    This study aimeds to (1) determine the factors that affect the increasing of sugarcane production (2) determine the factors that affect the increasing of sugarcane incame (3) determine the risk farm production and farm income of sugarcane (4) determine to calculate the contribution of on-farm income on farmer household�s income (5) analize the income distribution of farmer household (6) to analyze the level of prosperous according farmer household�s in Bantul district. The basic method of this research is descriptive analysis, sampling method off choosing the respondents was purposively. Number off responden was 30 sugarcane�s farmer. Data were analysis by multiple regression analysis with the Cobb-Douglas production function and Unit Output Price (UOP) profit maximizing function analysis. The result showet that (1) production factor that positively influenced on the increasing of sugarcane production were land, cane seedlings, ZA fertilizer, pesticides, cultivating labor, harvesting labor and cropping method (2) income factor that positively influenced on the increasing of sugarcane income was land, and income factor that had no positive effect on increasing sugarcane income were normalized cane seedling�s price and normalized cultivating labor�s price (3) production risk of ratoon cane 2 was highest than production risk planting cane and ratoon cane 1. Income risk of ratoon cane 2 was highest than planting cane and ratoon cane 1 (4) income contribution of sugarcane is classified in the category of major contribution (5) sugarcane income could improve farmer household�s income distribution (6) farmer household�s sugarcane are classified as prosperous according to the criteria of Good service ratio (GSR)

    The quality of final product of tea is determined by its material and process. Low percentage of damaged fresh tea leaves produced first grade of final product of tea and high percentage of damaged fresh tea leaves produced the reddish tea. In addition, implementation of standardized process ensures high quality of product then it is important to control every stage of production process: material holding, processing in the factory, and assessing the quality of final product. Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method, using Control Chart, may be used to observe the quality fluctuation of raw material, material in process, and final product. The objective of this research was to study the statistical quality control in material, process, and final productof black tea. The research formed as a case study which was done in PT Pagilaran, Batang Regency. Data used in this case study were the percentage of damaged tealeaves, degree of wilting during the process, water content, and density in final product of black tea measured in year 2013. The data were captured monthly and annualy. The 3-sigma control chart showed stastically an upper control limit value and a lower control limit value of each parameter. The results showed that in year 2013, the mean of percentage of damaged tea leaves was 11,28% and while the degree of wilting in PT Pagilaran was 41,57%. The percentage of damaged tea leaves and degree of wilting were out of statistical quality control but they were in the company�s spesification, in which the maximum percentage of damaged tea leaves was 13%, and degree of wilting was about 41%-42%. The water content of BOP, BOPF, PF, Dust, PF2, Dust 2 measured in year 2013 lay in statistical quality control and matched with company�s spesification but Bohea was out of statistical quality control. The density of BOP, BOPF, PF, PF2 and Dust 2 measured in year 2013 was in statistical quality control but Dust and Bohea were out of statistical quality control. The density of each grade was not in company�s spesification

    The purposes of this research are to determine what factors affecting the volume of import demand, the trends of import volume and the price projection of garlic in Indonesia. Descriptive method was applied in the analysis by using secondary data. Time series data from 1991 until 2010 were used in the analysis such as the price of garlic in Indonesia, price of garlic in China, price of shallot in Indonesia, productivity of garlic in Indonesia, the exchange rate, and national income. The price of garlic in Indonesia will be projected with monthly prices data of garlic in Indonesia from 2005 - 2011. The trend import volume of garlic showed that there will be additional of import volume around of 21.9124 ton per year. Determinant factors which significantly affecting import volume of garlic are the price of garlic in Indonesia, national income, exchange rate and the productivity of garlic in Indonesia. The result of projection on import price of garlic during 6 years showed that there will be cycles of two years of high price and three years of low price and followed by an increase in prices
