This undated document notes the filing of a bill to the court on behalf of the Joseph Wilson vs. Enoch Kinsbury case and provides instruction on amendments to the bill. The document also notes the state order that Daniel W. Voorhees as a councilor at law of the courts of the state of Indiana and may practice as such.https://scholarsjunction.msstate.edu/fvw-manuscripts-original-manuscripts/1024/thumbnail.jp
Estimating normal mixture parameters from the distribution of a reduced feature vector
A FORTRAN computer program was written and tested. The measurements consisted of 1000 randomly chosen vectors representing 1, 2, 3, 7, and 10 subclasses in equal portions. In the first experiment, the vectors are computed from the input means and covariances. In the second experiment, the vectors are 16 channel measurements. The starting covariances were constructed as if there were no correlation between separate passes. The biases obtained from each run are listed
Comparisons of infant mortality in the Austrian Empire Lรคnder using the Tafeln (1851-54)
In this paper we measure differences in infant mortality among the central European populations of the Austrian Empire during the mid-19th century using data published in the Tafeln zur Statistik der รโsterreichischen Monarchie (Statistical Tables of the Austrian Monarchy). Our aim is mainly methodological, i.e., to illustrate the extraordinary richness of this data, and to discuss whether the quality of the material on infant mortality published around 1850 in the Tafeln guarantees comparability between regions. This article demonstrates that โ with several exceptions โ the quality of the material on infant mortality published in the Tafeln around 1850 guarantees reliable comparability between the Empireโs Lรยคnder. Data on sex, age at death, and legitimacy were all recorded with great accuracy. This article โ of a methodological nature โ provides only a few examples of potential analyses which might be carried out using such rich and detailed territorial data. The geography of mortality in the first three years of life varied by age, but according to intervals different than those usually employed when studying early mortality. Four ages can be identified (first month, months 1-5, months 6-17, and months 18-35) with a geography of differing mortality. In all likelihood, in these four age groups, mortality differences between Lรยคnder were motivated by diverse reasons.Austrian Empire, infant mortality, quality of mortality data

Pulmonary infarct as a initial presentation of acute myeloid leukemia: a diagnostic difficulty
The incidence of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is age dependent and increasing among the patient groups aged above 60 years. The overall presentations in a case of AML is due to marrow infiltration of leukemic cells which results in fever and chills due to neutropenia, bleeding due to thrombocytopenia, fatigue and weakness due to anemia. Incidence of venous thromboembolism is very rare in hematological malignancies. We describe a case of adolescent male presented with features of lung consolidation later found to be a pulmonary infarct and finally diagnosed to have acute leukemia (AL)

Redetermination of di-ฮผ-sulfido-bisยญ{[(2R)-2-acetยญoxy-2-aminoยญethane-1-thiolยญato-ฮบ2 N,S]oxidomolybdenum(V)}
The structure of the title compound, [Mo2(C4H8NO2S)2O2S2], has been redetermined. Besides obvious differences between the original [Drew & Kay (1971 โถ). J. Chem. Soc. A, pp. 1851โ1854] and the current unit-cell parameters, some packing features of the structure are also different; these findings are the result of significant improvements in the precision and accuracy of the present structure analysis. The two Mo atoms in the dimeric complex have very similar distorted trigonalโbipyramidal environments. Each Mo atom is bonded to an S atom and to an N atom of an l-cysteine ester ligand, to a terminal O atom and to two S atoms which bridge to the adjacent Mo atom [MoโฏMo separation = 2.8191โ

]. NโHโฏOcarbonยญyl and NโHโฏOterminal hydrogen-bonding interยญactions consolidate the crystal packing. During the synthesis, the originally employed l-cysteinate ligand has been converted to the l-cysteinate methyl ester ligand. Since this reaction does not take place without tin(IV) chloride, it is clear that tin(IV) chloride acts as a catalyst for the reaction
