Implementation SQ3R Method To Improve Students’ Comprehension Of Reading English Textbook (E-Book) Of Muhammadiyah University Of Buton
This research aimed to determine the improving of students' comprehension in reading English textbook (e-book) through SQ3R at Communication Science Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Buton. This research was classroom action research. Respondence of this research are 28 students in class B odd semester of 2018/2019 of academic year. The results of this research was to increase reading comprehension of English-language e-book was not too big. This is shown in the written test evaluation results in the second cycle, 5 students got a score of 82 and 5 students got a score of 28 students, and the average value is 66.25 Then, the SQ3R method can not only improve the ability to understand reading, but, the ability to read verbally where students have the opportunity to correct their reading. This is shown by the results of the second cycle evaluation, where 7 students got a score of 80, 6 students got score of 78 and 7 students got score of 75 of 28 students, and the average value was 72,60714286
Media Words Card to Improve Reading Skills at the beginning of the First Grade Students in Primary School
This study aims to find the use of word cards to improve reading skills at the beginning by using the action class room method. Based on the results of research conducted in 2 cycles. In cycle I showed that through the Use of Word Card Media in Beginning Reading the average value of student learning outcomes obtained was 68.84 and mastery learning reached 53.85% or there were 14 students out of 27 students who had finished learning. These results indicate that in the first cycle the criteria for student learning are not yet completed, because students who score> 65 are only 68.84% smaller than the desired completeness percentage of 85%, and (2) Furthermore, the results of the study cycle II shows through the Use of Word Card Media in Reading the Beginning obtained the average value of student learning outcomes is 76.92 and mastery learning reaches 88.46% or there are 23 students out of 26 students have finished learning. These results indicate that in the second cycle classically students have finished learning, because students who score> 65 are 92.30% greater than the desired completeness percentage of 85%

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kesalahan-kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh siswa yaitu kesalahan konseptual dan kesalahan procedural serta factor-faktor yang menyebabkan kesalahan-kesalahan tersebut terjadi ditinjau dari segi kognitifnya saja yang meliputi hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan intelektual subjek dan cara subjek memproses atau melakukan penyelesaian masalah pertidaksamaan.
Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI-MIA-1 SMA Negeri 1 Pangkajene yang terdiri dari 2 subjek yaitu Subjek 1 (SR) dan subjek 2 (MN). Peneliti bertindak sebagai instrument utama yang dipadu oleh tes diagnostik yang dikonfirmasi kembali oleh pedoman wawancara, serta melakukan triangulasi teknik untuk mendapatkan data yang valid.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) SR melakukan kesalahan konseptual yaitu kesalahan dalam menyatakan ulang sebuah konsep, tidak dapat menyajikan konsep ke dalam berbagai bentuk, kesalahan dalam mengaitkan berbagai konsep, kesalahan dalam menggunakan, memanfaatkan dan memilih prosedur atau operasi tertentu dalam menyelesaikan soal. dan kesalahan procedural yaitu kesalahan yang berhubngan dengan materi prasyarat, kesalahan atau ketidakmampuan dalam memanipulasi langkah-langkah dalam menyelesaikan soal, melakukan melakukan penyimpulan tanpa alasan yang benar, kesalahan ketidakteraturan langkah-langkah dalam menyelesaikan soal, 2) MN melakukan kesalahan konseptual yaitu kesalahan subjek tidak dapat menyatakan ulang konsep, kesalahan dalam mengaitkan berbagai konsep dan kesalahan procedural, salah dalam menggunakan, memanfaatkan dan memilih prosedur atau operasi tertentu dalam menyelesaikan soal, kesalahan dalam melakukan penyimpulan tanpa alasan yang benar dan kesalahan procedural yaitu kesalahan dalam melakukan penyimpulan tanpa alasan yang benar, ketidak mampuan memanipulasi langkah-langkah untuk menjawab suatu soal, melakukan kesalahan yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan siswa terhadap materi prasyarat, kesalahan ketidakteraturan langkah-langkah dalam menyelesaikan soal
Kreativitas Guru dalam Pengelolaan Perpustakaan di Perpustakaan Sekolah SMA Negeri I Soromandi Kabupaten Bima
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kreativitas guru dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Soromandi Kabupaten Bima. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Di samping itu penelusuran melalui berbagai dokumen atau bahan
pustaka yang erat kaitannya dengan masalah yang diteliti. Teknik analisis data yang tepat dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kretivitas guru dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Soromandi Kabupaten Bima dianggap kreativitas dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan yang berkaitan. Sedangkan koleksi dan perlengkapan perpustakaan sudah memenuhi kriteria perpustakaan. Perpustakaan sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Soromandi kabupaten bima sampai sekarang tingkat kunjungan dan minat baca siswa/siswi bertambah meningkat ini berkaitan dengan kretivitas guru dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan
sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Soromandi yang kekurangan perlengkapan elektronik dan itu bukan mengurangi rasa semangat staf perpustakaan untuk menciptakan ide-ide kreatifnya. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam proses pengelolaan Perpustakaan Sekolah yaitu dalam hal pengadaan bahan koleksi karna kegiatan tersebut diambil alih oleh Kepala Sekolah hal ini menunjukan bahwa kurangnya kepercayaan pihak sekolah terhadap pengelola perpustakaan. Dengan adanya kendala tersebut, pihak pengelola perpustakaan dalam hal ini Guru tidak bisa
melakukan pengelolaan sesuai dengan yang dihadapi staf perpustakaan untuk menciptakan ide-ide kreatifnya
Evaluasi Kinerja Daerah Irigasi Selli Coppobulu Kabupaten Bone Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan Menggunakan Aplikasi Software PDSDA PAI Versi 1.0
