Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou daňových úniků u nepřímých daní v České republice. Hlavním úkolem této práce je poskytnout základní vhled do problematiky daňových úniků v oblasti nepřímých daní, se kterými se na našem území můžeme nejčastěji setkat. Cílem je také definovat základní pojmy z oblasti nepřímých daní a popsat principy nejrozšířenějších daňových úniků, ať už jsou to daňové úniky u daně z přidané hodnoty, spotřební, či energetické daně. V této práce jsou také podrobeny analýze a detailnímu zhodnocení nejrozšířenější nástroje využívané k minimalizaci daňových úniků. V neposlední řadě jsou nastíněna další možná opatření a legislativní zlepšení vedoucí k eliminaci daňových úniků, která by mohla být v České republice zavedena.This bachelor thesis focuses on tax evasion on indirect taxes in the Czech Republic. The main task of this work is to provide a basic insight into tax evasion in the area of indirect taxes which most often occur in our territory. The aim is also to define the basic concepts of indirect taxes and describe the principles of the most widespread tax evasion, whether tax evasion for value added tax, excise or energy taxes. This work also analyzes and evaluates the most widespread instruments used to minimization tax evasion. Financial Analysis of Pivovar Nymburk s.r.o.

Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat finanční situaci a postavení na trhu Pivovaru Nymburk, spol. s r.o. na základě dat z let 2010 až 2014. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se věnuje metodám finanční a nefinanční analýzy. V praktické části dochází k implementaci teoretických poznatků. Nejprve rozebírá prostředí podniku pomocí PEST analýzy, následně je na základě výročních zpráv společnosti vypracována samotná finanční analýza poskytující komplexní obraz o ekonomické situaci daného podniku. Výsledky jednotlivých ukazatelů jsou porovnány jak s konkurenčním pivovarem, tak i s průměrnými hodnotami odvětví výroby nápojů. Nejdůležitější body vyplývající z finanční analýzy jsou představeny ve SWOT analýze, po níž následuje doporučení, jak zlepšit současnou situaci.The aim of the present thesis is to analyse the financial situation and market share of the company Brewery Nymburk, s.r.o. The analysis is based on data from between 2010 and 2014. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is dedicated to the methods of the financial and non-financial analysis. The practical part implements the theoretical background. It examines the environment of the company with the PEST analysis and the financial analysis is made on the basis of annual reports. The analysis provides complex information on the economical situation of the company. The results of the constituent indexes are compared with the competitive brewery and with the average value of the sector of production of beverages. The most important parts, based on the financial analysis, are presented in a SWOT analysis, which are followed by recommendations for improvement of the current situation

Analysis of Sports Club Financial Management

Práce si dávala za cíl analyzovat hospodaření sportovního klubu. Úkolem bylo zjistit odkud získává finance a kde je utrácí. Pomocí poskytnutých dokumentů a na základě sdělených informací bylo vyhodnoceno hospodaření sportovního klubu. Dále byly vypracovány návrhy na zlepšení situace v klubu.The work aims to analyze the management of the sports club. The challenge was to find out where he was giving up finances and where he was being driven. Using the provided documents and based on the information provided, the management of the sports club was evaluated. Implementation of Electronic Records of Sales in the Czech Republic

Import 23/08/2017Diplomová práce se zabývá zavedením elektronické evidence tržeb v České republice. Diplomová práce je rozdělená do tří částí. V první části je popsána problematika stínové ekonomiky v souvislosti s efektivitou výběru daní a analyzovány teoretické modely evidence tržeb. V druhé části je analyzován systém elektronické evidence tržeb v České republice, který byl spuštěn v roce 2016. Třetí část diplomové práce je prakticky zaměřena na analýzu procesu zavedení elektronické evidence tržeb u dvou vybraných subjektů – maloobchod a velkoobchod.The diploma thesis is about the implementation of electronic records of sales in the Czech Republic. The diploma thesis is divided into three main chapters. Tax collection efficiency and the theoretical models of electronic records of sales are introduced in the first chapter. The second chapter analyses the system of electronic records of sales in the Czech Republic, which was launched in 2016. Third chapter of the diploma thesis focuses on processes which were necessary to implement before electronic records of sales became effective. Electronic Records of Sales in the Czech Republic and in the Russian Federation

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice EET v České republice a Ruské federaci, studuje předpoklady zavedení a způsoby implementace. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je znázornit rozdíly ve fungování a administrativních procesech obou zemí, kterými se propojují účastníky jak ze strany státní správy, tak i ze strany privátního sektoru, zhodnotit celkový dopad na ekonomické ukazatele a znázornit výsledky v souhrnné SWOT analýze. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a definice přímo související s EET. Také její součástí jsou získané z veřejných zdrojů informace ohledně jednotlivých fází zavedení EET, celkový popis zařazení všech účastníků do procesu, podrobnosti týkající se sankcí a pokut za delikty a přehled nákladů povinných subjektů. Praktická část práce se věnuje zhodnocení obou systémů a jejich následné komparaci, která se opírá na shromážděné teoretické poznatky a také na analýzu vybraných makro- a mikroekonomických ukazatelů. Ve výsledku jsou sestrojeny tabulky SWOT analýz systémů EET obou zemí.This diploma thesis is dedicated to the EET systems in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation and studies preconditions and approaches of implementation. The main goal of the paper is to highlight the major differences in the functioning of the EET systems in both countries, administration processes interconnecting all participants from public and private sectors, evaluation of the overall impact on the selected economic indicators and presentation of the obtained results. The theoretical part of this paper provides basic concepts and definitions directly related to the EET system. Data regarding particular phases of the implementation, descriptions of the placement process, details on sanctions and fines for offences committed by agents and an overview of the additional expenses were retrieved from the open sources accessible over the Internet and eventually became part of the document. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of both systems and their comparison based on the collected theoretical knowledge and quantitative analysis of the selected macro- and microeconomic indicators. Impact of Introduction of ERS on Selected Fast Food Restaurant

