    Penerapan Metode Diskusi Syndicate Group Untuk Meningkatkanpemahaman Mahasiswapada Konsep Dasar Pengantar Ilmu Ekonomi

    The objectives of this study are to improve the learning quality Introduction to Economics, to improve students’ spirit in learning, to improve lecturers’ skill in developing learning model and media and  also to improve students’ achievement in learning. This study was class action research consists of three cycles. Result of study showed students’ achievement was improving on each cycle. Students’ learning completeness before applying syndicate group discussion method was 0%, after applying syndicate group discussion group; students’ achievement after final test was 94%. Students’ interest, activeness and relationship in learning process with range 1-4, the result was good (3.2). Result of observation related to lecturers’ skill in managing the learning process which used map concept method with range1-4 showed a good result with average of cycle 1, cycle 2 and cycle 3 was 3.2. That score was the average of all aspects investigated on three cycles. Based on result of study, it was suggested that for lecturers of Introduction of Economics subject to apply syndicate group discussion method in teaching-learning process. This methodwas approved to improve students’ ability to analyze the case and understand the concepts of Introductions to Economics. This was because students are given opportunity to do research in the field related to the topic and then find the problems that will be discussed in the class. Thus, students are usual to think critically and analytically to face a case. And finally, students can find the topics concepts. Moreover, result of study can be applied for other subjects because this study gives the positive impact

