Sentiment Analysis in Arabic Social Media Using Association Rule Mining
The fast-paced growth in worldwide webs has resulted in the development of sentiment analysis it involves the analysis of comments or web reviews. The sentiment classification of the Arabic social media is an exciting and fascinating area of study. Hence this study brings forth a new method engaging association rules with three Feature Selection (FS) methods in the Sentiment Analysis (SA) of web reviews in the Arabic language. The feature selection methods used are (χ2), Gini Index (GI) and Information Gain (GI). This study reveals that the use of feature selection methods has enhanced the classifier results. This means that the proposed model shows a better result than the baseline result. Finally, the experimental results show that the Chi-square Feature Selection (FS) produces the best classification technique with a high accuracy of f-measure (86.811)
Environmental Analysis Of Quasi-Static Electric Field Changes Of Tropical Lightning Flashes
The environmental conditions leading to the bouncing-wave discharge and the subsequent electron beam remain to be investigated in more detailed future studies. The analysis of quasi-static initial electric field changes (IECs) were found at the beginning of all 24 lightning flashes detected within reversal distance (22 Negative Cloud-to-Ground (–CG) and 2 normal Intra-Cloud (IC) flashes) in a tropical storm on June 15th, 2017 close to our station in Malacca, Malaysia (2.314077° N, 102.318282° E). The IECs durations averaged 4.28 ms for –CG flashes (range 1.48 to 9.45 ms) and averaged 11.30 ms for normal ICs flashes (range 7.24 to 15.35 ms). In comparison to Florida storms, the duration of IECs for –CG and IC flashes were 0.18 ms (range 0.08 to 0.33 ms) and 1.53 ms (range 0.18 to 5.70 ms), respectively. Moreover, the magnitudes of E-change for tropical thunderstorm were 0.13 V/m (range 0.03 to 0.44 V/m) for –CG flashes and-0.20 V/m (range-0.13 to-0.27 V/m) for IC flashes. The E-change magnitudes of tropical flashes are significantly larger than Florida flashes

Hybrid Measuring the Similarity Value Based on Genetic Algorithm for Improving Prediction in A Collaborative Filtering Recommendation System.
In recent years, the Recommendation System (RS) has a wide range of applications in several fields, like Education, Economics, Scientific Researches and other related fields. The Personalized Recommendation is effective in increasing RS's accuracy, based on the user interface, preferences and constraints seek to predict the most suitable product or services. Collaborative Filtering (CF) is one of the primary applications that researchers use for the prediction of the accuracy rating and recommendation of objects. Various experts in the field are using methods like Nearest Neighbors (NN) based on the measures of similarity. However, similarity measures use only the co-rated item ratings while calculating the similarity between a pair of users or items. The two standard methods used to measure similarities are Cosine Similarity (CS) and Person Correlation Similarity (PCS). However, both are having drawbacks, and the present piece of the investigation will approach through the optimized Genetic Algorithms (GA) to improve the forecast accuracy of RS using the merge output of CS with PCS based on GA methods. The results show GA's superiority and its ability to achieve more correct predictions than CS and PCS
[Preventive Medicine in The Qur'an and Sunnah] al-Tibb al-Waqai' fi al-Qur'an wa al-Sunnah
The spread of physical and mental diseases is resulted from failing to follow the Qur'anic and prophetic guidance in preserving both the body and mind. Today, Islamic societies are suffering from such a situation because of their distance from the principle of prevention, whether in the field of health education or preventive medicine. The research aims at explaining the Holy Quran and the Sunnah as a means of educating and caring for the Muslim individual as well as highlighting the role of Quran and Sunnah in the field of preventive medicine, both physically and mentally. In this study, the researcher used descriptive analytical method and deductive approach. The research has reached a number of results, including: Firstly, the Holy Quran has already established the principles of preventive medicine in the field of physical and mental health as their introduction reduces the remedial costs for the country and family. Secondly, non-adherence to the taboos not only bring woes on the individual, family and nation but also seek to influence the production. Finally, the implementation of preventive medicine principles reduces the incidence of disease among members of society.