Cílem diplomové práce je podrobně rozebrat problematiku elektronické evidence tržeb (EET) a všech jejich fází, zejména pak první fáze týkající se stravovacích služeb, analyzovat proces zavádění evidence na vybrané restauraci rychlého občerstvení a zhodnotit její dopady pro konkrétní podnikatelský subjekt. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy spojené s problematikou EET. Je zde konkrétně definována fiskalizace tržeb, důvody pro evidenci tržeb a její cíle, základní způsoby evidence. Vysvětleny jsou způsoby evidování v jiných státech Evropské unie, historie evidence tržeb v České republice a další pojmy s evidencí spojené. V praktické části této práce je analyzováno zavedení EET pro vybraný podnikatelský subjekt, kterým jsou dvě ostravské restaurace rychlého občerstvení SUBWAY. Součástí je také mikroekonomická SWOT analýza EET pro vybraný podnikatelský subjekt a je zde provedeno zhodnocení dopadů evidence na něj.The aim the thesis is to analyze in detail the issue of ERS and all its phases, especially the first phase which include catering services, to analyze the process of introducing records of sales at a selected fast food restaurant and to evaluate its impact on a concrete business subject. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts associated with ERS issues. Here is a specific definition of revenue fiskalization, the reasons for records of sales and its objectives and the basic ways of recording. The ways of records of sales in other countries of the European Union, the history of sales records in the Czech Republic and other connected terms are explained. The practical part of this thesis analyzes the introduction of ERS for the selected business entity, which is the two fast food restaurants SUBWAY locted in Ostrava. Registration of Sales Implementation in The Czech Republic in the Frame of ERP Systems

Tento dokument je bakalářskou prací. Jejím autorem je student třetího ročníku oboru manažerská informatika. V současné době vykonává řízenou praxi ve firmě Abra Software a.s., kde pracuje na oddělení vývoje.Práce se obecně zabývá tématem elektronické evidence tržeb v České republice a související národní legislativou. Veškeré praktické ukázky pramení ze zkušeností a práce s produktem Abra Gen společnosti Abra Software, na jehož tvorbě se autor mohl v rámci své pracovní pozice spolupodílet. Autor se zaměřil na popis způsobu komunikace se společným zařízením správce daně, úpravu tiskových sestav a reportů pro potřeby EET a uložení dat v databázi. Součástí bakalářské práce je autorem vytvořená metodická příručka pro úpravu tiskových sestav s doplněním údajů EET a dotazníkový průzkum mezi uživateli EET spolu s vyhodnocením jejich odpovědí.Účelem práce je přiblížení problematiky EET v České republice, shrnutí historie a platných právních předpisů a seznámení s názory odborníků z praxe vývoje ERP systémů a uživatelů na zavedení EET.Vlastním přínosem autora je přiložená metodická příručka a vyhodnocená anketa mezi uživateli EET v okolí jeho bydliště, jelikož v médiích se ohledně tohoto tématu nevyskytují vždy objektivní informace.This document is a bachelor's thesis. Its author is a student of the third year in the field of managerial informatics. Currently, he is working as a trainee at Abra Software a.s., where he works in the development department.The thesis deals with the topic of electronic registration of sales (EET) in the Czech Republic and its related national legislation. All practical demonstrations are based on the experience author acquired while participating in the development of Abra Gen system. The author focuses his work on description of communication method with the common device of the tax administrator, editing print templates and reports for EET needs and storing data in the database. Part of the bachelor's thesis is the methodological manual for editing the print reports with the addition of the EET data and the survey among the EET users together with the evaluation of their answers.The purpose of the thesis is to approach the topic of EET in the Czech Republic, summarize the history and valid legislation, and to familiarize with the opinions of both experts from ERP systems development and users about the implementation of EET.The author's own contribution is the enclosed methodological manual and the evaluated survey among EET users, as there is almost no objective information about this topic in the media

Obsahem práce "Vedení účetnictví a evidence pro daňové účely" je seznámit se se zásadami používanými pro vedení účetnictví a účetní evidence, pohledem na vedení obou typů účtování a hodnocením vybrané firmy BLIK s.r.o. na základě ročních účetních výkazů. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V první části jsou popsány základy vedení obou typů účtování, právní normy, předpisy, standardy, které se jich týkají v obecném směru. Ve druhé části je popsáno vedení účetnictví a účetní evidence pro daňové účely v konkrétním podniku.
