from the perspectives of teachers was high. And also showed that there were no significant statistical differences in teachers\u27 estimations due to the variables of the study
