MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN DI PONDOK PESANTREN BAIT ET-TAUHIED
The purpose of this study is to determine the management of education in the Islamic boarding school Bait Et-Tauhied. The research method used is field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and verification (drawing conclusions). The results showed; forms of education management in Pondok Pesantren Bait Et-Tauhied include; Management Planning through the preparation of character education programs through the vision, mission and objectives of education in Islamic boarding schools, Organizing Management through the distribution of job descriptions in each field implemented, Actuating Management by, organizing and directing the person in charge of activities and the implementers of activities to immediately realize the planned program, Management Controling includes controlling and supervising and ensuring activities run well. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manajemen pendidikan di pondok pesantren Bait Et-Tauhied. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data serta verfikasi (penarikan kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; bentuk manajemen pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Bait Et-Tauhied meliputi; manajemen planning melalui penyusunan progam pendidikan karakter melalui visi, misi dan tujuan pendidikan yang ada di pondok pesantren, manajemen organizing melalui pembagian job description pada setiap bidang yang dilaksanakan, manajemen actuating dengan cara, mengatur dan mengarahkan penanggungjawab kegiatan beserta pelaksana kegiatan untuk segera merealisasikan program yang telah direncanakan, manajemen controling meliputi pengawasan serta memastikan kegiatan berjalan dengan baik
SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU GURU DI SMAIT BAIT ET-TAUHIED DALAM PERSPEKTIF AL-QUR’AN
Penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam suatu sekolah. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Upaya Peningkatan Mutu Guru di SMAIT Bait Et-Tauhied. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari wawancara yang dilakukan kepada Guru dan Kepala Sekolah, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi Pustaka. Penelitian ini menghasilkan enam kesimpulan: (1) Perencanaan sumber daya manusia yang terdiri dari proses perencanaan, analisis dan deskripsi pekerjaan (2) Penyediaan sumber daya manusia terdiri dari Rekrutmen, seleksi & penempatan 3) Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dengan melakukan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan di tempat kerja (On the Job Training) dan di luar tempat kerja (Off the Job Training). (4) Pemeliharaan tenaga kerja dengan memberikan kompensasi sesuai dengan haknya masing-masing (5) Pemanfaatan Sumber Daya            Manusia dengan cara proses pengangkatan/pemindahan dan penurunan tenaga kerja terkait kualitas pekerjaannya (6) Evaluasi atau penilaian dilakukan dalam setiap satu tahun sekali dengan kegiatan supervisi (kunjungan dari kelas ke kelas) oleh kepala sekolah dan tim yang ditunjuk sebagai tim penilai yaitu wakil kepala sekolah
ASPEK-ASPEK EPISTEMOLOGI DALAM MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
This research aims to explain the epistemological aspects in the management of Islamic Education. The method that researchers use is library research in the form of references from various library data sources that are ready to use so that they can be used immediately and are not limited by space and time. The results of the study show that aspects of epistemology are related to the way understanding and knowledge are obtained in the context of Islamic education. It includes teaching methods, sources of knowledge, and the process of understanding Islamic concepts. The role of epistemology in the management of Islamic education ensures that the methods and knowledge conveyed are in accordance with Islamic scientific principles. By understanding and applying this aspect of epistemology in Islamic education management, it is hoped that educational institutions can make a positive contribution in forming individuals who are knowledgeable, moral, and able to make a positive contribution to society and Muslims as a whol
