KESESUAIAN PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN MUTU IKAN SALMON DAN TUNA TERHADAP STANDAR NASIONAL INDONESIA STUDI KASUS PADA PT. BUMI MENARA INTERNUSA SURABAYA

Hasil perikanan merupakan komoditi yang cukup besar dan berpengaruh akan perekonomian di negara Indonesia. Dengan didasari sebagai negara maritime yang merupakan negara dengan luas lautan yang banyak merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung bagi negara Indonesia untuk mengembangkan perekonomiannya di sektor tersebut. Dalam era Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEAN) diperlukan sebuah produk yang bermutu tinggi agar mampu bersaing di pasar global, tidak terkecuali sektor perikanan yang terkenal dengan sifat komoditi yang cepat rusak. Dalam hal ini ikan memang merupakan sebuah komoditi yang memerlukan perawatan ekstra agar mutunya tetap terjaga , dimana hal tersebut menjadi suatu tantangan bagi para pengelola yang salah satunya adalah Ikan Salmon dan Tuna. PT. Bumi Menara Internusa Telah melakukan penerapan pengolahan ikan secara modern dan mengikuti standard program dasar pengolahan ikan yang merupakan Standard Nasional Indonesia dalam bidang tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini merupakan untuk Menganalisis tingkat penerapan kelayakan dasar Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) dan Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) pengolahan ikan Salmon dan Tuna di PT. Bumi Menara Internusa, dan juga untuk melakukan analisis kesesuaian mutu sesuai karakteristik SNI dengan yang ada di PT. Bumi Menara Internusa, . Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kualitatif dengan Teknik pengambilan data berupa wawancara. Hasil yang di dapat adalah bagaimana proses-proses yang ada dalam pengolahan ikan Tuna dan Salmon dengan standard GMP dan SSOP. Penyimpangan yang terjadi hanyalah penyimpanan minor yang dianggap masih bisa ditoleransi untuk jangka pendek

The Response of Interest Rates to Money Announcements under Alternative Operating Prosedures and Reserve Requirement Systems

The response of interest rates to money announcement surprises is examined both theoretically and empirically in this paper. In the theoretical models developed, not only changes in operating procedures, but also reserve requirement systems, are found to potentially affect the response. Moreover, under the current two-week contemporaneous reserve requirements (CRR) adopted in February 1984, the responses in the first and second weeks of the two-week reserve maintenance period may differ. The empirical results generally conform to the predictions of the theoretical models. The response of the Treasury bill yield to money announcement surprises changed significantly following changes in either operating procedures or reserve requirement systems in October 1979, October 1982, and February 1984.

Data normalization and identification of significant differential expression represent crucial steps in RNA-Seq analysis. Although large firms\u27 forecasting practices as they relate to financial management have been surveyed, this is the first such study on small (manufacturing) firms. Surprisingly, the two groups are highly similar with respect to accuracy desired accuracy achieved, the uses of the sales forecast, and in the importance of the sales forecast. TATA CARA PENYELESAIAN ADMINISTRASI PEMINDAHAN NOMOR POKOK WAJIB PAJAK PADA KANTOR PELAYANAN PAJAK PRATAMA BANGKINANG DI PEKANBARU

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pekanbaru yang berlangsung pada 01 Februari sampai 31 Maret 2015 pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Bangkina ng. Pemindahan NPWP dilakukan karena alasan pindah tempat tinggal, pindah kedudukan atau tempat kegiatan usaha ke wilayah kerja Kantor Pelayanan Pajak baru. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan interview dan dokumentasi yang di lakukan penulis yakni pemindahan NPWP masih mengalami kendala yaitu kurangnya kemauan dari wajib pajak untuk mengetahui bahwa pemindahan NPWP harus di laporkan sehingga tidak perlu membuat NPWP baru dan mengakibatkan memiliki 2(dua) NPWP sehingga akan menyebabkan terjadinya tunggakan pajak yang merugikan wajib pajak itu sendiri. New perspectives for transcatheter aortic valve implantation: the "coup d'essai" of bicuspid aortic valves

Outline of the thesis The thesis is divided in four parts. Part I: Aortic valve disease and innovation in percutaneous treatment by transcatheter aortic valve implantation. In this first section of the thesis we present some research projects published in the field of transcatheter aortic valve replacement in general population, describing the progress of this percutaneous technique during the past years until nowadays practice. In this section there are some considerations about TAVI in particular scenarios and procedural settings requiring dedicated technical adjustments. Part II: TAVI in a complex anatomical setting: Bicuspid Aortic Valve management and percutaneous treatment. In this second section we collected research papers focused on the challenging anatomy of bicuspid aortic valves (BAV) undergoing TAVI treatment for aortic stenosis (AS). In contemporary TAVI practice BAV anatomy still represents a challenge for percutaneous treatment. This section is the real focus of the three years of PhD research, since the complexity of the topic and the time required for data collection and analysis. Moreover, this part represents the result of an International collaboration and knowledge sharing among renowned centres for the percutaneous treatment of aortic disease. Part III: Imaging for TAVI in Bicuspid Aortic Valve. This section includes research papers investigating the role of imaging, in particular of multi-sliced computed tomography (MSCT), in BAV patients undergoing TAVI procedure, considering the lack of standardized protocols for sizing and device choice in this complex aortic valve anatomy. Part IV: Discussion and Conclusions. The last part of the thesis is a discussion of the presented topics with some conclusions
