    Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan peneliti adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang di laksanakan dua siklus. Pada setiap siklus berisi empat kegiatan utama, yakni 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan, 3) obeservasi, 4) refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Gembong 03, Kec. Gembong, Kab. Pati. Pada siswa kelas IV dengan jumlah siswa 25 anak yang terdiri dari 16 anak laki laki dan 9 anak perempuan. pada dasarnya ke 8 anak tersebut sudah mengetahui senam, namun pada saat prakteknya anak-anak tersebut belum sesuai dalam melakukan Gerakan senam terutama dalam senam poco poco. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan observasi serta instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa penilaian tindakan kelas ini sangat efisien dan efektif bila peneliti memahami apa yang akan diukur dan yang diharapkan responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian berlangsung selama pengumpulan data dan setelah pengumpulan data. Dari hasil rangkuman deskriptif data siklus II yang telah diperoleh menunjukkan aspek bahwa hasil belajar siswa tentang senam modifikasi melalui gerakan poco-poco meningkat sesuai target capaian pada data sebelum penelitia

    Physical fitness is the ability and ability of the body to make adjustments to the given physical load without causing excessive fatigue. A need that must be met so that we can carry out the activities of daily life well, efficiently and effectively as possible. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Jigsaw type of cooperative learning model has a positive impact on improving students' physical fitness learning outcomes. Cooperative learning is a broader concept encompassing all types of group work including forms that are more teacher-led or teacher-directed. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 18 students in Class IV Negeri 1 Temuwangi, Pedan District, Klaten Regency, in the 2021/2022 academic year. Based on the results of the research data, it can be concluded: (1) The initial data is known before the action is given, it can be explained that the majority of students have not shown learning outcomes with a percentage of learning completeness 0% with a total of 0 students, or students who score in a good category in the range of values 80 - 89 with completeness criteria as many as 0 students (0% ), students who scored in the sufficient category were in the range of 70 – 79 in the sufficient category with completeness criteria as many as 0 students (0%) while students who did not complete were 18 students with a percentage value of 100% or each in the range of values of 60 – 69 in the less category as many as 8 students (44%) and students in the range of values <60 in the less category as many as 10 students (56%) and there are no students in the very good category with a range of values 90-100. (2) In Cycle I, the average score of learning outcomes was 70.94, there were 11 students (61%) completed, and 7 students (33%) had not. (3) In Cycle II, the average score of the pilot test was 81.82, there were 18 students (100%) completed and 0 students (0%) incomplete. Described at the pre-cycle stage the percentage (%) of completeness of physical fitness learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Temuwangi, Pedan District, Klaten Regency for the 2021/2022 academic year. It increased from 22% in the initial conditions, to 61% at the end of the first cycle and increased to 100% at the end of the second cycle. Thus this proves that the application of the jigsaw type of cooperative learning model has a positive effect on increasing students' willingness to exercise. The results of the study can be a reference for teachers to consider further learning

    Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana Motivasi Siswa Terhadap Pembelajaran Olahraga Permainan Tradisional Bentengan Survei Pada Siswa kelas V SD Negeri Gempolsari 01 Kabupaten Pati. Sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas V SD Negeri Gempolsari 01 yang berjumlah 27 siswa, Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan : motivasi siswa terhadap pembelajaran olahraga permainan tradisional bentengan pada siswa kelas V di SD Negeri Gempolsari 01 Kabupaten Pati secara keseluruhan memiliki kategori yang tinggi sekali. dengan frekuensi atau persentase terbesar yaitu 9 siswa atau 33%. Sementara itu, dengan kategori tinggi 7 siswa atau 26 %, kategori sedang 5 siswa atau 19 %, kategori rendah 6 siswa atau 22%, dan kategori sangat rendah 0 siswa atau 0%. Sedangkan Motivasi siswa yang timbul dari dalam diri siswa (intrinsik) berada pada kategori tinggi sekali dari 27 siswa dengan frekuensi atau persentase terbesar yaitu 10 siswa atau 37%, kategori tinggi 10 siswa atau 37 %, kategori sedang 1 siswa atau 4 %, kategori rendah 6 siswa atau 22%, dan kategori rendah sekali 0 siswa atau 0%

    Volleyball is one of the sports that the general public is interested in, and volleyball is also one of the sports that requires mastery of good techniques (Hanggara et al., 2018). Passing is passing the ball to a friend in a team with a certain technique. Many forms of training on lower passing are often used during warm-ups, but what is often used is the form of lower passing training to the wall and the form of lower passing in pairs. This study aims to determine the level of lower passing ability in volleyball games at SD Negeri 6 Jimbung, especially the ability of grade VI students. This study uses quantitative research methods, the sample used in this study were 6th grade students at SD Negeri 6 Jimbung totaling 35 students. The data analysis technique uses the help of Microsoft Excel which is to find the middle value (median), average value (mean), highest value (maxsimum), lowest value (minimum), and standard deviation (SD) in the stage of determining the percentage value. The results showed that the results of the lower passing ability test of grade VI students at SD Negeri 6 Jimbung were 3 students (9%) categorized as excellent, 4 students (11%) categorized as good, 17 students (49%) categorized as sufficient, 11 students (31%) categorized as less, and 0 students (0%) categorized as very poor. The level of lower passing ability in 6th grade students of SD Negeri 6 Jimbung can be categorized as “sufficient”. Because these students still show a greater level of difficulty in mastering the lower passing technique in volleyball games
