Reinventing the Model of Pesantren-Based Literary with the Insight of Religious Moderation

This study revealed the design of the model of pesantren-based literary with the insight of religious moderation and its contribution in strengthening religious moderation through education and writing training programs. Establishing literacy model of santri with a good scientific tradition and the contextual dialectic of thought is must be developed. Through the model developed as an effort to reinvent literature of pesantren with religious moderation values is able to become a reference for the design of santri writing training and its application in realizing Wasatiyyah Islam. This research is qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data are collected through observation and documentation. The results of this study found two important things; First, the new model of pesantren-based literary with the insight of religious. Second, the contribution of pesantren-based literary model in realizing the agent of peace

Nutzungsrechte bei institutionellen Repositorien in Deutschland

Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit Nutzungsrechten auf institutionellen Repositorien in Deutschland. Es werden für fünfzehn institutionelle Repositorien die Verfahren zur Rechteübertragung und die Angaben zu Nutzungsrechten analysiert, die die Repositorien in den Metadaten bereitstellen. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Verwendung von Open Content-Lizenzen, welche die Grundlage für eine Berliner Erklärung-konforme Lizenzierung bilden. Im Ergebnis werden Empfehlungen für Repositorienverantwortliche aufgestellt, die auf die Erhöhung der Sichtbarkeit und Nachnutzbarkeit von Lizenzangaben sowie auf die Erhöhung des Anteils frei lizenzierter Werke auf Repositorien abzielen.This work investigates usage rights of German institutional repositories. Fifteen institutional repositories are analysed with regard to rights transfer procedures and metadata information on usage rights. A focus lies on use of open content licenses which are the basis for licensing that is conform with the Berlin Declaration. The analysis results in recommendations for repository managers with the aim to enhance visibility and reusability of license information as well as to increase the rate of freely licensed works on repositories
