Analisis Perbandingan Produk Merek Global Dan Merek Lokal Terkait Bauran Pemasaran Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Survei Pada Mahasiswa S1 Universitas Brawijaya Angkatan 2012-2014 Yang Menggunakan Produk Make Up Merek Maybelline Dan Wardah)
This research is aimed to determine the effect of the concept of the global marketing mix i.e standardization / adaptation on local consumer purchasing decision, and inquiring about which variable that has a dominant influence. This research is also investigating the difference between the effect of the global marketing mix to local consumer purchasing decisions by conducting a survey on students who buy products make up of Maybelline and Wardah. Independent variables used in this study are the Product, Price, Distribution, and Promotion, and the dependent variable in this study is the purchase decision. The type of this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Location of the study conducted at the University of Brawijaya, Malang. Data analysis technique is using descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and comparative analysis. The results of this research shows that Products, Price, Distribution, and Promotion are influencing Purchase Decision either simultaneously or partially. Promotion is found as a dominant one. Based on comparative analysis, the results shows that there was no significant difference between the effects of Product, Price, Distribution, and Promotion on Maybelline and Wardah to the purchase decisio
The Influence of Service Quality on Brand Image and Customer Satisfaction in Airlines Services (Survey of the Garuda Indonesia Passenger Domiciled in Malang, East Java)
The reseаrch аims to clаrify the influence of service quаlity on brаnd imаge, the influence of service quаlity on customer sаtisfаction аnd the influence of brаnd imаge on customer sаtisfаction. The type of reseаrch is explаnаtory with quаntitаtive аpproаch. Vаriаble in the reseаrch wаs service quаlity, brаnd imаge аnd customer sаtisfаction. Populаtion in the reseаrch wаs Gаrudа Indonesiа pаssenger аged 17 yeаrs old аnd older, domiciled in Mаlаng, know how to fill in а questionnаire аnd ever used Gаrudа Indonesiа аt leаst in а yeаrs. The sаmple used in the reseаrch wаs 138 people chosen with purposive sаmpling аnd dаtа collection methods in questionnаire. Аnаlysis of dаtа used descriptive аnаlysis аnd pаth аnаlysis. The result of pаth аnаlysis show thаt service quаlity significаntly influence brаnd imаge аnd customer sаtisfаction, brаnd imаge significаntly to customer sаtisfаction. Bаsed on the reseаrch's result, Gаrudа Indonesiа should develop аnd mаximize its five indicаtor of Service Quаlity, considering service is importаnt аspect in customer sаtisfаction. Gаrudа Indonesiа should keeping а good brаnd imаge аfter getting 5 stаrs аwаrd аnd Gаrudа Indonesiа should improve more fаcility such аs аdding the number of check in counter аnd expаnding the customer service network especiаlly in smаll city
Pengaruh Bauran Promosi Hotel Terhadap Keputusan Menginap Business Traveler Di Hotel Bisnis (Studi Pada Tamu Hotel Ibis Surabaya City Center)
Promoting product is irnportant in business, because promotion has lasting irnpact in getting the consurner. This study airns to identify the effect of variable Promotion Mix (X) to the decision of stay (Y) business traveler at the Hotel Ibis Surabaya City Center,and to know the influence dorninant indicator in variable Promotion Mix on Structure Decision Stayed. The research using explanatory research rnethod with quantitative approach. The object is guest of Hotel Ibis Surabaya City Center. The sarnple technique that is used is purposive sarnpling with Maholtra forrnula and have 125 respondents for the sarnples.This research using descriptive analysis and sirnple linear regression. The result obtained by this research is variable Promotion Mix has a significant influence on the variables Decision Stayed with t hitung 3,645 and 0.093 with the nurnber probability 0.000 (p <0.05). The results obtained have concluded that the sale and business rnix effect of 9.3% in influencing the decision to stay business traveler in the hotel business and the rest influenced by other variables not exarnined in this study such as, e-word of rnouth, environrnental, social, cultural, rnotivation and guest satisfaction. Pengaruh Bauran Promosi Pariwisata Terhadap Motivasi Berkunjung Wisatawan (Studi Pada Kediri Water Park Kabupaten Kediri)
Promotion by companies engaged in tourism services capable of provoking and motivational factors that influence tourists to visit a tourist attraction. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Tourism Promotion Mix (X) on Motivation Been Travelers (Y). This study uses an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The object of this study was the visitors Kediri Kediri Water Park. Purposive sampling of formula Malhotra and get 100 respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The results of this study simultaneously is variable Promotion Mix has a significant influence amounted to 0.861 and 0.000 Fhitung with the number probability 0.000 (p <0.05). The results obtained have concluded that tourism promotion mix of 86.1% having an influence in affecting the motivation of visiting tourists. Partially, variable advertising and personal sales are not significant influence, while variable sales promotion, direct marketing, word of mouth has a significant influence on the motivation variable visiting tourists
Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap Penghindaran Pajak (Studi pada Perusahaan Terdaftar di Indeks Bursa Sri Kehati Tahun 2010-2014)
This research based on the increase of business competitive power that corporate has to compete and reach their main purpose, included annual corporate profit. Tax is an enforceable contribution for the government\u27s support and also decrease corporate profit at once, so that they being suspected tax avoidance doer. Good Corporate Governance is applied for minimize tax avoidance efforts by management and responsibility efforts for stakeholder and shareholder as well. This research aims to examine the influence of board of independent commissioner percentage, audit committee, and audit quality to tax avoidance partially and simultaneously. The test result shows that variable board of independent commissioner, audit commitee, and audit quality take effect simultaneously againts tax avoidance. From the result of the analysis of partially explains that variable board of independent commissioner percentage and audit committee has significant effect on tax avoidance, while audit quality do not effect significantly to tax avoidance
Kualitas Pelayanan Bagi Wisatawan Berkebutuhan Khusus (Disabilitas) Di Hotel Berbintang Lima (Studi Pada Hotel Berbintang Lima Di Kota Denpasar, Provinsi Bali)
The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain about the quality of services for tourists with special needs (disabilities) in a five-star hotel. The five star hotel which is researched those are Inna Grand Bali Beach Hotel and Prama Sanur Beach Hotel. Descriptive research is a research method used in qualitative research approach.. The results of the analysis of this study showed that indicators of the quality of services for tourists with special needs in the five Denpasar among others, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, tangibles and empathy. Besides that, the supporting factors those are the availability of complete supporting facilities for tourists with special needs, the appreciation of the care, the support of the Association of Indonesian Hotels and Restaurants (AIHR) Bali, and the special rules with disabilities in Denpasar City. A obstacle factor in the quality of services for tourists with special needs those are there are not available of special training for employees about the services for tourist with special needs, the use of facilities that are not in accordance with its function, there not avaiable of specific local regulations on disability and absence data to guests with special needs in the Department of Tourism
Pengaruh Harga Tembakau Internasional, Jumlah Produksi Domestik Dan Nilai Tukar Terhadap Nilai Ekspor Tembakau Indonesia (Studi Ekspor Tembakau Indonesia Tahun 1985-2014)
The main objective of this study is to understand and to explain the influence of International tobacco prices, number of domestic production and exchange rate against Indonesian tobacco export value. This type of research study is explanatory research with quantitative approach. This study used secondary data time series from the years from 1985 to 2014. Data was analyzed further by multiple linear regression analysis with the support of IBM SPSS Statistics program 20. The results of this study Is, International tobacco prices, number of domestic production and exchange rate simultaneous affected the value of Indonesia's tobacco exports significantly. Partial test in this research study showed that the International tobacco prices, number of domestic production and the exchange rate significantly affected of Indonesia tobacco exports value. Based on the results, it is recommended for Indonesia to sign and participate in FCTC Treaty in order to protect the tobacco industry in the country and improve the competitiveness of Indonesia tobacco in in the global market

Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Pengembangan Atraksi Wisata Air Terjun Kampunganyar, Kabupaten Banyuwangi
Kampunganyar is one of the village in Banyuwangi regency that currenty develops and promotes its waterfall, so called Kampunganyar Waterfall, as a tourist atraction. The development cannot be separated from the effort of local communities to make the village get famous. In the process of the development, there were obstacles accured such as rejections the program and the conflict between local communities. In order to solve the problem, BUMDES (Badan Usaha Milik Desa), a kind of small corporation established by the village administration, is currenty manage the waterfall. This research aim to describe and explain the local community participation including factors affect community involvement , and to explain economic activitiy emerged. The research uses descriptive qualitatif method and data sources obtained from observation, interview, and documentation. The result of this research showed that the form public participation consisting of participation on deccision making, participation in the lmplementation, participatlion in the result of the development, and participation in evaluation. Factor that impedes the participation is derived from the social gap among society. Mean while, the push factors of participation comes from the eagerness to possess tourist attraction as what have already done by the neighboring villages. Activities arising is produce change jobs and income enchacement of the community