ABSTRAK: Dalam rangka peningkatan kinerja pelayanan irigasi, pengembangan dan pengelolaan irigasi dengan melakukan kegiatan kinerja irigasi untuk mendata dan menilai fungsi aset daerah irigasi. Agar aset jaringan irigasi dapat dimanfaatkan secara berkelanjutan, maka perlu terus didayagunakan melalui penyelenggaraan Operasi dan Pemeliharaan (OP) secara baik dan benar, sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan irigasi sebaik mungkin kepada para petani dalam mendukung program ketahanan pangan. Dalam hal ini dilakukan penilaian indeks kinerja irigasi menggunakan software PDSDA-PAI Versi 1.0 yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi fisik indeks kinerja jaringan irigasi pada Daerah Irigasi Selli Coppobulu Kabupaten Bone, (Kondisi Exsisting saat ini), dan juga untuk mengetahui besar indeks jaringan pada Daerah Irigasi Selli Coppobulu Kabupaten Bone. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode survey langsung di lapangan. Berdasarkan dari hasil survei dan pengambilan data dilapangan, seluruh daerah irigasi yang berada di Kab. Bone masih berfungsi semuanya. Salah satunya adalah D.I Selli Coppobulu yang memiliki luas baku 1238 Ha dan panjang saluran induk ± 9.200 m, saluran sekunder ± 2.900m. Berdasarkan hasil survei jumlah aset (PAI) berupa 383 bangunan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa software PDSDA-PAI Versi 1.0 hasil penilaian indeks kinerja Prasarana Daerah Irigasi Selli Coppobulu Kabupaten Bone didapatkan nilai sebesar 33,44%, dimana menurut Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 32/PRT/M/2007 hasil indeks kinerja tersebut masuk pada kondisi daerah irigasi kurang dan perlu perhatian. Oleh karena itu daerah irigasi Selli Coppobulu memerlukan penanganan dengan cara melakukan rehabilitasi prasarana jaringan irigasi terutama pada saluran dan bangunan yang kondisi rusak sedang dan rusak berat, dan melaksanakan pemeliharaan rutin dan berkala.
Developing Visual Novel Game of English Conversation for DEP EEPIS
English subjects become a big part of education curriculum in Indonesia taught from the elementary level, intermediate, and high included the Distance Learning (DEP). To meet the needs of the importance of English will require learning media can be: 1. Creating Independence learning, 2. Increase the motivation to learn, 3. Improving the ability and learning achievement. In the Distance Education Program such as in Electronic Engineering Polytechnic Institute of Surabaya (EEPIS), the distance apart between lecturers and students need to learn innovative media, interactive, and motivate students DEP EEPIS can learn independently. Game as one of the media elearning is much in demand both from the children to adults that can be a good vehicle for inserted and then deliver English language teaching materials to make it more interesting and motivating. In addition, the game can provide perscriptive effects for users to further learn what is contained in the game. In various studies, the game has proven to be used for teaching language and the content inserted a curriculum for teaching purposes in the formal sector such as in college. Therefore, this study will develop game that adopts English curriculum content of DEP EEPIS. Game in this study is designed to deliver teaching materials Expression. Game in this study is a Visual Novel games and will be developed using the methods of the Development Research conducted in the first phase, and will test its effectiveness in the second stage using Experimental research on subsequent research. Describing a Smart Learner in Mastering the English Speaking via Text Message Interview
In a country of which English is considered as a foreign language, learners are lack of practicing in using the English language for real communication in their life. They prefer talking in their own languages. Their environment does not support them to have the emersion situation. The books they use are not printed in English. Their teachers do not use English for explaining their subjects. They never get a speaking test in their learning test. So they are not fluent in speaking the language. As the result they are not confident in communication. In the contrary, the problems are answered by a qualified student. How does the smart student becomes fluent in non English speaking country is explored in this research. It presents about the way how to be good a English speaker. She is interviewed via text-message interview to answer some questions about the activities how she becomes a good and fluent in Speaking English. As a part of qualitative research, her answers are used as the data that are employed to describe the activities that support her as a qualified English speaker. The findings are concluded that she becomes fluent in speaking because she makes herself as an english user in various activities. The objective of this study was to analyze the mechanism of budgeting as a financial control device at Palu Anutapura General Hospital. This study is a descriptive survey approach method. The results of this study show that In designing the budget of Palu Anutapura General Hospital, Anutapura hospital has involved all of the stakeholders based on the bottom-up proposal. The budget proposal should be carried out by qualified human resources through Budget Composers team. In the budget decision, the co-ordinations and the commitments between legislative branch and executive branch has included Anutapura General Hospital management. Consequently, the budget implementation is more efficient and effective. The budget implementation is carried out after the validation of Budget Working Plan (BWP) to become Budget Implementation Document (BID) included the validation of activity implemented by officer in the field supported by decree of the Mayor of Palu. The budget change is a solution for SKPD supported by the decree of Mayor of Palu in September in fulfilling the need of the end year budget. This research aims to analyze the effect of decentralization on national income distribution and the reduce of income Inequality in Indonesia. This research used secondary data with gross domestic product (GDP) representing national income and gini index data representing income inequality from 1978 to 2015. An OLS Linear Regression approach was employed where the gini index was the dependent variable, and the independent variables were GDP and the Dummy for decentralization implementation.