    INDONESIA: Pembelajaran merupakan Upaya guru untuk mengembangkan bakat dan potensi intelektual siswa guna mencapai perkembangan maksimal. Dalam menciptakan kondisi belajar, konsep situated learning dan penataan pembelajaran dianggap esensial untuk meningkatkan ingatan siswa dan mencapai hasil belajar yang optimal. Pendidikan di Indonesia, meskipun mengalami perbaikan terus-menerus, masih menghadapi tantangan lemahnya proses pembelajaran yang memberikan beban pada siswa. Metode diskusi Syndicate Group diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan mengemukakan pendapat secara objektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggambarkan dan mendeskrisikan mengenai penerapan metode diskusi Syndicate Group untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata Pelajaran IPS Kelas VIII di MTs Almaarif 01 Singosari. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-I MTs Almaarif 01 Singosari tahun ajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 36 siswa, guru pengampu mata Pelajaran IPS. Dalam penelitian ini, Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan Teknik pengumpulan data tersebut diperoleh 2 (dua) data, yaitu data primer berdasarkan hasil observasi, dokumentasi, dan hasil wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder dapat berupa hasil dokumentasi yang ingin didapatkan untuk mengumpulkan data-data yang berhubungan dengan sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini dapat diambil hasil dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Perencanaan metode diskusi Syndicate Group untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata Pelajaran IPS kelas VIII di MTs Almaarif 01 Singosari sudah tergolong sangat baik dan dapat dikatakan bahwa pelaksanaan tersebut sesuai dengan model pembelajaran Syndicate Group semestinya, (2) Pelaksanaan metode diskusi Syndicate Group untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata Pelajaran IPS kelas VIII di MTs Almaarif 01 Singosari dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan kondusif sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan, (3)Hasil Evaluasi pelaksanaan penerapan metode diskusi Syndicate Group untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata Pelajaran IPS kelas VIII di MTs Almaarif 01 Singosari terdapat beberapa hal, yaitu Ketika berdiskusi waktu terbuang untuk kegiatan yang tidak diperlukan, kondisi dan kemampuan siwa yang berbrda-beda dalam menerima metode diskusi Syndicate Group. ENGLISH: Learning is a teacher’s effort to develop students’ talents and intellectual potential in order to achieve maximum development. In creating learning conditions, the concept of situated learning and structuring learning are considered essential to improve student recall and achieve optimal learning outcomes. Education in Indonesia, despite continuous improvement, still faces the challenge of a weak learning process that puts a burden on students. The Syndicate Group discussion method is presented to stimulate students to think critically and express opinion objectively. The research method used in this study is descriptive to describe and describe the effectiveness of the Syndicate Group discussion method to increase creativity in Social Studies Class VIII at MTs Almaarif 01 Singosari. The subject of this study were students of class VIII-I MTs Almaarif 01 Singosari in the academic year 2023/2024 which amounted to 36 students, teachers teaching social studies subject. In this study, the techniques used to collect data in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the data collection techniques obtained 2 (two) data, namely primary data based on the results of observation, documentation, and interview results, while secondary data can be in the form of documentation results to be obtained to collect data related to the school. In the study the results can be concluded as follows: (1) Planning Syndicate Group discussion method to increase creativity in social studies subjects grade VIII at MTs Almaarif 01 Singosari has been classidied as very good and it can be said the implementation is in accordance with the Syndicate Group learning model should be, (2) Implementation of Syndicate Group discussion method to increase creativity in social studies subjects grade VIII at MTs Almaarif 01 Singosari can be implemented well and conducive in accordance with the expected learning objectives, (3) The obstacles encountered in the effectiveness of the Syndicate Group discussion method to increase creativity in social studies subjects grade VIII at MTs Almaarif 01 Singosari there are several things, namely when discussing time wasted for activities that are not need, the condition and ability of students who differ in accepting the Syndicate Group discussion method. ARABIC: التعلم هو جهد المعلم لتطوير مواهب الطلاب وإمكاناتهم الفكرية من أجل تحقيق أقصى قدر من التنمية. عند خلق ظروف التعلم ، يعتبر مفهوم التعلم الموجود وهيكلة التعلم ضروريا لتحسين ذاكرة الطلاب وتحقيق نتائج التعلم المثلى. لا يزال التعليم في إندونيسيا ، على الرغم من التحسن المستمر ، يواجه التحدي المتمثل في ضعف عمليات التعلم التي تضع عبئا على الطلاب. يتم طرح البنائية كنهج تعليمي بهدف خلق ظروف تعليمية غير مملة ، حيث يتم تنشيط إبداع الطالب من خلال أساليب الاستفسار والعمل الجماعي والملاحظة والمناقشة الجماعية. يتم تقديم طريقة المناقشة الجماعية للنقابة لتحفيز الطلاب على التفكير النقدي والتعبير عن الآراء بموضوعية. منهج البحث المستخدم في هذه الدراسة وصفي نوعي لوصف ووصف فاعلية منهج مناقشة مجموعة النقابة لزيادة الإبداع في مواد الدراسات الاجتماعية من الفئة الثامنة في MTs المعارف 01 Singosari. كانت موضوعات هذه الدراسة 36 طالبا من الصف الثامن إلى الأول MTs المعارف 01 سنغوساري للعام الدراسي 2023/2024 ، وهم معلمون يقومون بتدريس مواد الدراسات الاجتماعية. في هذه الدراسة ، كانت التقنيات المستخدمة لجمع البيانات في هذه الدراسة هي الملاحظة والمقابلات والتوثيق. بناء على تقنية جمع البيانات ، تم الحصول على 2 (اثنين) من البيانات ، وهي البيانات الأولية بناء على الملاحظات والتوثيق ونتائج المقابلات ، بينما يمكن أن تكون البيانات الثانوية في شكل نتائج توثيق يتم الحصول عليها لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بالمدارس. في هذه الدراسة يمكن استنتاج النتائج على النحو التالي: (1) تخطيط أسلوب مناقشة مجموعة النقابة لزيادة الإبداع في مواد الدراسات الاجتماعية للصف الثامن في MTs المعارف 01 السنغوسري يصنف على أنه جيد جدا ويمكن القول أن التنفيذ يتم وفقا لنموذج التعلم الجماعي للنقابة كما ينبغي أن يكون، (2) تطبيق أسلوب المناقشة الجماعية النقابية لزيادة الإبداع في مواد الدراسات الاجتماعية للصف الثامن ب MTs المعارف 01 سنغوساري يمكن تنفيذها بشكل صحيح وملائم وفقا لأهداف التعلم المتوقعة ، (3) المعوقات التي تواجه فعالية أسلوب المناقشة الجماعية لزيادة الإبداع في مواد الدراسات الاجتماعية للصف الثامن في MTs المعارف 01 Singosari هناك عدة أمور ، وهي عند مناقشة الوقت الضائع على الأنشطة غير الضرورية ، وظروف وقدرات الطلاب المختلفة في قبول أسلوب مناقشة مجموعة النقابة

