Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Wardah di Kecamatan Purwodadi Grobogan
The purpose of this research is to: 1) Know the effect of product quality, price, service and promotion to consumer decision in buying Sari Roti product. 2) Knowing the quality of products, prices, services and promotions, which variables have a dominant influence on consumer decisions in buying Sari Roti products, as well as things that are considered important for consumers in these factors. The population in this study is all consumers Wardah in District Purwodadi who ever decided to buy Wardah. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique and quisioner decision to consumer wardah.
The results of the initial analysis conducted indicate that the indicator used is valid to measure the variables that exist. The results of the next analysis found that of the four variables used in this study, promotion became the most dominant variable in influencing purchasing decisions with regression coefficient of 0.397 followed by product quality variables with regression coefficient of 0.318 and promotion variable with regression coefficient of 0.260. The result of analysis also shows that the three variables used in this research can explain 51,3% of variation of purchasing decision, while the remaining 48,7% is explained by other factors not used in this research.

Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Promosi, Harga, Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan Sebagai Variabel Intervening
The purpose of this study is to analyze product quality, promotion, price, and service quality to customer loyalty with customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Ayam Kremes restaurant Mbak Eny Sragen. The samples taken in the study were 100 respondents, which afterwards analyzed 95 respondents who were eligible. The analytical method used is Path Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it is explained that both partially and simultaneously the quality of products, promotions, prices, and service quality have a positive influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Pengaruh Pengembangan Karier, Komitmen Organisasional dan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Retensi Karyawan
This research aims to analyze the effect of career development, organizational commitment and perceived organizational support on employee retention. This research was conducted at PT. Sinar Surya Indah Lestari. This sample’s research uses 75 employees. The sampling method uses simple random sampling and the data used are primary data in the form of a questionnaire. And then the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with several variables, they are career development, organizational commitment, perceived organizational support and employee retention. The results of this research is that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee retention with a significance value of 0,000 less than 0.05. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee retention with a significance value of 0.010 less than 0.05. Perceived organizational support has no positive and significant effect on employee retention because the significance value is 0.147, and it is greater than 0.05. And then the R Square value is 0.605, it means that the ability of career development, organizational commitment and perceived organizational support in explaining employee retention is 60.5% while the remaining 39.5% is explained by other variables outside the model

Analysis of this study about the effect of service quality on loyalty and satisfaction as a mediating variable. Study conducted at Pasar Burung Depok Solo. The samples taken in the study were 100 customers who were in the Pasar Burung Depok Solo. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, test validity and reliability. Based on the results of the analysis found, it can be explained that both service quality and customer satisfaction directly have a significant effect on consumer loyalty while indirectly customer satisfaction mediates significantly between service quality and consumer loyalty
Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Menggunakan Mempengaruhi Niat Beli Konsumen Menggunakan Layanan Food Delivery
This study aims to analyze the influence of user attitudes, ease of use, usability, and subjective norms on purchase intentions using food delivery (Go-Food) services. This research was conducted in the city of Sukoharjo. This study used a sample of 100 Sukoharjo people. The sampling method uses purposive sampling and the data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using several variables, namely user attitude, ease of use, usability, subjective norms and purchase intention. The results showed that the user's attitude had a positive and significant effect on purchase intentions with a significant value of 0,000 less than 0.005. Ease of use has no significant on purchase intention with a significant value of 0.083 greater than 0.005. The use of insignificant effect on purchase intention with a significant value of 0.224 is greater than 0.005. Subjective norms have a significant positive effect on purchase intentions with a significant value of 0,000 less than 0.005. R Square value of 0.686 indicates that the ability of user attitude variables, ease of use, usability, and subjective norms in explaining purchase intentions using food delivery services is 68.6% while the remaining 31.4% is explained by other variables outside the model

This study aims to analyze the effect of the atributes of tourisme products on tourist visiting decisions on tourism in Sumba. The popilation and sampel of this study were students of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta as well as outside communities who had taken tours and the number of respondents in the study was 100 respondents. The type of data used in this studt is primary data. Data collection methode using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysisi in this study indicate that the attributes of tourism products have a positive and significant effects on tourist visiting decisions, tourist attractions have a positive and significant effect on tourist visiting decisions, accessibility has a positive and significant effect on tourist visiting decisions, and destination images have a posistive and sginificant effect on visiting on visiting decisions traveler
Pengaruh Budaya Keselamatan Pasien Terhadap Sikap Melapor Insiden Keselamatan Pasien Di Rumah Sakit Nirmala Suri Sukoharjo
This study aims to analyze Culture of Patient Safety Against Attitudes Reporting Patient Safety Incident at Nirmala Suri Sukoharjo Hospital. The sample in this study amounted to 100 employees of Nirmalasuri Hospital using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling method. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Leadership, Communication, and evidence-based has a positive and significant effect on attitudes reporting patient safety incidents at Nirmala Suri Sukoharjo Hospital. 2) Teamwork has a negative and significant effect on the attitude of reporting on patient safety incidents at Nirmala Suri Sukoharjo Hospital. 3) Focusing on patients, justice and learning have a negative but not significant effect on attitudes reporting patient safety incidents at Nirmala Suri Sukoharjo Hospital
Analisis Efisiensi Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Di Kabupaten Sragen
This research aims to (1) to analyze the level of efficiency of inpatient pratama clinics in Sragen Regency, (2) to analyze the level of optimization of the use of inputs in pratama inpatient clinics in Sragen Regency, and (3) to analyze the level of optimization of output in pratama inpatient clinics in Sragen. Sragen Regency. This research uses a saturated sample, there are all members of the population who have complete data input and output of the study, as many as 20 clinics. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Sragen District Health Office, and the Prartama Clinic in Sragen Regency. Data collection uses the document method, and analysis tools use efficiency analysis with the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The results showed that in general the pratama clinics in Sragen Regency were inefficient, where only 3 BPJS inpatient clinics were efficient, 4 efficient non-BPJS inpatient clinics, and 5 efficient outpatient inpatient clinics. Pratama clinics in Sragen Regency are also not optimal in using input, i.e. they are not optimal in determining the number of general practitioners, nurses, analysts, pharmacists, laboratories and the number of capitation. Pratama clinics are also not optimal in obtaining output, namely BPJS and NON-BPJS inpatient pratama clinics are not optimal in the use of output of the number of patients, BOR and LOS, and outpatient pratama clinics are not optimal in the use of capitation output and the number of patient

This study aims to determine how the effect of electronic word of mouth on buying interest in new digrandized food with brand trust as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative study that is useful for examining a particular population or sample. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. This study uses multiple linear analysis methods using intervening variables, namely brand trust. The other variables are electronic word of mouth and buying interest. The results of this study indicate that the variable electronic word of mouth has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, the variable electronic word of mouth has a significant positive effect on brand trust, the variable brand trust has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, and the variable brand trust mediates electronic word of mouth on purchase intention. has a significant positive effect on purchase intention

This study aims to analyze the effect of market orientation and product creativity on marketing performance moderated by innovation on batik craftsmen in Laweyan batik village, Surakarta.