    Increasing Student Learning Activities in Social Studies through the Syndicate Group Method

    This study aims to implement the syndicate group discussion approach to enhance the learning engagement of seventh-grade students in Social Studies (IPS), specifically on the topic of socio-cultural issues, at MTs Almaarif 01 Singosari. The method employed is classroom action research (CAR), utilizing field notes and observation sheets for data collection. The data gathered were analyzed descriptively to evaluate the changes occurring in the learning process. The results of the study indicate that the syndicate group discussion approach is effective in improving students' activity and learning outcomes. This effectiveness is evidenced by a significant increase in the average student score, which rose by 23.61 points from the first cycle to the second. This approach enables students to actively engage in discussions, enhance critical thinking skills, and deepen their understanding of the material. Based on these findings, it is recommended that teachers focus more on classroom management, including effectively utilizing learning analysis and controlling discussion time to optimize the learning process. Additionally, it is crucial for teachers to ensure that every group member has an opportunity to contribute, ensuring the success of this approach is evenly distributed among all students

    Bank Reputation in the Private Debt Market

    We examine the impact of lead arrangers’ reputation on the design of loan contracts such as spread and fees charged. Controlling for the non-randomness of the lender-borrower match (self-selection bias), we find that the reputation of top tier arrangers leads to higher spreads, and that top tier arrangers retain larger fractions of their loans in their syndicates. These larger spreads are especially pronounced for borrowers without credit rating that have the most to gain from the certification assumed by virtue of a loan contract with a top tier arranger. This certification channel differs from the one found in public markets, where certification leads to a reduced spread offered to the best clients. These differences between public and private markets can be explained by differences in the way they operate and are structured. Interestingly, the effect is strongest for transactions done after the changes in the banking regulations (including the Riegle-Neal Interstate Banking and Branching Efficiency Act of 1994) that led to significant consolidations in the banking industry, including among the largest commercial banks.private debt;syndicated loans;bank reputation;syndication;certification

Motivation to learn in a person will create passion and enthusiasm for learning, and make a person interested in learning, so that they will want to learn continuously. The history of Islamic culture is a science that studies the work, tastes and creations of Muslim people in the past in social, cultural, economic, political and other forms of life. MAN 5 Kediri is the youngest MAN in Kediri Regency, East Java. Officially founded in 2009 under the name MAN Kandat. The aim of this research is to find out how the discussion method is implemented in SKI subjects at MAN 5 Kediri where SKI lessons are less popular with students because they are seen as complementary subjects. The focus of this research is class X MAN 5 Kediri. This research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Observation, interview and documentation collection techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the research show that the discussion method using the syndicate group method in the Islamic Cultural History (SKI) class . However, the weakness is that it is less motivating for students in social studies classes 2, 3, 4 because from the initial screening, these children are also lacking in interest, academics and IQ.     In this paper I describe the outline of the historical evolution of corporate governance in Japan, and intend to derive some insights on its future. While two alternative systems, the holding company-based system and the bank-based system were available in the 1920s, the former started to proliferate. However, the experiences during the Second World War made the corporate system choose the other fork in the road, the bank-based system. The changes in employment system and production management were complementary with the changes in corporate governance and finance. The Japanese corporate system, which was faced with a bifurcation in the 1920s and the 1930s, is now facing another bifurcation.
